CHAPTER 11
~~~~~back at Yami’s~~~

Yugi slowly sat up on the couch and looked around, everyone’s eyes were on him causing him to give out a squeak

“Ok how is it your awake already? You should be out for another three hours.”
Bakura questioned, out of the blue Yugi screamed

“TEA!!!”
Not two seconds later Bakura heard her

/HELP! BAKURA! HELP!/

“SHIT!!”

“THAT CAN’T BE TRISTAN!!”

“Oh can’t it?”
With a snap of his fingers, the figure started shrinking and it did indeed become Tristan

“YOU BASTARD! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!”
Chuckling Tristan stalked towards her

“I was thinking that I wanted to make Yami pay for taking my chance away from me, and Yugi choosing some freak thing that always causes him and every one around him to be in danger”
Tea wasn’t liking this situation and was beginning to wonder if Bakura was going to come

/PLEASE BAKURA HELP!!/
Unfortunately for Tea Tristan and Sana lunged at her, she tried to get away but failed. Tristan grabbed her around her waist trapping her arms in the process

“LET GO!!”

“Now why would we do that, when you’re the bait?”
A scream sounded all the way too outside making everyone near by too look to the source.
Bakura arrived as they teleported out, appalled to see Tea in a boys arms and now dripping blood from her chest

“NO!!”
Tea turned hurt tired eyes at him with a sad smile her eyes closed and they vanished

“FUCK!! TEA YOU STUPID SELFLESS GIRL!! YOU BETTER STAY ALIVE SO I CAN KILL YOU MYSELF!!”
With that he punched the floor creating a very noticeable dent and blood from his hand, so he left too tell the bad news
~~~~~~~~~Yami’s place~~~~~~~

Bakura appeared with eyes downcast and fists clinched causing more blood to spill. All eyes were on him but no one dared speak, Yugi got off the couch and walked over to him

“It’s not your fault Bakura. We’ll get her back.”

“Why is it that I never cared for anyone in my whole existence and I suddenly care about a little mortal girl?”
He whispered, they smiled at that. Then Ryou saw his hand

“AHH BAKURA!! YOUR ARM!!”
Speaking through clinched teeth

“I punched the floor.”
Ryou quickly drug him to the couch and pushed him down then ran off trying to find bathroom, they chuckled at his baffled expression. Finally Ryou returned with a damp towel and antiseptic

“Right then, give me your hand.”
But he wouldn’t

“Are you a baby Mr. Toughie? Give me your arm or I’ll knock you out.”
Blinking many times he didn’t fight when Ryou took his hand, putting on the towel. While Ryou was concentrating on his hand, Bakura looked at his friends. Giving them a look that could only be described as ‘is he nuts?’ then another
‘would he really do that?’ they burst out laughing only to be chided

“Be quiet I’m working here.”
They all snickered at Ryou behind his back and looked to Bakura nodding pointing at Ryou. Bakura let himself grin while looking at Ryou

/Quite the bossy one huh?/
Since he was already use to Yugi’s ability to mind read he spoke mentally

/Would you be quiet! I have to make sure you didn’t break or rip anything Mr. Macho/

/First Mr. Toughie now Mr. Macho. What’s next?/
A slight punch to the stomach was his answer, he looked at them again and mouthed

‘Yep he’s crazy’
Doing everything possible not too break down laughing again they all bit their tongues and clamped their hands over their mouths, Yugi mentally warned

/Do not mess with him when he’s in this mode. Tristan learned the hard way/
Not finishing his thought to him Yugi looked to the ground trying not to cry

/Tristan? Who’s that?/
Yugi quickly gave him a mental image of him. Furiously he bellowed

“THAT’S HIM!! THAT’S HIM!! HE WAS THE ONE HOLDING TEA!!”
Startled Ryou dropped the antiseptic bottle soaking the entire left side of Bakura’s hand and his clothing then Ryou landed hard on the floor. Now he was mad

“WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT ABOUT?!!”

