Chapter 9
Joey looked at Yami with shock. His heart felt like it had hit his knees. He started to fall to his knees, and the shorter man shot forward to catch him.
"My dad did what? Wha.." Tears streamed down Joey's cheeks as reality hit him. That's why he acted so crazy yesterday, why he gave in to Seto. He became aware of strong arms holding him.
"Joey, Seto told me about what happened yesterday. He noticed you weren't afraid, but he wants to hold back now. He's glad he used pretection. Joey, can I ask something.. I want you to be honest.. Were you afraid with Seto?"
"NO!! I know he'd Never hurt me! I do remember the night before I got away from my dad that he gave me something that made me kinda loose track of time, and I don't remember anything that happened then."
"Seto wants to talk to you when he gets home, but so far other than the intoxicants in your system, everything was fine....your dad's blood tests from last month when he put his hand through the window came back clean too. You are safe, Joey."
Yami lifted Joey up into a standing position and helped him into the bathroom. There Joey began to undress himself, and let Yami help him into the tub. was was careful not to let the cast near the water. Yugi came flying in a few moments later with a plastic bag, which he helped Yami fix over the cast.
Joey sat in the water numbly as his twin friends bathed him. His world felt like it was falling in around him. Voices filtered around him, but he couldn't hear the words. Suddenly strong arms reached into the tub and pulled him forward and then tenderly laid him back against a warm chest. Joey turned slightly into the chest and continued to sob.
"Shhhh baby, it's okay."
Calm blue eyes stared into tear filled amber hued ones. Crystiline tears fell from the blue eyes, as they staired at Joey. The full impact hit him then.
"You'll never leave? Not even when I'm used?"
"Joey, puppy, my love.. When I said Forever, I ment it. I love you too deeply to leave you, and you don't need me to leave." Seto's arms tightened around his weeping lover.
"Joey, let it out, all the hurt, all the pain.. I'm here.. cry with me."
(A/N: I know this chapter is short.. but it's the best I can do right now. Seto and Yami know more than they are telling Joey at this time. Not only that, Joey doesn't remember the actual rape by his father, that's why when he slept with Seto it didn't bug him that much, but now memories are starting to surface, and it's going to take all Joey's friends to help him.)
