Chapter 3: Talk To Me!
*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*PREVIOUSLY...*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*_*
“HASSLEBERRY!? SYRUS!?” Jaden yells in shock as he sees the two curled up without a care in the world. Deep down, Jaden couldn't help but feel aroused seeing Syrus so vulnerable, but also, his heart felt like breaking in two with the scene displayed in view. With Syrus slowly waking up, He bolts upright grabbing the blanket to cover himself hiding away from what he thought was a lustful and angered look on Jaden's eyes.
"I can explain!" Syrus says.

"Jaden still isn't talking to me."
"Aren't you in the same dorm room? Just pester him 'til he gives, at least, that's what you'd do with me."
"I would! But he hasn't been back since he saw us..." Syrus mildly blushed but continued, "he left so fast I couldn't just run and explain since I was still, you know, and he's been bunking with Chumley or so I've heard and why would he be so mad! I mean-"
"Okay! Okay! Calm down soldier, there must be some explanation why he's been avoiding us, maybe he's been busy and we just haven't bumped across each other yet or-"
"Tyranno Hassleberry! Don't sugar coat it for me, I really think I know what this is all about-" With the mention of his full name, Hassleberry suddenly took interest in the line of thought that Syrus seems to go on, "I think- that he just think I'm a slut and he doesn't want to be around me anymore!" *waah!* Hassleberry sweatdrops anime style and immediately tries to calm down the upset Syrus.
"You dummy! The only way he'd act like that is if he's heartbroken, but I won't tell you that just yet, you need to figure that out on your own." So he decided to just keep quiet and soothe Syrus the best way he can. While Hassleberry still had Syrus in his arms, Chazz and Chumley approached them with a dilemma of their own.
"Hey lover-dorks! Jaden's been sulking at Chum's place so I think that you'd better go talk to him."
"But why me? Isn't he trying to avoid me, and why should he be sulking."
"Ummm, look Sy," says Chumley, "the truth is, he told me that he doesn't dislike you but he is upset."
"Upset?"
"Just shut up and go to your dorm room, you'll find him there. You're giving me a headache so shut up and move!" So Chazz practically drags Syrus back into the dorm with Chumley and leaves Hassleberry trailing confused with Chazz's intentions.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*At the Obelisk Dorm*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Nearing his dorm room, Syrus gave up struggling and decided to just ask questions.
"Can't you just talk to him instead, why me?"
"Because you're the solution and the problem so get in there already."
"WAI-" However, Syrus couldn't even finish complaining once Chumley pushed him in and wouldn't let him out. When Syrus gave up trying to escape, he finally noticed that it was a little too quiet, and his first thoughts were, Where"s Jaden? I thought- He was suddenly pulled from his internal monologue as he notices a squeaking sound coming from the closet. Syrus then decides to open the closet and investigate, but he couldn't have possibly ever predicted what he saw.
"Jaden?" Jaden currently laid on his side, both the wrists and ankles were handcuffed and a piece of cloth was used to gag him. Furthermore, his legs were drawn up to his chest and a rope securely tied the ankle and wrist together so he could barely move. Syrus couldn't help laugh out loud upon seeing Jaden, but Jaden couldn't find anything funny and scowled from both anger and embarrassment. Seeing Jaden's scowl stopped Syrus from laughing and he couldn't help but feel bad so he eventually untied Jaden after lugging around the pros and cons of untying him.
"Thanks Sy!" says Jaden as he rubbed his sore wrists and ankles.
"Did Chazz and Chumley do that?"
"Yeah..."
"Jaden, I want to talk to you..."
"Look Sy, I wanted to tell you something too, so you go first."
"Okay, but I wanted to ask you if you're mad at me or upset, because you've been avoiding me and don't deny it! But, I just don't like fighting with you."
"Sorry Sy, but I just haven't been able to think clearly since that day, but I guess now's a good time as ever to say this... umm, well-"
"Just say it Jay, and I'll promise to listen."
"Okay, but answer me this question first, what are you to Hassleberry?"
"We're just friends and well, when you saw us like that, it's just because we've been together for a long time and when Hassleberry and I sleep over at each other's place we usually sleep on each other's bed and it's been so normal for us that it didn't seem weird or anything."
"Okay, but I really have a confession to make-" Jaden suddenly became fidgety and couldn't continue once Syrus looked at him seriously.
"Come out with it Jaden! I'm getting really impatient!"
"O-o-okay! I-- I-- um, I really like you Sy!"
"Really?! I like you too!"
"NO, I mean, I like you as more than a friend."
"Oh..." It took a few moments before everything clicked together inside Syrus' head. "Oh!"
"Oh? Is that all?" I just confessed to you, and 'oh!' is all you say? Come on Sy! Give me something to work with here!" Syrus suddenly became very quiet, and distant that for a second that Jaden thought he was silently being rejected but a happy squeal broke the gloomy aura surrounding Jaden.
"You mean it! You're not just pulling my leg are you? 'Coz if you are I'm going to sic Hassleberry on you and tell him to rip your balls off." As Syrus quieted down, Jaden was left with his mouth wide open and wondering if his privates will ever be safe.
"Jaden? Jaden? JADEN!"
"Umm, yeah I promise I'm serious!"
"Okay then, but I want us to take things slowly because we've only really met and I barely know you and all. So-"
"Okay! I got it, but is it okay for me to be called your boyfriend now."
"Ummmm.... Hmmmm... Ummm..."
"Sy! Come on!"
"Just Kidding! Ofcourse it is!" With that the two walked out the now open door and waltz out hand and hand leaving Hassleberry smiling, Chumley gawking, and Chazz smirking, but neither of them saw a scowling face watching the two parade around as a newly formed couple.
Who does he think he is? He'll regret this, I swear! With that the mysterious stranger walked off in the other direction with a permanent scowl on their face and a plan brewing within the owner's jealous mind.