“TRISTAN WAS THE ONE THAT HELPED KIDNAP HER!!”
Silence and a gloomy atmosphere enveloped the room, once again Yugi’s eyes rolled into his head

“YUGI!!”
He started falling but Solomon caught him and he began shaking though it lasted over 30 seconds before he stopped

“Ok White Child. Did that look like a seizure to you”
Growling he hit Bakura upside the head

“HEY!!”
Apparently he wasn’t scared of Bakura even when he turned around with fangs glinting in the light and eyes white, Yugi opened his eyes

“She’s with Mr. Ane so we still have a chance.”
Ryou couldn’t let this part be missed in their argument

/If it was a seizure he would have been out for at least ten minutes/
Bakura slapped his face with his good hand. Perplexed faces turned to him he just sent a glare sideways to Ryou, Yugi was amused how they were acting towards each other. With the help of Solomon Yugi stood up and contacted Yami

/Yami?/

*Little Prince what are you doing awake so soon?*

/No time for that. Tea’s been kidnapped/ *Do you know where she is?*

/Yes she is with Mr. Ane/
Bakura was listening to their conversation and interrupted them

/One of their ex-friends Tristan has changed into an asha nent heaki/

*OH GODS NO!!*
They both cringed at his response

*What ever you do, stay together! Where are you?!*

/Your place/
Yugi answered

*It’s not safe there keep moving around. Then it’ll have trouble finding you*

/Gottcha/
Turning to the rest

“Okay everyone we have to leave now!”
Stressed Bakura

“What’s going on?”
Questioned Joey

“No time, must go now! Okay Yugi you’ll have to help me teleport them this time. Solomon is too tired now.”
Nodding Yugi asked

“Where are we going?”
After Bakura placed the picture in his head, they teleported out of there. Curious pupils observed the new surroundings

“Where are we?”
Yet another question, this time from Ryou he looked at him sideways and smirked

“My place. But we have too keep moving, this time we’ll walk.”

“It looks like a dungeon.”

“Joey!”
Simultaneously screeched Ryou and Yugi. Bakura started laughing

“Thanks for noticing.”
That took them by surprise

“Oooooookay. Well let’s get moving.”
Stated Joey. Quickly leaving they entered a street with only houses and fields to see, Ryou inquired

“Which side of Domino are we?”

“This is like a little village kind of thing about ten minutes outside of Domino.”

“Walking or car?”

“Mmm car”
Speechless everyone just stood there, finally Joey howled

“WHY’D WE TELEPORT SO FAR AWAY?!!!”

“Screech like that again and I’ll personally see too it that you won’t have a brain.”
Growled Bakura

“Yeah Joey that really hurts the ears.”

“Sorry Yug.”
The rest of the walk was silent until they saw the buildings in short view, remembering Yugi asked

“Hey Bakura? What does, Asha nent heaki mean?”
Sighing he answered

“It means. Immortal Life Stealer.”
Silence

“I don’t think you were awake yet but it was him that was the figure in your room, your friends dived into get you. You were on your bed screaming, probably because you knew you were in danger but you still gave them a fight trying too get you out of there.”
Yugi stopped walking and both could smell his sudden sadness, well Solomon smelt a change in him

“Yugi? What’s wrong?”
Solomon was concerned for his grandson

“I was dreaming or maybe a it was a vision. It started off black I was wondering where I was then Yukio appeared. God he looked so evil he said ‘look at your end boy’ he pointed behind him and Tristan was walking up but… He started too… he, he began to glow and change in front of me. When he was closer my chest started hurting and I couldn’t breathe. Yukio was laughing saying ‘a friend scorned is your end’ then they disappeared and I saw you guys in the shop with a man on the floor. It changed into Bakura teleporting Tea back to our house and leaving….”
Yugi took in a shaky breath and exhaled, Solomon hugged his shoulders

