More Than Words

Misc: This is my very first fic involving GX characters. So bear with me and wish me well!

Chapter 8: Day Three

Another day in Domino City for us. Of course we’ve already had breakfast and lunch and now it’s time for the tour. Today we’re going to a place called Black Crown. This time, we’re not in groups, we’re just going as one big group.

Black Crown is another gaming shop, but little did we know what we would see there.

As we walk up to the building, there is a picture of a clown, dressed in black, holding the name. It looks more like an office building, but as we walk in, we see otherwise.

The tiles are sides of a die and the wall-paper is a Dungeon Dice Monster board.

I notice someone walk by with long, straight hair with beautiful emerald-green eyes with a white t-shirt with a red jacket-vest on top. The pants are long, bluish-black leather.

The person, who I can’t really distinct if male or female, is receiving a lot of whistles from the guys and a lot of oogling from the females. Then an argument breaks out between them because they’re going back and forth, trying to figure out if the mystery person is a male or female.

“I say female!” suggests Hayato.

“I agree.” Adds Misawa. “There’s no way that a male could look so beautiful. Her eyes are luscious, hypnotizing, and that hair. I could run my fingers through that all night!!”

The person steps onto a stage and smiles.

“Hello!”

Everyone gasps as the person speaks in a deep, male voice.

“Welcome to Black Crown Gaming! I’m Ryuuji Otogi the owner of Black Crown and creator of the game, Dungeon Dice Monsters.”

He takes a band from his pocket and pulls his hair back into a ponytail.

“If you haven’t figured out, I am a male. I just love to see the mixed reactions from people who are seeing me for the first time.” He says laughing.

“So, what was that about being a female?” Yuki say nudging Hayato and Misawa.

The two of them turn as red as an apple as they try to play it off.

“Today I will give you a tour of Black Crown. Kaiba-kun came to me and asked me about giving a tour of my company. I was more than happy to oblige.”

“Yea, but what does this have to do with Duel Monsters?” yells Manjyome.

“I’m happy that you bring that up sir. In order to become the King of Games, you not only have to possess excellent Duel Monsters skills, but you have to excel in every game presented to you. If you follow me, I would like to show you a very special dueling arena.”

He gracefully hops off the platform and we follow him down a flight of stairs to the basement. He turns the lights on and a dueling arena lights up. He then presses another button and the dueling arena turns into a giant Dungeon Dice Monster board.

“It is here where the King of Games, Mutou Yugi defeated me at my own game. I had just signed a contract with Pegasus J. Crawford to help publicize the game. Afterwards, Pegasus was defeated by Yugi-kun. Upset at that fact, I lured him here and challenged him to DDM. It was his first time ever seeing or playing the game and he won. So, students if you want to become the next King of Games, you have to master every game, not just Duel Monsters. For those who want to learn the game of DDM, I have a beginner’s class in about 30 minutes. If you want to attend, then go through that door in the right corner. If not, then you can just hang around in here and duel or whatever.”

Most of the females follow Otogi-sama into the other room for the lesson. I on the other hand go upstairs to explore other places within the building.

“Where are you running off to?”

“Nowhere, Yuki. What about you?”

“Just wanted to see what you were up to.”

“Where are Sho and the others?”

“They went to the DDM class.”

“If you’re going to be the next King of Games, Yuki, then you can’t be haphazardly following me around.”

“Oh? So following you around offends you somehow? Weren’t you the one who told me that you didn’t care what others thought about us being together?” He says as he wraps his arms around me from behind.

“I don’t care, Yuki.”

“Well, well, well, what do we have here?”

The two of us quickly separate and try to act as if nothing was going on.

“Otogi-sama.” Begins Yuki. “We’re sorry about that.”

“Follow me.”

We follow him into a hidden elevator and ascend to the 25th floor. The door opens to reveal a large office.

“Back so soon?” another male says.

“Only for a while. I found these two at the top of the stairwell.”

“Oh? Doing what?”

“Let’s just say, if I came in here alone…”

“Don’t say it like that Dicey.”

“Ok Hiro. I can wait until later.”

From their conversation, it seems as if this CEO has a secret of his own.

“Have a seat.” Otogi-sama says as he points to a small sofa. He goes behind his desk and sits down. “So, what were the two of you doing?”

“Nothing.” Yuki quickly says.

“The great emperor who has never lost a duel: Kaiser Ryo. The surprise ‘dropout-boy’ of Osiris Red: Judai Yuki.”

“’Dropout-boy’?! Oh come on!” yells Yuki.

“I only mean that in good faith Yuki. I was asked to take special care of you.”

“By who?”

“Kaiba-kun of course!” he responds cheerfully.

“So, apparently you know our secret. I figure that you have one of your own, Otogi-sama.” I say.

