Chapter 5
To See the Stars
Well, I have sort of decided the names for the characters in ancient Egypt…. Some of the character will have the same name, like Tea will still be Tea… and I just have to shis,his, PLS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!! I love all that have reviewed!!!! Kisses in the air!!!!
And can u sweet people tell me the full name of Seto in his past life and also does Joey have a past life too? If yes, pls tell me if full name and what he does. A big THANKX to all that help me!!
And by the way, in my fanfic, Joey is shorter than Seto by around 20 cm. That is that Joey reaches just a little over Seto shoulder. Hehehe, so when Seto hug Joey, Joey could lay his head on Seto’s chest and not his shoulder. Muhahaha….. This is so perfect!!

Chapter 5

Disclaimer: how many times do I have to say… I do not own yu gi oh!! If I do, I won’t have to write this, I’ll “make” this happen… Muhahahahahaha……
The morning came with happy birds chipping outside the window. Beautiful magnolia white clouds dotted the clear blue sky. Joey cracked one eye open and immediately felt like letting it fall back on. * I feel so weak… what’s the time now? I got to get to school. *
Joey weakly pushed himself off the ground and felt dizziness hit him with full force. He had to cringe the wall to steady himself. His dad had gone out to work, leaving him alone at home. Joey squeezed his eyes shut, trying very hard to block out the various pain in his body. The pounding headache in his head, the burning pain in his chest and the throbbing pain his middle. But most of all is the sharp pain of the cut in his right hip. The cut was deep and was covered with dried blood. Joey very slowly, if not very painfully made his way into the bathroom, all the way he was cringing the wall. Joey pulled out the piece of broken glass and hissed in pain. Joey held on tight to the sink and began to clean his wound. Then he went out to get the bandages to wrap his wounds. * Luckily all the wounds cannot be seen under clothes. Or else Yugi, Tristian and Tea will be so worried. * He then quickly put on his school uniform and got out of the house.

By the time Joey reached school, he was already very late. He said sorry to the teacher and went to his seat. Yugi looked at Joey even paler face and grew seriously worried.
/ Yami, did you saw how Joey sort of limped just now? I’m really worried. He turned up late today and look even paler than ever before! /
\ I noticed that too… \ then Yami kept quiet as he started to think about something.
/ Hmmm… Yami?/
\Yes, Yugi? \
/ I… Yami… hmmm… it’s nothing… I just called your name… / and with that Yugi let his face fell and pretended to listen to what the teacher was talking. Yami let that go and went back to what he was thinking previously. Tea and Tristian also passed worried glances at Joey.
Joey lie his head on the table throughout the lessons and the teacher did not bother to ask him not to since it had happen so many times before. Joey cupped his hand over his wounded right hip. He felt so dizzy and found it very hard to concentrate on what the teacher is teaching in class. Most of his wounds stopped bleeding, but the pounding headache remained and with every breath he took, his chest ached.
Seto watched Joey from his seat that was two seats behind Joey’s. *Joey looked really white… and he looked like he didn’t have any breakfast… he is obviously still sick from that day! That Wheeler! Doesn’t he knows how to take care of himself? At this rate he’s going, I’m not surprise if he was to just collapse! That mutt!! * Seto spent the whole day just staring at Joey’s head from behind and pretending to be copying the notes in his notebook. But actually, all he had wrote were things like “that Wheeler!” , “your’re sick…” , “Go see a doctor, puppy!”.
Soon enough, the last bell rang and students dashed out of classrooms and hurried away. Joey had already prepared for the last bell. He knew that Yugi, Tea and Tristian will swamped on him and will refused to let him go unless he tells them the truth about his condition. Joey do not wish to let them know his secret. Once they know his secret, they might get very upset and worried. They might even come up with drastic ideas to get him out of his house. That is one thing that Joey never wants to happen, deep inside, he still have hope that one day his mother and sister will come back and they will be a happy family again. But if he leaves now, then that hope he had, will never happen. So Joey wanted to stay with his father no matter how he treated him. Joey knows father had become like that because his mother left him.
Joey knew that lying does not work on Yugi, Tea and Tristi It It is hard to lie to old and good friends. That was why Joey had already planned his escaped route once the bell rings.
Joey had already sneaked out of class before the bell rings. He was slowly making his way to the library on the fourth floor. He did not go to the lockers as he knew that they will be there waiting for him. Right now, he does not wish to answer any of their questions. He just wanted to find a quiet place to rest. Little did he knows that Seto had been watching him in class all day. Seto had followed him on his escape route and is now following him up the stairs.
Ok, people… I know I took a long long time to do this chapter 5… I can explain! Well as u guys should already know, I’m a student. And students have this big thing that begins with a letter E, EXAM!!! But don’t worry, my exams are finally over… and I’ve got a temporary job… so I’ll try my damnest to bring you a new chapter in a few days!! By the way, people, I’m not a genius like our cool man Seto, I need time to think and write and most importantly I need to get the feeling there!! No feeling, no chapters!! so please kindly be patient with me…
And also, if I received reviews, I’ll continue writing as I take it that there are people reading my story. (^_^)”
