Case: Investigate and discover cause of series of supernatural incidents associated with the relics the Millennium Items.
Investigate the return of the Shadow Magic and the Shadow Games in the Pandraic Universe.
Arrest interdimensional gang the Shadow Hunters believed to be after the aforementioned relics.

Cover:
Invited to be the summer with team member Arial Hikari Tenryu’s family friend Thomas Mayfield in his Japanese estate located in Domino City. Significant others and children are brought along for plausibility of vacation.

Warnings: The Millennium Items are believed to attached in some way to the power of the Shadow Magic and the Shadow Games. Use extreme caution – Shadow Magic is very powerful.
The leader of the Shadow Hunters and his top aides are believed to high-class youkai. The rest are psychic to magic-using humans, most with criminal records. Approach and arrest with caution.

Description: The Shadow Games and level of Shadow Magic threatens destruction of the Earth. The Games and powers are believed have been sealed by the powerful shadow mage Pharaoh Atemu who died in the effort. The Millennium Items and the Pharaoh are buried and guarded by the Grave Keepers. Some sources claim that three souls were sealed in three of the Items including Pharaoh Atemu.

Description: Murder of Grave Keeper Malachi Ishtar. Traces of Shadow Magic detected. Incident is somehow related to Malachi’s son Malik and the Millennium Item, the Millennium Rod.

Incident Three

Date of Incident: 1989
Description: The Millennium Ring resurfaces in the possession of archaeologist Bakura Yaten. The Item is given to his son Ryou. In the coming week, police discovered several soulless and murdered bodies. Traces of Shadow Magic detected. Incidents seem connected to Ryou and the Millennium Ring.

Date of Incident: 1994
Description: The Millennium Puzzle turns up in the hands of Japanese teenager Mutou Yugi, completed. Several incidents of strange murders, insanity, and soulless bodies with traces of Shadow Magic. Incidents seem somehow related to Mutou Yugi and the Millennium Puzzle.

Description: Several incidents involving Shadow Magic are detected during the duration of the Duel Monsters Tournament Duelist Kingdom. Island itself is literally humming with echoes of the magic. Millennium Puzzle, Millennium Ring, and Millennium Eye are described as on location at time of tournament. Millennium Eye has vanished at end of Tournament, taken from it’s previous holder of Pegasus J. Crawford.

Description: Similar traces of Shadow Magic and incidents like those in Duelist Kingdom during the Duel Monsters Tournament Battle City. Witnesses describe appearance of the Millennium Ring, Millennium Puzzle, Millennium Eye, Millennium Tauk, and Millennium Rod. Power issues surrounding the Duel Monster Cards called the Egyptian God Cards.

People of Interest in This Case:
Atemu – the Pharaoh believed to be sealed with the Millennium Puzzle.
Assassin – Soul believed to sealed with the Millennium Rod.
Bakura Ryou – Holder of the Millennium Ring. Reports indicant the Millennium Eye is also in his possession.
Brandon Chandler – Psychic/ Convicted Rapist/Assassin. Shadow Battle.
Pegasus J. Crawford – Former Holder of the Millennium Eye, sponsor of Duelist Kingdom.
Isis Ishtar – Malachi Ishtar’s oldest child, last known holder of the Millennium Tauk through it no longer seems to be her possession. Some reports indicant she gave the Tauk to Mutou Yugi. Very knowledge about the Items and their associated legends.
Malik Ishtar – Holder of the Millennium Rod. From the Grave Keepers, son of the murder victim Malachi Ishtar.
Kaiba Seto – Sponsor of the Battle City, Mutou Yugi’s chief rival.
Kuro – Leader of the Shadow Hunters. Believed to be an A-class inferior youkai.
Farrell MacGregor – Wizard/Convicted Murder/Assassin. Shadow Hunter.
Mareo – Kuro’s third. Believed to be an C-class inferior youkai.
Mutou Yugi – Holder of the Millennium Puzzle, Kaiba Seto’s chief rival. Some report the Millennium Tauk also in his possession.
Sigurd Schmitt – Psychic/Murder. Shadow Hunter.
Taichi – Kuro’s second. Believed to be an B-class inferior youkai.
Tomb Robber – Soul believed to be sealed with the Millennium Ring.
Naoko Wantanbe – Psychic/Assassin. Shadow Hunter.

Remember:
All Holders of Millennium Items or Believed Holders should be approached and treated with extreme caution.
The Shadow Hunters are dangerous and will not hesitate to kill. Use caution when approaching and/or fighting them.
