To Break up or not to break up? That is the question. . .

 

Chapter 1: Intro

(A/N: By the way, the first chapter is a quick summary and intro. Chapter 2 and up will be in story mode where characters talk and stuff. Please enjoy the story. Thank you.)



Let's start at the beginning first. They started off good as a couple, Jounouchi Katsuya and Seto Kaiba. At first it was awkward and they had a hard time expressing their feelings. Jounouchi was the first to spill his guts. He admitted he had a crush on Kaiba and it took him a while to figure it out. He even admitted he dreamt about the CEO twice. That made the brunet smile a bit which is a first. First time the blond dreamt of Kaiba was during Duelist Kingdom. The second time was during Battle City after he was struck by lightning.



Soon the brunet came clean and admitted his feelings for the blond. He confessed he liked Jounouchi in his own special way. He explained to Jounouchi that all those dog names were just pet names for the boy. So mutt, mongrel, or dog really meant puppy. Of course the blond didn't buy it at first but eventually accepted it. After they admitted their feelings, they eventually started going out. Kaiba would take the boy out to a fancy restaurant or to other fancy places that the blond hasn't been to yet.



Soon, Jounouchi moved into the Kaiba mansion, mostly because Mokuba had begged him several times relentlessly. Kaiba insisted twice and assured the blond that it was no trouble at all.

So Jounouchi packed what he had, which wasn't much. He packed all his clothes and a few personal belongings and moved into his new bedroom. His new bedroom was next door to Mokuba's room. Kaiba didn't like the idea of anyone neighboring his room. He liked isolation for the most part.



While Kaiba worked at his office during the day, Jounouchi wouldn't spend time with Mokuba playing all sorts of games. They played video games, card games, and board games. When Kaiba had days off which was like three days off a week, he divided his time to spend with his brother and the blond. Friday, the brunet spent time with Mokuba. Saturday, his time was devoted to dating the blond and getting to know him better. And Sunday was family night, which Kaiba spent his whole day with both Mokuba and Jounouchi.



By now, it has been a good five months of them dating. The word was out that the youngest billionaire in Tokyo, Japan was taken. Media try to snoop into their lives but the CEO handled that little sticky situation. He immediately threatened their jobs if they try to send out paparazzi at them or have reporters stalk them. And soon, all media stopped hassling the young couple. The blond asked the brunet if it was alright to let his friends and sister know about them being together and living together. The CEO agreed it was fine as long as they didn't interfere with them and accepted their relationship.



Jounouchi called his sister up first. It took at least a good five times before someone answered on the other line. When the news was told to Shizuka, she had her Yaoi fangirl moment before congratulating her brother and telling him how happy she was. When that was done, the blond called Yugi. Both Yugi and Yami were happy to hear the news and congratulated Jounouchi as well. Next, he called Anzu and told her the news. Again, the blond had to hear another squeal from Anzu having her Yaoi fangirl moment. Even though she was somewhat skeptical at first, she was happy nonetheless. She too congratulated Jounouchi on his relationship with Kaiba. Last but not least was Honda. At first Honda sounded a little disappointed at the news. He and Kaiba never did get along. Mostly because Kaiba was always putting the blond down and that would piss off the other brunet. Eventually Honda lightened up and accepted it, then congratulated Jounouchi as well.



Once he was all done calling all his friends, he told Kaiba that they were all very happy for them both. Kaiba was glad to hear this news was a bit at lost as to why Shizuka and Anzu went all fangirl from the announcement though. Jounouchi laughed and explained to Kaiba, they think that Yaoi is cute and it's quite popular in the U.S. and Japan. The brunet still did not get it but went along with it anyways. So far, so good within first five months. It's now moving slowly into their six months of dating. Things begin to get a bit rocky with the CEO and the blond.
