Once More With Feeling Yu-Gi-Oh Style
Alister awoke hearing the ringing of his alarm clock.He lifted it of the desk and looked at it.
Meanwhile,Valon was in his room worrying about the big day,Raphael and Mariah were getting married.He walked in to the bathroom.
Joey made the bed and found a flower and lifted it.
Duke came out of his room and knocked the bathroom door.Valon came out and Duke went in.
Alister just lay in bed watching them.
Mariah was finding a dress to wear for the day.Duke called her over to talk.
Valon was looking at the books when Dartz took it out of his hands and closed it.Valon then walked over to the another bookshelf.
It was time for Alister to train so he got up and walked into the basement with Dartz and Raphael.
That night
Going Through The Motions (Alister, Demons)
ALISTER:Walks down the street and sings
Every single night
The same arrangement
I go out and fight the fight
Still, I always feel the strange estrangement
Nothing here is real
Nothing here is right
A vampire comes and starts to attack him.
He punched it and then threw it behind.Alister got out a stake and then ya know killed it.
I've been making shows of trading blows
Just hoping no one knows
That I've been going through the motions
Walking through the part
Nothing seems to penetrate my heart
Keeps on walking
I was always brave and kind of righteous
Now I find I'm wavering
Crawl out of your grave
You find this fight just doesn't mean a thing
Vampire attacks him and Alister fights back
VAMP
He ain't got that swing
Punches Alister and he falls on the ground
ALISTER
Thanks for noticing
Alister looks over and sees the Demons dancing and singing
VAMPS AND GOAT GUY
He is pretty well with fiends from hell
But lately, we can tell
That he's just going through the motions (Going through the motions)
Facing it some how
Alister jumps up onto his feet,grabs a sword and yet again kills them
GOAT GUY
He's not even half the boy he - ow.
Walks on and cuts the ropes
ALISTER
Will I stay this way forever?
Sleepwalk through my life's endeavor
GUY
How can I repay - -
Keeps walking and throws the sword away
He kept walking on
ALISTER
Whatever.
I don't want to be
Going through the motions
Losing all my drive
I can't even see
If this is really me
A vampire comes up to attack him and he sticks the stake in the vampire
And I just want to be
Alive!
The vampire dust fades away and leaves Alister standing in the dark
