The battle-catch penalty
It was saterday time to start the pokemon tournament.
First the Battle-Catch Penalty games. Yuugi had to fight
against other trainers until he had six in total.
"I don't want to be here really." Yami said embarrassed to
be there.
"I'm sorry Yami but Jichan is working today." Yami said lowly.
"Don't apologize, I like spending time with you, but not these
other little welps that keep looking at me funny." Yami was starring
at this little bug-eyed freak with a bowl shaped hairdoo.
"HANASAKI!" Yuugi ran to a boy who was walking behind the beetle boy.
"YUUGI!" Hanasaki smiled back. The two little boys hugged. Yami was in
awe but his expression remained vaccant.
"I hope I can do this." Yuugi said with a dropped look.
"What's the matter?"
"My monster is asleep all day, I don't know if I can battle with it..."
"Here you go." Hanasaki gave him a second pokeball.
"Don't you need this?" Yuugi asked.
"I bought two for just incase. I hope you like him." Hanasaki said.
"Its a realy specail pokemon." Hanaski said. The bug boy came back.
"Specail huh? I will battle you first Yuugi!" He said.
"Oh you again Haga, can't you bug someone else?" Yuugi sighed.
"Afraid you can't beat me?" Haga laughed.
"Your going down Haga!" Yuugi threw the ball Hanasaki gave him. A tiny
yellow mouse-like thing with black ears and a black tail came out of it.
"OH PICHU!" Yuugi's jaw dropped. "Thanks Hanasaki but these little guys
fry themselves." Yuugi face dropped.
"They can use other attacks." Hanasaki said with a sweat.
"HA, That little rodent doesnt stand a chance against...Caterpie! Ha it's
level is higher than that baby of yours! String shot! Caterpie bound
Pichu in a cacoon of silky sticky webs.
"Great, I'm gonna lose him to weevil!" Yuugi pouted he then heard nawing.
"What the...." He saw pichu naw off the webs. "uh, Tackle it!" Yuugi comanded.
That little pichu had a good tackle against that catapillar monster.
"HUH?" Haga noticed the catapillar wasn't moving. Assuming it was dead he
turned his nose up at it and left while snickering. Caterpie waited til he was gone
so he could join Yuugi. It crawled over to him and climbed up his leg.
"Is it mine now?" Yuugi asked.
"Sure is, I'll see you later pal." Hanasaki bid farwell for now.
"How did I do?" Yuugi turned to Yami who was watching it all. Yuugi had the catapillar
and mouse return to their pokeballs."
"Good job baby brother." He smiled at him not wanting him to lose that feeling of acomplishment.
"I gotta find another oponent." Yuugi said. "Come one."
