Chapter 4: Kiss and Tell

"Just Kidding! Of course it is!" With that the two walked out the now open door and waltz out hand and hand leaving Hassleberry smiling, Chumley gawking, and Chazz smirking, but neither of them saw a scowling face watching the two parade around as a newly formed couple.
Who does he think he is? He'll regret this, I swear! With that the mysterious stranger walked off in the other direction with a permanent scowl on their face and a plan brewing within the owner's jealous mind.

As Dr. Crowler kept going on and on and on about how duels are to be conducted, Syrus' mind could not focus on anything but the kiss Jaden forcefully took from him. Well, not so much forceful but more unexpected.
(Flashback)
"Hey Sy! Come here for a sec."
"What is it Jaden? I'm gonna be late and Crowler really would give me detention."
"Come on, just come here I have to show you something!"
"Okay, okay..." Syrus walks towards Jaden without suspicion and finds himself wondering what Jaden wants. "Well? What is it? We only have a few more minutes before class starts-" Syrus suddenly stops as Jaden's lips descends on his own and silences him. As soon as the initial shock passes, Syrus kisses back and deepens the kiss. With the scene getting more passionate, Syrus pulls back due to shortness of breath.
"Before I got side-tracked here, I was going to ask you if you wanted to go to a movie with me this weekend... well that is if you want to."
"Ummm... Oh, okay."
"Great!" With that, Jaden rushes off to his class leaving Syrus in a state of daze still trying to keep his blush from covering his entire face.
(End of Flashback)
"Thankfully I got to class on time, but now I'm suddenly nervous, I mean, it's only been a week since we've started going out and this only the first date but for some reason I can't stop worrying." As Syrus' internal monologue continued, he failed to notice the bell signifying that the class has ended.
"Private!" With the sudden booming voice of Hassleberry breaking his speech, Syrus returns to reality and realizes that the only ones left are him and Hassleberry. "What's got your panties in a twist?"
"Stop saying weird things and it's just because Jaden and I are going out this weekend and now I'm suddenly really nervous."
"Okay, okay, one step at a time but it really should be nothing, I mean, we've all hung out before so it should be just like that except you and him will be- kissing and be all romantic." As Syrus visualized the date in his head, all he could think of was how wonderful it would be to kiss Jaden again, but the images after that suddenly turned into something more than a petting session. As the thoughts bombarded Syrus' mind, he could not contain the onslaught of a nosebleed from coming. And secretly, he was envisioning himself and Jaden in a passionate position after their date but that's his hormones talking.

"I want you to drive a wedge between Jaden and Syrus."
"Syrus? You mean the new upstart who got the highest score in the freshman orientation."

"And what's in it for me?"
"If you manage to win him over he's for you to do as you please."
"Interesting. I'll be thinking about it."
"You'd better think fast coz apparently their first date will be this weekend, and don't fool yourself I've seen the way you look at him and I know that you'd take him the second you could." With that, the mysterious stranger left leaving the other to think about his course of action.
