Friendship is never a good excuse

based on both the manga and anime.
I don't own yuugiou nor would I want to, id ruin it.

No doubt about it Yami was a psychopath. He was a nice guy when everything was fine, but the minute Yuugi, or someone Yuugi cared about was in danger, he turned into a raving lunatic… setting people on fire, sending people spiralling into insanity, breaking their hearts into tiny little pieces. He was inventive enough about his methods, but no one in their right mind would want to be on the receiving end of one of Yami’s penalty games.

This was one of the many reasons that Jounouchi kept his feelings to himself, he was scared witless about what Yami’s reaction might be. That and he was more than a little worried that if he ever told Yuugi that he loved him he would laugh in his face.

At first Jou had thought Yuugi was weak, at one stage he had even bullied him, but once he discovered what Yuugi was really like, that he would do anything to help his friends, he had become to deeply respect him. Later he had come to love him. But no matter how he felt he couldn’t bring himself to tell his friend, and he couldn’t believe that Yuugi would ever see him the same way.

He sighed, swinging his bag onto his shoulder, what did it matter, he saw Yuugi everyday as a friend, that was all he needed. Right?
