Chapter 5: Another Argument

Yugi speeds home and runs to his room. He cries into his pillow as
the events of the past 30 minutes play in his head.

'Why? Why Yami?! Are you that bored with me?! Has your love for
me faded so much that instead of breaking up with me, you go and
cheat?!'

"What have I done to you Yami? What's wrong with me?"

(Kaiba Corp)

Yami takes the rear exit and goes to his car. He unlocks the door and
gets in. On the passenger side he notices the white carnation and the
card.

'What's this?'

He picks up the . 'I. 'I'm Sorry.' He opens the card. 'The words I said
was strong, and my thoughts were wrong. But no matter what, I will
always love you. I'm sorry for what I said. Please forgive me. Love,
Aibou.'

Tears started to flow down Yami's cheeks and drop from the side
of his face. He buried his face into his arms and cried.

'I'm sorry Yugi! I love you! I'm so stupid!'

(Yugi's room)

Yugi has finally stopped crying. He picks up his cell phone and dials
Jou.

"Moshi moshi."

"Jounouchi-kun?" Yugi says sadly.

"What's wrong Yugi?" Jou asks.

"Yami and I had another argument this morning."

"How bad was this one?"

"I went to Kaiba Corp to apologize but when I walked in his office,
Kaiba was fucking him."

"Say what?! No way Yugi!!"

"It's true. I opened the door and Yugi was laid on the desk and
Kaiba was fucking him. They looked like they were enjoying it."

"Yugi...you're lying to me aren't you." Jou says, as the tears begin
to flow from his face.

"No. I'm not. Really I'm not lying to you."

"Yugi...I'm speechless. I don't believe you. I mean I do believe you,
but...it's so hard to believe you."

Yugi and Jou don't say anything for a moment.

"Yugi...let me call you back, Kaiba's beeping me."

"Ok. Bye."

"Bye, Yugi."

Yugi hangs his phone up. Once again, he buries his face into his pillow
and cries.

(Kaiba Corp)

Yami stops crying enough to see clearly.

'I got to get to aibou.'

He starts his Jaguar and drives home. He slowly gets out the car and
unlocks the back door.

'There's nothing I can say or do...'

Yami walks slowly upstairs. His heart drops to the floor when he hears
Yugi crying. Mrs. Mutou comes out her room.

"What's wrong with Yugi?" she asks him.

"...."

Yami opens his mouth to say something...but he says nothing, instead he
just opens the bedroom door and sees the back of Yugi's head. Mrs.
Mutou walks in behind him.

"I can handle this Mutou-san." Yami says.

She looks at the two then shuts the door and goes back into her room.

"Yugi?" Yami says as he taps his shoulder.

Yugi slowly turns around to look at Yami. His nose is runny and his eyes
are blood-shot red because of all the crying.

"You have the nerve to show up here after what I just saw?" Yugi says.

"Aibou...I'm sorry."

"Sorry? For that? I knew something was going on. If only things
would have stayed close to the same between us, I never would have
suspected a thing."

"Sumimasen*, aibou." (AN: I am sorry.)

"Is that all you can say to me after a month of neglect?"

"Ai..."

"Save it Yami! I don't want to hear any of your lies!"

Yami looks at Yugi with tear filled eyes once again.

"I love you...al...I...I did it because I wanted to get to where we
were living comfortably."

"Liar. Kame Game Shop brings in enough money to support everything.
You know that!"

"I wanted you to have some of the finer things in life."

"The 2005 Jaguar is great. I love it, but the finer things in life for
me is love, true love and trust of my friends, family, and mou hitori
no boku."

"Yugi..."

"You know what." Yugi says jumping out the bed and putting his shoes
on. "I've been seeing Jounouchi."

"You what?!"

"Yes. I have for the past week. He's always been there for me, no
matter what! And when you came here around midnight to see me, I
was at his apartment fucking him just like you were somewhere
with Kaiba fucking him!"

"Aibou..."

Yami drops to his knees, in disbelief of what he had just heard. He
couldn't say anything to correct the situation for he knew what he
was doing was wrong.

"Pharaoh Atem...Yami...mou hitori no boku...or whatever the hell your
name is, consides us over forever!" Yugi says as he slams the door
behind him.

Yami stares at the floor as tears flow freely from his eyes.

"I'm sorry....aibou..."

A few minutes later, Mrs. Mutou walks in. She sees Yami on the
floor crying. She kneels down next to him and embraces him. Yami
embraces her and cries into her chest.

"I don't know what happened, but..."

"There's nothing between us anymore. It's my fault. I caused Yugi
to go out and fool around with Jounouchi-kun."

"So you were cheating on him."

"With Kaiba. That's how I got to where I am so fast. He would
come in and we'd have sex whenever he wanted."

"Isn't he dating Katsuya-san?"

"Yes. Jounouchi's crazy about Kaiba..."

"I don't take neither your side or Yugi's. Both of you were wrong. You
for accepting a job under such conditions and Yugi for fooling around
with Katsuya-san."

Yami tries to stop the tears but it's no use. Mrs. Mutou wipes his
eys and kisses himthe the forehead.

"Yami, I see you as my 2nd son. Yugi's become a better person
becouse of you. He's become more confident in himself and..."

"Save it please. I don't deserve to hear this right now." Yami says
standing and walking out the door.

"Where are you going Yami?"

"To think." He says as he closes the door behind him.
