meet Yami
OK i do not own the Yu-Gi-Oh names but the story is all mine
CHAPTER 2
“Yugi, it’s time to get up! Yugi… Yugi?”
Solomon called and was concerned
/It’s not like him to not answer me! I wonder if something’s wrong? No he probably just stayed up late/
He thought as he walked into Yugi’s room. There was Yugi, still cuddled under the covers. Solomon smiled a little at how Yugi looked, he walked over to him and shook his shoulder but Yugi didn’t seem to feel it making him frown. So he decided to pull the blankets off and in the process hopefully wake Yugi, Since Yugi was still holding onto the blankets. With one strong pull the blankets were dislodged from the boy’s body. Finally Yugi opened one eye and slowly sat up but looked very confused, which Solomon did not like.
“Yugi, what’s wrong! Why do you look so confused? It’s not like you to sleep late. Did you stay up all night or something?”
But Yugi just looked around the room instead of answering his grandpa. He put a hand to his head and looked at the bed, but the hand he had put to his head had red on it, when he looked closer he noticed it was dried blood. Then everything came back to him,
“Uh-oh I’m the one. Does that mean…”
“YUGI! SNAP OUT OF IT!”
Yugi jumped clear off his bed and across the room from the shout he wasn’t expecting. Spotting its source he saw his grandpa looking concerned and a little cross, he stood up and cleared his dry throat
“Grandpa! Why’d you yell like that?”
Looking confused again and coming around his bed to the door, where his grandfather was, Solomon answered
“Well one because it’s not like you to not wake up when I call you. Were like a statue when I came in even when I pulled the blankets off. Then you became a zombie while looking at your wrist. What’s this ‘uh-oh I’m the one,’ stuff?”
Yugi gave out a nervous laugh while shaking his head and walked out the door to the bathroom shutting then locking it. Going to the sink he began to wash off the dried blood so no one would know, he looked at it. There was a tiny scar that looked more like a cat scratch then it had been slashed the night before. Sighing he opened the door and went to get clean clothes from his room. After his morning rituals and eating, he went down to the shop, which was already opened, he walked up to his grandpa’s side, who looked at him side ways, the way Bakura had last night, and the memory made him shudder involuntary. Solomon noticed that but couldn’t voice it at the moment due to costumers in the shop, that and Yugi walked away before he could do anything. All day long he felt very uneasy wondering if those guys’ master would come.
/They said if I was the one, that their master would be seeing me soon. But what does that mean? Will he come to thank me, or will he do something else. Oh just forget about it for right now/
The day went slowly for Yugi and every time there were no costumers in the shop his grandpa tried to ask him about that morning, but he would walk off quickly before he finished his question. Finally it was getting near closing time and his grandpa asked something different.
“Yugi, can you do me a favor and go to the store?”
Happy about the change in subject he agreed to go for his grandpa. With a wave he was gone out the door. The grocery store was only a five minute walk from his home, and when Yugi entered, he looked at the list his grandpa made for him.
“Let’s see what grandpa wants. Milk, bread, some spice. Oh and I can get something for myself!”
He went around to all the aisles for what he needed, deciding he would just get a pop for his something and went to the teller to pay. Once he was done paying and outside he felt uncomfortable being alone and unconsciously brought his free arm closer to himself. While walking up a hill to his home there was a man walking down he said hello, but stopped in front of Yugi, who didn’t like that.
“Excuse me. But do you now where a gas station is at?”
He was relieved that it wasn’t about him and told the man, who said his thanks and walked passed him, Yugi never gave the man much thought when he walked away. Not knowing the man had stopped and turned around with a knife in his hand. The man started walking towards an unaware Yugi but something suddenly and quietly pick him up and flew to a roof if you were close enough to that roof you would have heard a CRACK and seen dust suddenly come from it, plus an entity start following Yugi, but pass him and land on his house. Yugi walked around the shop to the back entrance, that had four cement steps. As Yugi reached the top step he pulled out his keys and reach for the door the entity jumped down from the roof to in front of him, Yugi gave a startled screech and lost his balance on the step and began the fall backwards. Except the entity caught him around the waist, but didn’t pull him up, so Yugi was left with the middle of his feet on the edge of the step, in a laying position that made his back bend around the arm at his waist. He was to stunned to do anything he just look at the
shadowed form of the man that caught him. Then the man finally spoke
“Did I startle you, little one? I have come for you. Because you’re the one that freed me with your blood I intend to make you mine tonight. But for now sleep!”