“Jou told me that you were the polite, perceptive one. He was right when he said that you remind people of Kaiba-kun. Loosen up. I don’t want you to get any older acting like you got something lodged up your ass.”

A rather loud ahem is heard.

“Oh yea, unless you mean a stiff cock, then heck yea! But other than that, I don’t suggest lodging things into that hole.”

Another ‘ahem’ is heard.

“Enough Hiro!” he says laughing. “I think we get the point. But…hey, what else can you expect from someone who loves a good dick? And man, I got one!”

Do we really need to be hearing this??

“So, how long have you and your lover been together Otogi-kun?” Yuki asks.

“For 5 years. Of course Kaiba-kun and Jou have been together for the longest. It’s been almost 8…maybe 9 years for them. So since you two have their support, then you two must be something special!”

“When I see these two, I see a younger Kaiba-kun and Jou.” Suggests ‘Hiro’

“My thoughts exactly Hiro. So, how are things between you two? Have you shared your first kiss?”

For the first time in a long time, Yuki’s quiet. He only shies back further into his chair, turning as red as his Osiris jacket. Can you blame him? I’m starting to wonder how many people actually know about us.

“From your reactions, I say that’s a yes.” Says Otogi-sama.

“So, Otogi-sama, why can’t we see this ‘Hiro’ you’re so madly in love with?” asks Yuki.

“You’re going to meet him later in the week. Ah, it’s about that time I go and teach that class. Come on.” Otogi-sama says as he gets up and goes off behind a door. I hear kissing sounds, before he reappears with a broad smile on his face. “See you later, Hiro.”

“Hurry back, Dicey.”

We get back on the elevator and descend back to the first floor lobby. We go back downstairs to the dueling rooms and into the other room where everyone is waiting.

Yuki and I stand in the back, closest to the door. As Otogi-sama walks to the front, the hapless sighs of the females are heard.

After the class is over, Otogi-sama finishes giving us a tour of Black Crown, and then gives everyone a starter D.D.M. set.

I notice an extra person receiving a D.D.M. Starter Set from Otogi-sama.

“Yuki!” yells Judai as he runs towards the man.

“Who is that?” asks Sho.

“His name is Yuki. Yesterday while we were at Kaiba Land, he was a finalist along with me at Ordeal of a Traveler.”

“That’s the Yuki that our Yuki was talking about. He told us that he had the original Kuribo in his deck.” Adds Hayato.

“But, why is he here?” asks Asuka.

“There’s something about that Yuki…” mutters Misawa. “I just can’t put my finger on it.”

“Me either Misawa. I’ve been trying to figure that out since yesterday at Ordeal of a Traveler. He said that he had lost his close friend.”

“So, maybe he’s trying to find new friends with us!” suggests Sho.

“I don’t know. I sense there is an alternate motive to him.” I suggest to them.

“Nah! You’re just overreacting nii-sama! He’s just excited to see a lot of people his age in town and he just wants to be our friend. Is that so much to ask?” says Sho.

“I think he’s older than us.” Says Misawa. “He may be in his 20s, if I’m looking at him right. But, then again, he does look about our age.”

Yuki pulls the other Yuki to us. Once again, he has a black hat covering his hair.

“Yuki! I would like for you to meet my friends! This is Sho, Asuka, Misawa, Hayato, and finally Kaiser. His real name is Ryo, but he doesn’t like people to call him by that name. So call him Kaiser.”

“Nice to meet you all.” He says bowing slightly.

“Likewise.” Replies Misawa. “So, what brings you here?”

“I heard that Otogi-kun was going to give away free D.D.M. Starter Sets today, so I just kind of snuck along.”

“Oh? And you don’t have a Duel Academy jacket on. Do you even go to school?”

“I do. But I just came by Domino this week because I heard that students from Kaiba-kun’s school were going to be here all week. I just wanted to see the potential future King of Games.”

“Well, you’re looking at him! My brother is the best duelist! I know that someday he will challenge the King of Games to a duel and he will win!” brags Sho.

“Your brother? Oh, you’re talking about Kaiser. I hope that one day we can duel! I haven’t played really since… Well, it’s been a while.”

“Do you know Kaiba-sama?” I ask.

“We go…back. He used to be an old friend of mine. But eventually our lives took us on different paths. He’s on his path and now I’m on mine.” The other Yuki replies.

“Ok all! It now time for the next part of the tour!” yells Cronos-sensei. Everyone gets quiet to listen to whatever he has to say. “Mokuba-sama will be guiding us to our surprise location of the day!”

Just as he said that, the tall-raven haired young man comes into the front door.

“Today’s surprise location will be a very special place. Follow me!” he walks out the door and takes a left. Of course we all follow.

