He sees Jou strolling by and decides to kill some time torturing the mutt...he doesn't realize until too late that the little bundle Jou was carrying was mistletoe. And Jou knows how to use it. Good thing the windows are tinted.

Seto couldn’t believe this, here it was Christmas Eve and he was stuck in a traffic jam. “Kyle what’s the hold up?” He asked his driver.
“I don’t know Mr. Kaiba.” Kyle replied looking nervous.
Seto sat there fuming yet he knew there was nothing he could do about the situation. The only thing he could think about was getting home to spend Christmas with his brother. But he was stuck in traffic as everyone else had the same idea. He was brought out of his thoughts when his cell phone rang. He grabbed it thinking someone had messed up something again at work and he would have to fix it. Scowling he put it to his ear. “Kaiba” he growled into the phone.
“Seto where are you? You said you would be home a half an hour ago.” Came a voice that he instantly recognized.
Seto smiled. It was his brother someone he could count on. In fact the only one he could count on ignoring the thought of a golden haired puppy. “Mokuba I’m sorry I’m stuck in traffic and I don’t know when I’ll get home.”
He heard Mokuba sigh. “Okay I’ll see you when you get here. Be careful and Merry Christmas.”
As he said good-bye to his brother he heard a tapping on his window of the Limo. Startled and incensed that someone would even to think about bothering him he rolled down the window to yell at them. Much to his surprise it was his puppy. “Mutt what do you want?” he said in a cold voice.
Jou just looked at him and smiled. “Thought you would like to know there was an accident up ahead and the street has been blocked off. So you are going to be here for awhile.” Jou told him not in the slightest put off by the tone of the voice.
Seto sighed “That’s just great. Well mutt thanks for the information now you can go play in the traffic like all mutts do.” Seto smirked when he said this. Jou just ignored him and kept looking at him. Seto was starting to fill uneasy. “What is it?” He asked.
Jou looked at him and said “I’ve got a present for you and I figure this would be as good of a time as any to give it to you.” That is when the CEO noticed Jou had something green and red in his hand. Jou opened the door to the Limo and climbed in. He rolled up the window and the privacy window between the driver and the backseat of the Limo ignoring Kyle’s startled gaze.
Seto looked at him and scowled. “What do you think you are doing Mutt?” Not sure why he wasn’t pushing him out the door. That is when Jou pulled out the sprig of Mistletoe that he had hidden in the bag. Jou smirked with a lustful gleam in his honey colored eyes.
Jou pinned the Mistletoe to the roof of the Limo. “I’m your present Kaiba, like what you see?” He asked. You see Jou had found out earlier that day that Kaiba liked him and had a secret crush on him. Jou figured since he felt the same way that he would finally act on those feelings. And came up with the mistletoe as a way of doing this, the traffic jam only helped his plan.
Kaiba scoffed “My present, your deluded Mutt.”
At this Jou laughed and moved closer to Kaiba moving his hand to his secret crushes side and began rubbing it. Jou bent over and whispered into Kaiba ear ever so softly. “Do you like what I am doing?” Seto did indeed like what Jou was doing but he was determined not to give in and let him know that. At least that is what he was going to do. He heard Jou laugh softly as he moved his hand onto Seto’s growing shaft. “Oh I see you do like that.” As Jou said this Seto let out a soft moan unable to contain it any longer, the sensation to much to ignore. Mokuba looked up as they came in and smiled. He was glad that his big brother got what he wanted for Christmas. As for the Mistletoe it stayed in the Limo to be used once again in case of a traffic jam.