Yugi was scared now but he didn’t have time to say anything before his world went black. Yami had put a finger to Yugi’s third eye, meaning the middle of his forehead, and said an incantation that put Yugi in a deep sleep. Taking no time to put the groceries down properly, he took off holding Yugi bridal style. It only took him ten minutes to get to his place, which was a house with no windows. Once inside he went straight for his bedroom and carefully laid Yugi on the bed then removed their shoes and sat down in a chair in the corner to wait for the boy to wake. Five minutes later the boy started to stir awake and sit up slowly groaning,
“What happened? Where am I?”
He rubbed his eyes cutely trying to remove the blur from them, he heard something move in a corner and looked but could see nothing.
“What the?”
He look back to the bed trying to remember what was going on, he looked when there was movement on the other side of the bed very close to him, there was the shadowed man from before.
“You’re awake. That’s good I thought I put the spell too strong!”
Yami started climbing onto the bed making Yugi squeak and move away, Yami sighed and decided to start with some introductions.
“Calm down. Let me introduce myself. My name’s Yami and I’m the king of a type of vampires I was sealed away till just last night and thanks to your blood the seal broke. Now I came to claim you as mine”
Yugi paled when Yami said that and began moving away again, he was just about off the bed. When Yami grabbed his arm gently and tried to pull him back, that’s when Yugi started fighting with him. Yami pinned him on the bed but Yugi still fought with him and began squirming to get away. With one hand Yami took both wrists and put them on Yugi’s stomach and with the other hand Yami started stroking his cheek.
“Relax little one, it will be better if you don’t fight. I don’t want to hurt you. And when you are turned you will rule at my side. Don’t worry I’ll take care of you and see that you feel only pleasure”
He began leaning down but something on his chest stopped him a little and looking down saw it was hands because while he was talking he had let them go but he continued leaning down making Yugi’s arms start to get weak then he heard a rather clear yell
“NO! I DON’T WANT TO GET CHANGED! I HAVE TOO MUCH TO DO! AND I DIFFIDENTLY DON’T WANT TO DO THE OTHER PART! DO THE WORDS HATE YOU FOR LIFE IF YOU DO THIS TO ME SOUND FAMILIAR?”
Yami thought about it and still leaned down, then Yugi’s arms totally gave out but he kept squirming and thrashing his head almost head butting Yami.
“Alright Yugi! I will not turn you nor will I take you. For now I’ll just leave my mark on you so no one can have you. Because you will belong to me”
“I belong to no one but myself!”
Yami just did a humph sound and leaned down. Again he trapped Yugi’s wrists and used the other to tilt his head to the side, he quickly bit down on Yugi’s junction of neck and shoulder. Yugi screamed in pain and his hands tightly grabbed Yami’s shirt. Then Yami pulled away a little and licked at the mark making it heal, he hadn’t wanted to do it that way but only he could have Yugi, but the soft crying he was doing made Yami feel bad so he tried to comfort him
“Hush young one. I’m sorry it’s over now, I didn’t want to mark you that way. But other people want you and they wouldn’t be as nice as me in waiting. Like the man you talked to that asked where a gas station. He had pulled a knife and was going after you, but I picked him up and now he’s dust. Only I will have you. This is a charmed mark it will bleed if you’re in danger and tingle when I’m coming near to you”
Yugi stopped crying and just sat there looking at the bed and bringing a hand to the mark. When Yami spoke he looked at him.
“One more thing. If you flirt with any one I will kill them. Then take you even if you don’t want to. Think of it like free range being cut short. You are mine now you will have no one else. Got that! I‘ll be watching you for anything you need. Like protection or comforting not that you‘ll want me to at the moment, but I‘ll grow on you. So sleep now and I‘ll bring you home”
Yugi was close enough that he didn’t have to move to put a finger to his head and recite the incantation putting him to sleep. Again he carried him bridal style and went to Yugi’s house. When he got there the stuff was picked up and the door was open near by he could hear a man calling Yugi’s name, he assumed that it was Yugi’s grandpa, he could also see red and blue lights flashing. He place Yugi on the steps against the wall and then hid in the shadows. Soon a man screamed.
“YUGI!”
And raced up to him quickly followed by two people in uniforms the man gently lifted Yugi’s head away from the wall and rested it against his chest he took a hand and lightly shook it.
“Yugi… Yugi come on! Please wake up!”
“He looks ok. But get him some rest. When he wakes up ask him what happened. Then if he needs to see the doctor. We will have others stop by to talk to him. Good night Mr. Mouto”
The man didn’t even respond he pick Yugi up and walked into the house while the other two people left. Yami moved so he could see into Yugi’s room, a second later the elder man brought Yugi in and rested him on the bed then took off his shoes and socks and went to a drawer and picked up two matching pieces of fabric to dress Yugi in that and put him under the covers then left. After, so did Yami.
