Chapter 2
Class started with out any problems. The teacher had announced their new assignment was to do a full booklet of English, due in two weeks. Bakura groaned knowing he won’t get it done. He may have come from England but there were things he still did not get.
The end of the day went by quickly and the final bell rang, everyone filed out as Kaiba was called to the front, Bakura was slow to putting his stuff away and was glad his friend didn’t to bug him about the day’s event; they had all left having things to do after school that day. He looked up startled as the teacher called his attention; he walks to the front, dreading it wasn’t anything bad.
“I have noticed that you are poor with some cases in English, so I asked Seto Kaiba here to help you with your work, I want you both to work everyday together till it s done” the teacher spoke as if daring Bakura or Kaiba to argue, neither did.
Kaiba looked more annoyed than anything. Bakura had a shocked look on his face as he turned away. It was worse than he feared, spending time with Kaiba everyday after school meant he had to spend time with a guy he had a serious crush on.
Bakura shuffled out of the school heading home wonder why this had to happen, but the more he thought about it the more he actually hoped for it. It dawns on him, not only did he have a crush on Kaiba, but he was more in love with him, the thought of being alone with him and only him made his heart race. He smiled to himself and hurried home hoping not to bump into his friends. He closed the door to his apartment and locked it, a habit he picked up, ran to his room and threw himself on his bed. His white kitten jumped up and walks to him yawning lazily, Bakura scoops up the little kitten and holds it above him as he lies on his back on his bed.
“Can you believe it Kala; I really do believe I’m in love. Oh gods I can’t wait till we start on this project!” he laughs more to himself than anything, the kitten just makes a squeak like meow.
