The Incident

Meh, I’m not very…good at writing. This was supposed to be a one chapter on-shot, but I think I’ll break it up into more than one chapter. Just to see if anyone even likes it…and I should even go further than what I’ve got. I MAY make this a full-blown yaoi, however, my “steamy scene” writing skills are…well they are lacking ^_^U. So, yeaaaaaah please don’t be too hard on me…it’s a Seto+Jou pairing, because…well that’s my face Yu-Gi-Oh pairing of course! ^_^ Please don’t flame either -.- Be nice or keep your damn mouth shut. Heh heh, I’m not the type to negative comments from others very well…bad past experiences =/ anyways!!! Here goes! :3

The bell had JUST rung for first class to start at Domino High School. The halls were practically empty, minus a tall young man with golden hair by the name of Jounouchi Katsuya, who was just lazily walking toward his first class. ‘Late again….ah well. Screw ‘dis school…I
don’t really care. I wonder what the evil lunch ladies are gunna server for lunch today…hmm’ He was so caught up in his thoughts, that he hadn’t noticed someone ELSE walking in the hallway in front of him. Therefore, a collision commenced.

“Oomph--!! Hey! Why dontcha watch where you’re goin ya jerk!” Jou shouted from his spot on the hallway floor. He looked up to find a certain blue-eyed person, one who he seems to despise, glaring down at him.

“You sure are one to talk…I wasn’t the one daydreaming, mutt!” Kaiba seethed. Jou quickly stood and rubbed his behind as he, too, stared Kaiba down.

‘Hn…stupid dog…’ thought the CEO as he smirked and walked past Jounouchi. “Better hurry up, you mongrel. Class has already started.” He called back without looking at Jou.

‘Damn that Kaiba! Damn him and his stupid dog pet names!’ Jounouchi, then, headed for class. He hadn’t even gotten there yet and his day was already ruined…

When the last bell rang for the school day to be over, he nearly jumped from his desk.
“Hey Jou, do you want to come by the game shop and duel?” Asked the young Yugi with a huge smile on his face.
“Nah, I gotta get home Yug. My pops is waitin on me I’m sure.” He replied.
“Well…okay. You know you can stop by whenever you want. I’ll see you later Jou! Bye!” And with that, Yugi walked off toward his grandpa’s game shop.

‘Well…better get goin. I hope my old man’s not home…’

Kaiba was walking out from the Kaiba Corp. building toward his limo, when someone suddenly ran into him…yet again.
“Damnit! What the hell is wrong with y—“ He stopped his rant when he realized it was Jounouchi again. He was about to yell and hit him when he noticed the extremely frightened expression in the young boy. Jounouchi was shaking violently and his clothing was quite disheveled.

“What’s the matter?! What happened to you?” He questioned.
“I…I…” Jou stuttered. His face contorted into a slight grimace as he clutched his midsection. He nearly collapsed, but found himself being held up by the CEO.

“Look you can’t stay out here like this. You’re hurt pup. I’m going to take you back to the mansion. Can you make it to my limo?”
“I don’t need…your help Kaib---“ Jounouchi didn’t even finish his sentence. He passed out right there in Kaiba’s arms.
‘Stubborn as ever…what the hell happened?!’ Kaiba wondered to himself as he picked Jounouchi up bridal style and headed for his limo. As he settled himself and Jou in the back, he ordered his driver to drive as quickly as possible back to the mansion.

When they got there, he rushed to one of the spare guest rooms and carefully put Jou onto the bed. He then turned on the side table lamp and with the light he was able to see why Jounouchi had abruptly grabbed onto his abdomen. Jou’s shirt was lifted slightly and Kaiba could see a dark shade of purple on his skin. He also noticed a few cuts and scratches on his arms and on one of his cheeks.
‘Oh my—who the hell would do this to him? I’ll kill whoever it was when I find out! No one hurts the puppy! Wait…did I just call him a puppy?’

He was a bit surprised with himself, but he couldn’t worry about that right now. He needed to get Jounouchi out of his torn clothes and into a hot bath. Kaiba suddenly felt his face heat up a little bit. He shook himself, lifted Jou’s unconscious form, and walked toward the room’s bathroom. He shut the door behind him and set Jou down against it as he hesitantly began to undress his classmate.

‘Why am I so nervous about this?! I’ve got nothing to be nervous ABOUT! It’s just the mutt from school!’ He yelled in his mind. He got everything off…and was lastly at the final piece of cloth; Jou’s boxers. He reached for them slowly…and then sighed.
‘This is ridiculous Kaiba! Just pull them off and stick him in the tub!’

And he did so, but not without his cheeks turning a light shade of pink. He swiftly pulled off the offending article of clothing, picked Jou’s naked body up a few feet, and sat him inside the Jacuzzi-like bathtub. He then grabbed a washcloth and started scrubbing Jou’s back lightly, so as to not awaken him. He dipped the cloth into the warm water and brushed it against Jou’s scratched cheek. He soon found himself gazing at the young boy’s face. He was so zoned out, that he didn’t notice Jounouchi stir.

‘Wh-where am I? I feel like I’m in a hot-tub…am I naked?!?!’ He jerked forward slightly and was then rubbing his forehead in mild pain.

“Ssssssss…ow….who the hell--?” He mumbled. Jou was quite shocked to see his rival in front of him also rubbing his own forehead.
“K-Kaiba?! What the hell is going on??? Why am I naked?! Am I in your house?!” Jounouchi shrieked.

“Calm down mutt. Do you not remember anything?”
“I—“ Jou paused for a minute to catch up on everything up until now. His eyes widened and he stared Kaiba in the eyes…his frightened expression returning to his face.

Kaiba immediately noticed the boy’s change and became a little worried, to his own surprise. Something really wrong must have occurred and he would find out what, but for now he didn’t want to stress the kid out anymore. He obviously had a traumatizing experience.

“C’mon, hurry and finish your bath while I get you something to wear.” He murmured as he stood and grabbed the doorknob.

He opened the door and left for a few minutes. When he came back to the guestroom, he found Jounouchi sitting on the bed with his knees to his chest, wrapped in a bathrobe.

“Hey…I got you a pair of pajama pants and a loose shirt.” He handed them to the, now, clean boy and stepped out of the room for a moment. He heard a quiet and muffled “okay” from behind the bedroom door and entered once again.


“We’ll talk about whatever happened tomorrow morning. For now, you need to rest.” Kaiba spoke quietly and went to leave the room for the last time that night but was suddenly stopped by a hand grasping his own. He turned and saw Jounouchi looking at him with pleading eyes.

“Please…don’t…don’t leave me alone. Stay with me…” Jou whispered as he nearly broke into tears. Kaiba soon found himself sitting and then lying down next to his so-called ‘rival’. He was not expecting any of this and much less expecting Jounouchi to get really close and seemingly cling to Kaiba’s arm. Kaiba watched him try to fall asleep.

After about 15 minutes, Jou’s breathing slowed, signaling that he had fallen asleep. Kaiba considered carefully easing out of Jou’s grasp and leaving the room but suddenly didn’t have the heart(?) to. He moved only to grab the blanket and cover them both, while wrapping the one free arm around the slumbering Jounouchi. And with that, he too fell asleep.