“We know the rest Yugi, it’s ok.”
Whole body shaking

“NO IT’S NOT!! BAKURA DIDN’T TELL US BUT THEY HURT HER BADLY!!”
He wailed and turned into his grandpa trying too muffle his sobs, saddened disbelieving eyes turned to Bakura

“I didn’t want you too worry. If I had told you that you all would have freaked and try too find her but we have too concentrate on staying alive ourselves.”
All seeing his point they sadly nodded but were determined too help her also, Yugi poked his head up

“Although I did see Mr. Ane heal her some so we must hurry.”
But Bakura broke his mission

“Yugi we must keep you safe. It is up too Yami too help them now. I am sorry but you come first.”
That made him sadder, Bakura kneeled down and made Yugi look at him iris to iris

“I promise you, young prince.. We will get them both back safe.”
Yugi nodded numbly and they started too walk again. Soon they were in downtown of Domino. Walking by an alley, Yugi suddenly screamed as he was grabbed around the waist. They spun around too see Yugi being dragged into the alley, everyone screamed

“YUGI!!”

“LET GO!!”
Yugi bit the man holding him, the man screamed but he quickly transported them.

“NO!! FUCK!!”

/YAMI!!/
Yami fell onto his knees when Bakura screamed, taking a couple seconds too get his mind back, he snapped at Bakura

*BAKURA!! WHAT THE FUCK?!*

/YUGI’S BEEN TAKEN!!/

*YOU’VE GOT TO BE SHITTING ME!! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TOO WATCH THEM!!*

/I WAS TRYING!! WE WERE GROUPED TOGETHER!! BUT THE FREAK WAS IN THE SHADOWS!!/
Yami gave a big sigh

*I am sorry Bakura. Just met up with Marik and keep his friends safe*

/Yeah/
Not daring too see their faces he looked to the ground

“Come on lets go meet Marik.”
Hearing some sniffles from Ryou he stopped and waited for everyone to be past him. Quickly he put his arm around Ryou and leaned his head on Ryou’s then whispered

“Please do not cry Ryou. As I promised Yugi, we will get them back safe. So please no more tears.”
Ryou brought his hand up and placed it on Bakura’s right hand, Bakura thought for a moment that he was going too push him away but Ryou then leaned into him more. Squeezing him a little in comfort Bakura began to lead them to the front of the line so he could show them the way to Marik’s

/Marik get your ass outside we’re coming over but we can’t stay in one place. Three people have already been captured including Yugi and one of their friends has become a asha nent heacki/

/Damn sounds like your having one interesting day/

/Shut the fuck up and be ready asshole/

/Ho ho someone is grouchy/

/FUCK OFF MARIK!!/

/Ow ow ok alright I’ll be ready/
He snorted out loud, Ryou looked up to him in confusion

“Stupid Marik.”
Ryou gave a slight smile and rested his head back on Bakura’s shoulder

/Well at least I got a tiny smile too form in this tense moment/
Still the entire walk to Marik’s it was quiet. When they arrived Bakura was glad that for once Marik listened and was outside

“Where we going next?”

“Not sure we’re just walking around.”

“Well that’s just like you not thinking of places to go.”

“Hey stupid, if you remember we’re not supposed to stay in one place.”

“Du’h everyone knows that but you might as well have a place you want too stop at.”

“And if there are people around and they attack? Then what genius?”
Ryou giggled quietly, Marik’s eyes snapped to him and realized that one they looked alike two they were very close

“Who the hell is that?”
This time Ryou ‘hmphed’ and scowled at him, he was thrown off by that. Everyone was just scared of him they never even dared looking mad at him, Bakura laughed

“This is Ryou and you better watch him he is very quick at slapping and he’s not scared of the repercussions. And he is one of the most stubborn people I know.”
Marik cut in

“You mean besides you?”

“Watch it.”
Bakura hissed playfully

“What about Ann?”
Solomon suddenly asked

“Who’s that?”
They simultaneously wondered

“She is one Yami turned after being shot by her ex-partner.”