After a few twists and turns, we finally stop at a square around a clock-tower.

“This is Domino Square. As you can see, this is a tourist’s favorite area, but also, this is where the Battle City Tournament officially began. Take in the spots, and the shops. If you want, Domino Park is just down the street. You can go there and relax. Have fun!”

He quickly runs off and gets into a limo, leaving everyone who scatters into various stores.

“So, where are you all going?” asks the other Yuki.

“I want to go into that card shop!” suggest Yuki as he walks towards the corner shop. We go in and look around.

“I’m pretty sure that we have all of these cards back at the DA Store back on the island.” Says Hayato. “Let’s go to the park and relax.”

“Yea, but the DA Store doesn’t have this!” Yuki says as he holds 2 small figurines. One is of Kaiba-sama. In his background is a signed copy of ‘Blue-Eyes White Dragon.’ The other is of the King of Games. In his background is a signed copy of ‘Black Magician’.

I look on the shelf next to Yuki and notice there are figurines of Jou with Iron Knight: Gearfried, Mai-san with Harpy Lady, Otogi-sama with God Ogruss, Bakura-kun with Dark Necrofear, Pegasus-sama with Toon World, and Marik-kun with a collector’s copy of ‘The Sun God: Ra. There is also a second Kaiba-sama with The God Obelisk and Yugi-sama with The God Osiris.

The other Yuki picks up the Yugi-sama with the God Osiris and takes the Yugi with Black Magician from Yuki’s hand.

“I’ll buy those. I love Yugi-sama and I try to collect everything having to do with him. I even have a replica of his deck that he used for Battle City and KC Grand Prix.” He says.

So that explains the Kuribo. The other Yuki pays for the figurines and we all pay for our items before leaving the store.

“I say we go to Domino Park. It’s beautiful this time of the evening, just before the sun is about to set.” Suggest the other Yuki. “It’s a great place to bring a loved one, or to just relax alone.”

“So, how long have you been in Domino City Yuki?” asks my Yuki.

“I’ve lived here off and on. I used to travel the world a lot with my friends. We’ve even stayed in America for about a year.”

We follow Yuki to the park and I quickly go in the opposite direction, hoping that Yuki would follow me.

Indeed, my wish is granted as once again I’m grabbed from behind by him. This time, I turn around and embrace him.

“The sunset is pretty, isn’t it, Ryo.”

“It reminds me of your hair Yuki.” I say as we lean against a tree, still in each other’s embrace.

We share a few chaste kisses with each other, careful of not taking it too far.

“The others are going to be looking for us.” Whispers Yuki.

“I don’t care. I hope when they find us, we are sharing a passionate kiss.”

Yuki smiles as he nuzzles into my chest. We watch the sunset before leaving to find the others. We finally reach them on the other side of the park near the duck pond. There are still a few ducks floating about, trying to catch a last minute meal before heading to sleep.

The other Yuki is still here. From the way the others are looking, he’s fascinating them with a few stories.

“Where were you two?” asks Sho.

“I went to the bathroom and kind of got lost looking for you all. I met up with Kaiser who knew where you were and he led me here!”

Nice lie.

The other Yuki looks with serious doubt on his face. Something tells me that he knows about us.

“Yuki! That’s for the wonderful time!” says Asuka. “Now if you don’t mind, do you mind showing us back to Kaiba Hotel?”

“No problem. Let me give you some words of advice. Anything with the name ‘Kaiba’ in it is somewhere near Kaiba Corp. Kaiba Corp is the tallest building in the city and can be seen from anywhere in the city limits. So, if you ever get lost, just walk towards Kaiba Corp.”

We all follow the other Yuki back to the hotel.

“Will you be joining us tomorrow? We’re going to Domino Museum.” Says Misawa.

“The museum? You’re going to love it there! Let me warn you, the director is gorgeous.” Yuki says winking. “Most likely she’ll be giving you the tour.”

“The Director of Domino Museum? Oh! You’re talking about Ishizu Ishtar-san.” Hayato says. “I read about her in a book about Domino Museum. She’s really pretty in the pictures.”

“If you try to ‘make the moves’ on her, then you have to watch out for her brothers. She has one older brother, Rishid and one younger brother, Malik. They protect Ishizu-san with their lives and they’re very over protective of her, so be careful. Other than that, they are really nice people. So, enjoy yourselves! I’ll see you all later, ok!”

Yuki leaves and we all go to our rooms for a well deserved sleep.

The end of Chapter 8 is upon us. No yaoi here. :( Just a few teasers here and there. I know I know you want the sex and the whole 9 yards, but if I rush it, then you won’t appreciate it as much when I do write it in. So until the next chapter is posted, please review and see ya in Chapter 9!
