Yugi scratched his head, staring itently at his Biology book. Classes began tomorrow morning, and along with classes came mid term exams. The thing was, he couldn't focus on his studies. He had had another dream last night. He had been in that room again, with the jelly-like substance surrounding him...

FLASHBACK OF DREAM

Violet eyes stared around the circular room, "wh-what am I doing here again?!" their owner asked, panicked.

There was a dark chuckled, "little Yugi...we meet again, hm?"

The short boy whirled around, seeing the white haired man from the last dream staring hungrily at him. In his hands, was a lock of raven colored hair, which he twisted around his fingers before bringing it to his lips and kissing it.

"W-who are you?!"

The white haired man smirked, stepping forward, "you don't know?"

Yugi shook his head, "I-I've never seen you before. Tell me who you are!"

The man chuckled, hooking an arm around the small boy's bare waist, "that isn't important right now." He began walking, dragging Yugi with him. "What is important, is that you are here, seeing your future," he explained.

Yugi raised an eyebrow, "what are you talking about?"

"Yugi, you don't know what you are. You don't know how much _power_ you have. You don't know how much _destruction_ you can bring upon this earth."

The small one's eyes widened, "you know about my power?! W-what is it? Everyone wants it...but I don't even have the slightest clue to what it could be!"

The man chuckled, "Orichalcos, Yugi."

"Orichalcos?"

The taller nodded, "Orichalcos. Do you know what it is? Do you know why so many people want you?" The small one shook his head to the question. "Inside you dwells the greatest power in all of the universe. I've experience it before, from others who have had the power locked within them."

"Why do you want it then?"

There was a laugh, "why else? Control over wor world, something just too tempting to pass up."

Yugi squeaked, feeling himself being picked up off the ground and placed on hard stone. It was the same one as last time. "What are you doing?" he asked, fear evident in his large, innocent eyes.

The man smirked, "I still find it hard to believe someone so pure has the greatest evil within him." He put his hand behind Yugi's head, moving the hair aside to see the plug in the back of the boy's neck, "see you soon, Yugi," he said, picking up a black cord and sticking it into the boy's neck.

The violet eyed youth let out a bloodcurdling scream, then all went white.

END OF DREAM FLASHBACK

Yugi k hik his head, trying to get thoughts of the dream out of his mind. There was a soft knock at the door, "C-come in."

The door opened and Yami stepped inside, a smile on his face. He walked over to Yugi and wrapped his arms around the shorter in a loving embrace, kissing him on the cheek, "hey, Aibou."

"H-hi Yami," the small one greeted.

Yami, noticing the other wasn't himself, pulled away to face the little one, "you're troubled. What's wrong?"

The teen sighed, looking away, "I-I had another dream last night," he explained.

The taller's crimson eyes narrowed, "what was it?"

"That...that man appeared to me again...he told me...he told me the power that I had. He said it was...Orichalcos and that it could destroy the world." Yugi looked up, his eyes brimming with tears, "it's not true is it? My power is good...it just has to be....I don't want a power of darkness dwelling inside me!" he cried.

The agent's eyes widened and he hugged the boy again, aloowing the other to bury is head in his chest.

"It's not true, right?"

Yami sighed, "yes, Yugi...it is true. The power of Orichalcos is very evil. If in the wrong hands, it could mean the destruction of the world as we know it."

Yugi sniffed, "but that man...he said that no matter whose hands it gets into...it's still just as evil."

The taller bit his lip, "yes, if in good hands it can be evil...but only if that person chooses to use the power. Right now, the power rests inside of you...but that doesn't make you evil, does it?"

"I don't..think so..."

Yami smiled, "no it doesn't. You are the sweetest person on earth. Your heart doesn't want to use the power, therefore the power will not be released. Do you understand?"

Yugi nodded slightly, "I think so. It means that whoever houses the power inside of them can choose whether to use the power or not? If their heart does not want it to be evil, than it won't work?"

The agent nodded to confirm the little one's hypothesis, "that's correct. If your heart is pure, the magic of Orichalcos will have no use."

The small youth smiled, "so then...it can stay in me?"

Yami's eyes softened. He knew that the power couldn't stay inside of Yugi. The only way to get it out of him was to kill him. That was the only way the evil power could be destroyed for good. Even if Dartz took Yugi's power, Yugi would still die because Orichalcos was his life energy. Either way, Yugi would end up dead. But he couldn't tell his koibito that. He wanted the little one to be happy until he took his last breath. "Of course, Yugi," he lied, hoping Yugi didn't see right through his fake grin.

The amethyst eyed boy hugged Yami tight, "that's good. That means I can be happy with you forever!"

