The Dungeon under Duelist Kingdom

The duct tape is unnecessary really, because the chains are enough to hold him. Heavy, rusted iron chains, in a cell with thick iron bars; the same chains, in the same cell, where Pegasus held Mokuba all through the Duelist Kingdom tournament. It seems fitting.

Of course the chains are unnecessary too, and the bars of the cell. There's three locked doors in between this hallway and the stairwell that leads back into the Castle, and there are guards watching every one of them.

They're Pegasus' guards. Seto hired them when he bought Duelist Kingdom. Yuugi asked him when he bought it, why he'd buy a place that must have so many bad memories, but it's easy enough to avoid answering his questions. He's weak-willed, and he hates angering anyone.

Mokuba doesn't know he owns the place. He doesn't know how many of the nights when Seto says he has to work late he's really going over here, and he doesn't know about Pegasus in the dungeon.

Only Seto knows. He flies the company helicopter over, pilots it himself to make sure there are no records. He locks each of the doors behind him as he goes down, and he dismisses the guards back up to the Castle.

Then it's just him and Pegasus. He can do what he wants, violate him any way he chooses. There's never any witnesses, never anyone down here to see what's happening. And Pegasus, killed by whoever it was who took the Eye after he lost his duel to Yuugi, isn't going to say anything.
