On my Mind~ Chapter one

Seto Kaiba sighed as he scooted away from his desk. He placed his fell manicured fingers on the sides of his head and gingerly began to massage his aching temples that threatened to explode into a monstrous head ache. He had been working on the details of a business deal that was in the works and the legal contract he was given to look over was giving him endless migraines. He figured that those corporate suits from the other companies confused him for a fool and an amateur businessman. The contract in its entirety was filled to the brim with nothing but poorly hidden scams and bad deals.
‘God why did I have to be saddled with such idiots…?’ Seto complained to himself as he tried to work the tension out of the slowly forming knots. ‘They think I don’t know a bad deal when I see one? Honestly….’
Seto sighed as he removed his hands; seeing how the head ache refused to be rubbed away. He continued to go through the contract and began scratching off everything he disapproved of and there was hardly anything legible left on the pages.
‘This is a bunch of bull,’ Seto said to himself as he scratched off something else from the contract. ‘Not even the dumbest of men would sign their name on this. This is an insult.’
Seto was beyond pissed and the timid knocking at his door only helped to set him off the edge.
“WHAT!?” he roared at whomever was foolish enough to bother him. He was not in the mood to deal with some bimbo secretary or some mess that a careless worker made.
The door creaked open slowly and Mokuba Kaiba poke his head through the door to his big brother’s office.
“Seto….?” the boy began almost as timidly as his knock.
Seto groaned.
“What is it Mokuba?”
Seto loved his little brother, he was his only family, but now was not the time for the youngest Kaiba to be poking his head inside Seto’s office. He was about ready to kill someone and the look on his face was enough to back it up. Mokuba scooted into the room shyly and shut the door behind him.
“Well….” The younger Kaiba began. “You seem stress, is all oni-sama, and I think it would be good if you get out of your office. Even for a little while.”
Mokuba rushed the last part because he knew that his brother would object.
“Mokuba,” Seto began. “I am the CEO of this company. I cannot simply take off because I get a little stressed.”
“A little!” Mokuba shouted; no longer afraid of his brother’s temper. “You get more than a little stressed! Remember what happened the last time?”
Seto’s mind wandered a bit to that topic before he frowned at his brother.
“I thought I told you not to bring that up, Mokuba,” Seto said with a parental tone.
“If you go out of this office I swear to never even think about it again!” Mokuba tried to reason. Seto, however, wanted no parts of this. “Oni-sama, come on! It’s not healthy for you to work yourself like this! You’re only human and you need a break!”
“Oh all right, Mokuba,” Seto caved. The only reason he gave in was his little brother was starting to whine and he absolutely hated whining.
“Really? Yay!” Mokuba cheered. “You should go for a nice drive around Domino! Take the convertible and left the wind blow your hair!”
Seto sighed as he brother continued to fuss over him until he finally left his office. Mokuba let out a cheer when his oni-sama was finally out of the office.
“Yahho watashi wa kattaze!” (1)

Seto looked around as he drove around the city. He had taken his brother’s advice and used the convertible for his outing. He found the drive calming and his nerves seemed to settle substantially. Seto allowed his mind to drift to other subjects as he continued his drive. He thought about school and the idiots in it.
‘That Wheeler is really getting on my nerves…’ (2)
Seto was too into his thoughts that his lost focus of everything else around him and didn’t hear the shouts and honks around him. He was ripped out of his “ daydreaming ” when he felt the front of his car slammed into something. Seto lurched forward and smacked his face into the recently deployed air bag.
Angered, Seto pushed the bag out of his way and he exited his car to check the damage.
“What the hell do you think you were doing you ass!” Seto shouted; completely unaware that he was the cause of the accident. “You seriously damaged my car!”
Seto rounded the vehicle to berate the person more when his flaring ice blue eyes met with surprised lavender ones. Said lavender eyes change from surprise to a glare as the owner of the eyes looked beyond pissed.
Seto stared gaping at he boy. He was beautiful. His skin was tanned and flawless indicating that he wasn’t from around this country. Pale blond tresses hung down over his shoulders and wildly spiked bangs fell in front of his angry lavender eyes.
“You’re the one who wasn’t looking where they were going, you jackass!” The boy shouted, his voice deep and menacing.
Seto was snapped from his appreciation at the sound of someone calling him a “ jackass ”.
“Excuse me!?” Seto roared. “I had the right of way!”
“See that!” The boy shouted; pointing up at the traffic light. “When it glows red that means you stop, you moron!”
Seto looked. Indeed the light was red. Was it red that entire time?
“Whatever,” Seto snorted.
“What do you mean “ whatever ”?!” The boy shouted. “I’m hear on the fricking pavement trapped under my cycle that is halfway under your damn car and all you can say to me is “ whatever ”?!”
“Look,” the CEO continued to glare. “What do you want me to do? Take you home with me?”
“Well,” the boy glared. “I can’t move and my motorcycle is totaled so there’s no way I can take myself home.”

Seto waited till after the cops cleared away the wreckage to call his driver. The emergency vehicles were stuck in traffic so Seto decided to just take the boy with him.
The car ride wasn’t long, but the boy fell unconscious as soon as he was place in the limo; this bangs falling limply in front of his face.

They arrived at the Kaiba mansion in no time. Seto exited the automobile then reached back in and pulled the boy into his arms.
“Seto!” Mokuba cried as he came running out of the mansion. He stopped when he noticed the unconscious boy in his arms. “Who’s this?”
“I don’t know,” Seto answered and walked past his brother into the mansion.
“Since when does Seto bring home strangers…?”

1) Yahoo! I win!
2) I was gonna use Jounouchi, but it didn't sound as menacing.
