Jou put a hand to his cheek and stared at Seto in shock. The cruel bastard he’d been before they were trapped in the holographic game had returned, and it looked like he was kicking Jou out of his life after only a few weeks. “That’s it ya creep. Jou chuckled, “It’s alright baby. I’m still here ain’t I? Besides, that was… wow. I think that’s the only way to describe this mornin’. Seto raised an eyebrow, “You are talking about me right?”

“Of course it doesn't you great big doofus.” Jou snorted, “If it had, believe me, I’d have taken the money and run by now. Just because I’ve done without with my dad my whole life, doesn’t mean I’m going to cling to the first lover I’ve ever had just because he’s a moneybags.” He turned his honey eyes up at Seto’s face, “I’m new to this whole relationship thing, but I know what lovin’ my friends and my sister feels like, and this… feelin’ is different with you but just as strong if not stronger, it must be love.”

Seto blushed again, “I… The only thing I can tell you Jou is I’m less experienced than you are in that respect. I know the love of siblings because I love Mokuba, and the feelings I have for you are just as strong, albeit different, same as you… So…I guess this must be love for me as well…”

The two of them fell silent, lost in thought and snuggled together for a few moments before Jou spoke up softly, “Seto?”

“Yeah, puppy?”

Jou felt his face go warm at the nickname and what he was about to ask and he buried his face in Seto’s side before mumbling, “Let’s do this… playing thing again, yeah? But next time, get a collar… and a leash?”

Seto blinked for a moment before breaking out into dark chuckles and pulling Jou into a warm embrace, “Anything you say mutt, anything you say.”
