A Year With You

Seto’s hand slid down his sweat slicked eager body. Jou trembled reaching for his lover. Seto was upon him in a heated moment kissing him deeply. Their tongues tangled and a soft moan rumbled from his chest. He changed their positions nibbling at neck and jaw. Half lidded blue eyes peered at him with uncensored lust. “Puppy.” The soft pet name fell from Seto’s lips as he slowly thrust into the deep heat of his lover.

Jou jolted awake then groaned flopping back in bed. It had been two weeks since he and Seto got together and it seemed their relationship was at a stand still. He desperately wanted to French kiss his beautiful dragon. He knew if he got high off of just normally kissing Seto, that French Kissing Seto would be heaven on earth. However, the second he would make a bold request for more, Seto would silently pull away touching his face tenderly and begging him to take it slow. There was no way he could find it in himself to refuse. He was seriously frustrated. He lay there panting trying to get his body under control. His hands slid over his heated skin and slid lower into his pants. He was sensitive and he came quickly calling out the name of his most beautiful lover. He lay there with one arm thrown over his eyes and the other hovering in the air not sure what he should do. He rolled out of bed and headed to his bathroom to wash up. He tossed his boxers in the tub and washed his hands. He didn’t want to go into his closet of doom to find a new pair so he headed back to his room naked.
Seto knocked softly hoping that Jou was awake. He couldn’t sleep was he wanted to snuggle with Jou for a while. He peeked his head in the door getting a view of his pup in all his glory. He blushed and softly cleared his throat. Jou jumped diving into the bed then peeking out at him. “Oh Seto, what’s up?” A blush heated his face but he boldly stepped into the room. “Jou, can I stay in here and maybe snuggle with you for a bit? I just can’t sleep because my mind is in overload.” His lover gave him a tender smile that made him want to melt. “Sure go grab me a pair of boxers from my closet and we can snuggle as much as you want.” He nodded ducking into Jou closet and grabbing a pair of boxers then tossing them at his puppy.

Jou swiftly slipped into his boxers then patted the bed next to him. Seto gracefully slid in next to him and snuggled close. He kissed Seto’s hair as a head was more or less thrust into his chest. “What’s wrong?” He asked tenderly, letting silky locks slide through his fingers. “I’m just stressed. Jou, this whole relationship thing is really new to me but I like it.” He smiled, feeling like a bit of an ass. “You never really had any one just to vent to before, did you?” Blue eyes looked up at him and Seto shook his head. “Not really. I mean I guess I could vent to Mokuba, but as smart as my brother is some things are just over his head still. He’s just a kid and I don’t want to dump my troubles on him.” He nodded in understanding. “He also blames himself for a lot of what happened to you.” He said softly and Seto nodded into his chest. “It’s not his fault. I just wish he understood that. What happened to me can’t really be blamed on any one but our stepfather. After all, he’s the one that made me the soulless creature I am.” He felt warm tears slide down his chest and he pulled Seto close. “Seto, you are not soulless. I wish you could see you like I do. You are so kind, generous, compassionate, loving, strong, and brave. You remind me so much of your Blue Eyes White Dragon. I didn’t see those things at first, but now I do. I mean don’t get me wrong here, but you can still be a royal pain in the ass. For the most part, through, you are really great. You did so much for me and asked for so little. Seto, I love you.”

Seto pulled away from Jou slightly looking into his puppy’s eyes. They sparkled with the golden light of truth and it thrilled him. It also broke his heart. His eyes filled with unbidden tears for the love that he would lose. “Jou, I love you, I’ve always loved you and I always will. Just please, please don’t fall in love with me. You don’t know the things I’ve done…or the things I’ve let others do to me. Puppy, I beg you for your own sake and partially for mine; don’t fall in love with me. I don’t think I’d survive if I lost your love, which is a very real possibility.” Jou tenderly touched his face and he closed his eyes just letting the tears fall. “Seto, I don’t think there is anything that could make me not love you.” He pulled in a deep, shuddering breath ready to reveal one of his biggest secrets. “What if I was a murderer?” Jou didn’t gasp or shudder, steady warm hands held his face and gold eyes peered into his face for long moments. “I’m sure you had your reasons and I’m sure they were valid. I know you would kill for Mokuba just like I would kill for my sister.” More tears flooded his eyes and he threw himself into his puppy, kissing him desperately.

Jou gripped Kaiba kissing him back with all the desperation and need he felt in his lover. Seto was his. Seto pulled away looking at him with hazy blue eyes and he couldn’t help but smile. “Jou, tell me you love me.” He cupped Seto’s face pulling him down so they were a breath away. “I love you, Seto, always and forever. I love you.” He was kissed again and it was so desperately tender and sweet it stole his breath and what ever hesitation may have remained in his heart. He belonged with Seto and there was nothing and no one that would ever make him doubt it.

Mazu: I would love to update more often sadly if i did that i would run out of chapters and you would have to wait like six weeks between them so it's best i do it this way. that way my beta has some time to read over chapters and then get them back to me. So it's either wait a week or wait three to six weeks for a new chapter. Either that or my chapters just wouldn't be edited. Not that I mind and I don't think my beta would mind much but it brothers some people....nah a week is good. I'm sorry you bleed but i'm glad you are enjoying the story.

Mishiko Shinsei: I thought of using the concussion for something bad but i didn't like the chapter when i wrote it so no i'm not setting up anything bad with the concussion. Thanks for the review I'm glad you like it.

Callidius: Yeah I'm not a big Yami fan if you couldn't tell. Like Yugi it's just that Yami irks me. I'm glad to hear it's getting better and not declining into the world of stupidity. Any way next chapter is the big date that Mokuba planned. so keep reading.