“What about her?”
Bakura questioned

“Why not go to her place next, and ask if she would help us?”

“I don’t know. She doesn’t really have anything to do with this and if we run into that boy she’ll be dead before he even comes close. She has immortality now lets leave her out of it.”
Marik stated

“Well actually she was shot because she stuck up for Yugi and she had found Tristan outside our yard watching after I was changed.”
There was nothing either could say about it now, they turned to each other and mentally debated

/Well?/

/I don’t know, we should still just leave her out of it/

/But as Solomon said she was turned because of Yugi and she had helped with that boy once/

/But now she will die if she goes near him and she has all eternity to live now/

/What is with us we never cared about any one but ourselves now we don’t want to involve any one/
Marik laughed

“Beats me. Fine what ever lets get this woman. Show the way old timer.”
Solomon growled and suddenly a spark came from him and shot at Marik, who didn’t see it coming and got hit right in the middle of his chest. The slight blast was enough to make him fall on the ground, everyone look very shocked at him then at Solomon

“Uuuhhhhhhhh. Oops.”
Marik jumped to his feet and shook his fist at Solomon

“What the hell was that?!”
Still shocked Solomon answered

“How should I know?”

“Remember Yugi had to get all that power from some where.”
Bakura interjected ‘aah’ sounded from around the group but Marik just huffed.

After they teleported he still wouldn’t stop biting the man and it drew his friends to him because of his screaming. It took two of his friends to pry Yugi of the mans hand, after his powers kicked in and burned the men but the one that he bit punched him in the jaw and it sent him flying a good foot. Now here he was thrown into a dark room face first with blood coming from him and the man. Taking a couple seconds to adjust to the room he saw two figures in the corner. Quickly crawling over because he could smell that it was Mr. Ane and Tea

“Mr. Ane hey Mr. Ane?”
There was a groan and his head moved to look in his direction, he sniffed

“Yugi? What are you doing here Yugi?”

“They captured me I bit the guy good he’s probably missing a finger now. That’s not the point any way how’s Tea?”
He put a finger under Tea’s jaw and felt a weak but steady pulse

“I have healed her some but I couldn’t heal her any more or I would have died. And now she is unconscious.”

“Hmm how do I heal her?”
Another groan

“It’s hard too explain basically you think of that part and think of it new or undamaged.”
Yugi thought of her chest but nothing happened

“Why is not working?”

“Hmm oh um you also have to touch the part and well this is the tricky part flow some energy from you to that part.”
This time it was Yugi who groaned

“Your right it is hard.”
Again he did what was told but didn’t like having to touch his best friends chest, he could feel that the cut was fairly deep and was very large. Focusing on his power he pictured it flowing from his hand and into Tea’s wound, Yugi didn’t see but his hand was now glowing blue. Tea opened her eyes slightly but since it was dark she couldn’t see anything but shapes and feel a hand on her very sore chest

“Ouch stop it.”
She very faintly whispered, the hand retreated and she heard

“Tea oh thank god your awake.”
Trying to move but finding she could not

“Don’t move yet Tea. You have been seriously hurt.”
For the life of her she could not recognize the voice

“Who are you?”

“Huh?”

“She has lost most of her blood. Don’t take it personally.”

“Ok. It’s me Yugi.”

“Yugi?”
Again she could not remember

/Yami we need help, I have found them but they are both badly hurt/
Nothing

/Yami?/

“They have a block on our mental powers, we can’t reach them”

“No.”
Suddenly Mr. Ane slumped against the wall

“Mr. Ane! Mr. Ane?!”
Yugi shook him but there was no response, he checked his pulse it was faint and erratic

“NO! I NEED YOU AWAKE!! PLEASE WAKE UP!!”
The whole Yugi was screaming Mr. Ane Tea began to remember what had happened but now she could not speak. She started to see a glow above her a white glow then she heard

