I really hope you feel better soon. It sucks being sick all the time. I cant wait to see the next chapter and look forward to when Yami gets introduced. Poor little yugi needs some fatherly love right now. And a insane uncle lol

Great story, as a child who grew up with an abusive mother who had a pension for alcoholic drinks.(she passed away when I was 10..drank herself to death.) I know exactly how little yugi feels.. My mother once locked me outside of the house for an entire night, I was 8 and the temperature was freezing. (or near it.. something like 36-39 degrees Farenheit) But yeah enough about that, Overall I was very pleased with your story, As I do tire of some of the more exaggerated stories. Thus it's a relief to see something a little more realistic. You should definitely conitinue with this story it has quite alot of potential! Lastly.. I hope you're feeling better.. Viral Meningitis.. damn.. that's similar to Polio, I hope for your sake it is not permanent. Well see ya!

Wow. You've defintely hooked my interest for this story. Although a part of me wishes for longer chapters....but at the moment I'm not really complaining, cuz I need to go to bed and I'm tired, so your short chapters are a good thing right now ^^

Sorry to hear that you have been suffering from a bad virus. Hope that you are feeling better. Thank you for updating even though you aren't feeling so hot. I liked this chapter even though it didn't have Yami finding his son yet. This adds to the plot and makes us readers want to stick around for more. Poor Yuugi though. Hopefully the social services can make him calm down. Hope to read more soon.

wow two updates in one day. Damn poor Yuugi going through all this by himself. Wonder what happened to his mother unless she was in that UPS truck or something. Good luck getting to work tomorrow with the snow storm, one hit where I lived last night.