The taller laughed, "of course it does. Nothing will tear us apart..." //except reality...//

Yugi giggled as he watched Jonouchi and Seto argue. He didn't particularly know what they were talking about. He thought it was something about french fries, but then it turned into this whole thing about how Jou was a starving mutt.

"You guys, stop fighting!" Anzu yelled. "You sound like little kids!" She stood in front of the two, holding them apart by only a few feet.

Honda chuckled, "it's hard to believe those two love each other. They sound like they're about to rip each other's throats out half the time!"

Yugi nodded in agreement, "yes, but like they say, 'love is found in the oddest places'."

Anzu, giving up on the couple, joined the two teens on the other side of the classroom, "they are impossible."

"I am not a puppy dog!" Jonouchi screamed.

Seto laughed, wrapping his arms around the blonde's waist, "it could be worse. You could always be a monkey."

Jou scowled, "let go of me ya jerk!" he yelled.

"Aww, is the puppy mad?" The brunette questioned in an innocent tone while nibbling on the blonde's ear.

Jonouchi growled, "no, I guess not."

"Good, because master doesn't like it when his puppy is upset." Jou smiled and leaned into the brunette's embrace.\

Yugi smiled, "well at least that was worked out quickly."

Anzu shook her head, "they are _so_ immature," she sighed.

Honda laughed again, "at least they aren't yelling." He looked up at the clock, "we better settle down. The teacher will be coming in soon."

"Yeah," Anzu and Yugi agreed, shuffling over to their desks. (Shadow: sorry, I just wanted to put this little scene in to basically show everyone that the gang was back to normal ^^;)

Dartz smirked, "poor little Yugi. So naive. He thinks he's so safe with his Yami...but really, he is in the same amount of danger. This just keeps getting more amusing." He chuckled, leaning against the wall of Domino Academy. HE slipped inside the building, approaching the front desk.

"How may I help you, sir?"

The white haired man smiled kindly, "I'm here for a Yugi Muto."

The woman at the desk raised an eyebrow, "and what's your relation to Muto-kun...um..."

"Dartz."

"Yes, um, Mr. Dartz."

Dartz's smile widened, "a close friend of the family. I came to take him to lunch."

The woman shrugged, "he's in biology class right now. I'll get someone to take you to him." she stood up and yelled for someone.

A few seconds later, a tall blonde woman with violet eyes came into view, "yes, miss?" she asked.

The woman snorted, "this mister Dartz came to pick up a Yugi Muto for lunch. He's in Biology class now."

The woman smiled at Dartz, "Welcome to Domino Academy. I'm Kujyaku-Sensei, but you can just call me Mai," she greeted. Smiling, she guestered with her hand down the hallway, "follow me."

The white haired man nodd, "thank you ma'am."

Mai led Dartz down the long hall The They turned and walked out into the courtyard before entering a smaller building. "This is the science center," she explained.

The blonde teacher knocked on one of the doors, "sorry to bother you during your lesson, but I need to take Yugi Muto from class early. He has a visitor that came to take him to lunch."

Dartz's eyes widened as he heard a deep voice reply and called Yugi outside. //So Yami is his teacher? How amusing...//

A few moments later, a small spiky haired teen shuffled out of the room. He shyly blinked up at the tall man, about to say something when the man winked at him.

"I'll leave you two now. Yugi knows the way out." Ms. Kujyaku turned to the short teen, "be sure to be back by dark! I'll have your missed work given to Jonouchi-kun." She ruffled the boy's hair before turning and exiting the building.

Once she was gone, Yugi whirled around, "I know you...you're the man from my dream!" He raised an eyebrow, "what's your name?" he asked.

"You can call me Dartz."

The little one gasped, "you....that...you're....Yami said you're the bad man after me!"

Dartz smiled, picking Yugi up and clamping a hand over the small boy's mouth, "oh, that's overexagerating! I'm not a bad man. I told you the truth! I told you of your power. Yami never told you anything, he lied to you. If anyone is a bad man, it's Yami."

Yugi shook his head, "no! Yami loves me. You just want me for power!"

"Love, power...is there really any difference?" the taller asked.

The violet eyed youth shook his head, "there is a big difference!"

Dartz smirked, closing his eyes and dissapearing from the Science center. "And what would that be?" he questioned as he opened his eyes, seeing his office.

Yugi panicked seeing them in a totally different location, "where are we?!" he yelled.

The doom organization's leader chuckled, "we're in my office on the other side of down."

The little one's eyes widened, "why are we here?"

"Because..." Dartz started, "this is where that room in your dream is. This is where I'll obtain your power."