“YAMI!!”
Suddenly the glow left and a sniffling was replaced by the scream

*Oh my young prince it’s good too hear you. Are you alright*

/YAMI?! BUT MR.ANE SAID THEY BLOCK OUR MENTAL!/
Yugi absentmindedly sent all his feelings to Yami

*Calm down Yugi*

/HOW CAN I?! MR.ANE IS SO CLOSE TO DEATH!! TEA IS STILL HURT EVEN THOUGH I HEALED HER!!/
Yami winced from Yugi’s yelling, calmly he asked

*Tell me Yugi. Is her heart beat good?*
Yugi gently took her wrist and tried too find a pulse but to his shock it was now weaker the Mr. Ane’s.
Because while Yugi had glowed Tea thought it was her end and gave up and even though she was awake a bit she started fading again because he had not healed her enough

/SHIT SHE DOESN’T HAVE ONE!!/

*Stay calm! Now heal her again*
Yugi again healed her and she opened her eyes but her pulse was still very weak

/Yami she still has a weak heart beat/

*Ok Yugi you will have to change her but you must ask her permission first*

“Tea, hey Tea? Listen to me. I need to change you to save your life, but I need your permission.”
Tea’s eyes shifted around and caught site of glowing amethyst, she gave a screech

“Whoa! Whoa! Easy there Tea, it’s me Yugi.”

“Y-Yugi?”

“Yeah.”

“Wh-what’s going on?”

“Later. Right now all you need to know is. I need your permission, so I can turn you. You’ve died once already. We don‘t want too lose you.”
A slight smile shone on her face

“I trust you, you have my permission.”

/Okay Yami I have her permission/

*Good now you will have to numb her skin so she won’t feel the pain. Just think of it being numb. Then too bite her you need your fangs out, picture them growing and they will. Finally you need to say a chant after you bite her. It goes.
Thy whose blood spills.
On lips of immortals.
By view of the gods.
Thy become ever un-aging…….. Did you get all that?*

/Yes I got it/

*Good now do it. Oh and it‘s easier to be behind them, so rest her against you*
He took a big and gently lifted her up. Cringing when she whimpered

“Sorry Tea.”
Then he put her against him

“Ok I am going to numb your neck first.”
Putting his hand on the nap of her neck, he thought of the skin unable to feel. Then poked at it and asked rushed

“Tea did you feel anything?”
After she shook her head, he went on too grow his fangs

“Ok Tea I’m going too bite you now.”
He leaned down some because she was almost laying. Gently he began too put pressure on her neck, and when he tasted the blood said the chant

/Thy whose blood spills.
On lips of immortals.
By view of the gods.
Thy become ever un-aging/
He asked Yami

/How long do I have to bite her?/

*Long enough too say the chant then you can stop and heal it*
So he stopped biting her and pulled away, then he healed her neck

*Okay do you think you have enough energy to heal Mr. Ane some?*

/Yeah I’m not even tired/

*Good because we don’t have you location yet*

/Ok/
He put Tea back on Mr. Ane’s lap and scooted over to him

/But Yami I don’t know where he’s hurt/

*Hmm then you have to picture his whole body healing*

/Ok/
Putting his hands on Mr. Ane’s shoulders he began too heal him. It took a good minute for Mr. Ane too open his eyes even a little but he kept healing him. After another minute Mr. Ane was able too move more, Yugi asked

“Better?”

“A lot.. Hmm you changed her huh? How’d you know how do to that?”

“Well after you passed out I really just wanted him. I screamed his name and he spoke.”
Finally Mr. Ane was completely healed

“So you broke the mental barrier, turned her, then completely healed me. And your not even tired?”

“Nope.”
Smiling sheepishly and rubbing the back of his neck, he looked down to Tea and moved some of her hair out of her face. Again he became sad

“Stupid that a friend did this too her. Now she’s immortal and the friend is a, asha nent heaki.”
Tears came to his eyes but he didn’t care he just started stroking her cheek

“What? Who?”

“Tristan.”

“Oh I’m sorry Yugi.”
Suddenly the door burst open.
