The Wrong Game
Disclaimer: No i don't own any of the characters, nor do i want to! They are WAY too much work to take care of, and i have my hands full taking care of a spoiled, arrogant, siamese cat!

This is a one shot, the only reason i wrote it was my friend told me i couldn't write a yaoi. I don't know the characters very well, i tried my hardest to keep them "in character", but i just couldn't bring myself to torture the characters to whom i'm already attached for the sake of a bet. But i HAD to prove him wrong, i can write anything! This is the product of three hours - between the hours of about three to six in the morning. Hey, take inspiration where it may fall, nyan? Oh, yeah, it's short, too. I was only half awake when i wrote it.

He sat with his arms folded across his chest. What a stupid idea, why couldn't they duel? Yugi shuffled the cards and dealt them. One - two - one - two, until they were all dealt. Yugi picked up the stack closest to him.
"Now, you just play the first card in your hand. The one of us with the highest card wins." Yugi explained when Kaiba looked at him questioningly.
Kaiba had never really liked playing regular card games, but that was probably because he wasn't very good at them. They just weren't as interesting as a duel. But nonetheless, he picked up his half of the cards, and did as Yugi had instructed, placing the card on the floor between them.
An eight, *Not too bad* he thought. Yugi drew his top card and placed it with his.
"A jack, that means i get these two!" Yugi placed the winnings off to the side.
*Yugi sure gets excited about dumb things.* Kaiba let his thoughts wander, not really interested in the game anymore.
*He sure looks cute in that shirt, though...* Then, he realized that Yugi was waiting for him to do something.
"Okay, i played your stupid game. Now what?" Kaiba could already think of ten things that would be twice as exciting as this. The top of his mental list being shoving the cards away and ripping Yugi's shirt off.
"We do it again! And again, and again, until one of us runs out of cards." Yugi enjoyed these things, Kaiba couldn't understand why though. Hell, he didn't even know why he humored the brat. Oh, well, might as well keep going and see where this stupid game took them, maybe he would act on that first impulse, and just throw Yugi down on the pile of cards.
He drew again, a three. *Oh, well, who cares who wins anyway?* He thought as Yugi slapped a nine on top of his three and took away the two cards.
Next turn, Kaiba drew a four, Yugi pulled an Ace.
"Ha!" Kaiba called, finally getting a little into the game, he pointed at the cards, "my four beats your one!"
"No. Ace is the highest card," Yugi said evenly, "It even beats a King." And with that, he removed the cards.
"Kaiba scowled, "What a stupid rule! Who thought that one up?"
"Dunno, it's just part of the game." Yugi placed his next card out, and looked at him expectantly. Kaiba just started putting cards on top of Yugi's. Already, this game was getting on his nerves. Kaiba stopped caring what card he played. His thoughts began to wander as he just put one card then another on top of Yugi's...
On top, that's where he'd like to be right now...
Another card
To hell with this stupid game...
Another card
On top of Yugi. He looked up at him, he sure looked cute when he was getting into his games...
Another card
Maybe...
Another card
His thoughts kept going, but then he realized that Yugi wasn't playing another card. He glanced up again, "What?" Yugi was just looking at him.
"It's your hand, i was waiting for you to take your cards."
"Huh?" He looked down, sure enough, he'd turned over a five on Yugi's two.
"It's about time i win something!" He started watching his cards now. A five, Yugi drew a seven. Now a nine, Yugi pulled another seven.
"Another point for me!" Kaiba took the cards, and pulled another. A three to Yugi's four. Now a two. Yugi put down another Ace.
"wait a second! How'd you get two Aces already, and i haven't even gotten one yet?!?!" Now Kaiba really wanted to jump the card game and tear Yugi's shirt off, if for no other reason than this card game definitely seemed to favor Yugi!
"Dunno. Just lucky, i guess."
"Lucky, my ass! Something fishy is going on here. You have all the good cards."
"If your implying that i'd cheat, you of all people know that i'd never cheat!" Yugi looked genuinely shocked that Kaiba would insinuate such a thing. He almost looked like he might cry.
"Whatever!" Kaiba just wanted to move the game along if for no other reason that to distract Yugi, and get him to stop making that face. A nine. Yugi shook himself back to reality and resumed the game. A Queen.
"Wait, how come you get ALL the good cards?!?! You've already got three fourths of the damn deck!" Kaiba really wanted to just toss the cards now and do something much more interesting, and he could feel the pressure starting to boil under his skin.
"I don't know! But i did not cheat!"
"Fine! You didn't cheat! So what, did all the cards just line themselves up and get in your hand?"
"Maybe they did! But it would only be because your such a grouch!" Yugi slammed another card down. A nine. Kaiba almost gave in to the feelin his his gut and quit playing already, but something in Yugi's eyes made him stay. Yugi's eyes were so intense and serious, *He's never like this unless he's Yami, i wonder what's gotten in to him? He's so sexy like that, though...* Kaiba flipped over the next card, a ten. Finally he was winning. *A little*
Yugi's gaze never left his, their eyes were locked in as they reached for their decks. Yugi slapped it to the floor first. A four. Then Kaiba, a King. *Great!* he thought * All my high cards are at the bottom!* Now Now as six for Yugi, and an eight for Kaiba. Then another hand in Kaiba's favor, a Jack to Kaiba's King. On the next turn, they both drew a six.
"Now what?!?!" Kaiba hadn't expected this at all.
"We have a war!" The angry hurt look in Yugi's eyes was completely gone now. Replaced by the twinkle of a new turn in the game.
"I'm gonna start a war! And it's not going to have any cards involved with it!" Kaiba didn't even want to know what a war was, but for Yugi's sake, he asked anyway, "How the hell do we have a war?"
"We each put out three cards, face down. Then, without looking at them, we each flip one over. Whoever turns over the higher card, wins the war." Yugi grinned as he placed the next three cards from his hand out in front of him on the floor.
Kaiba followed suit. "Why don't you go first," Yugi asked, "since you're behind, and all."
*One more thing and it's gonna be your behind you'll be worried about, boy.* Kaiba thought as he randomly turned over the second card before him.
An Ace! He couldn't believe his luck! Maybe now he'd start winning.
"Wow!" Yugi mumbled as he studied the backs of the cards in front of him. After a moment, he chose the first one.
Another Ace! Unbelievable!
"Well, that's just great! Were back where we started! Now who the hell wins?" Kaiba fumed.
"We do it again. Three more cards, one more war. The winner of that round gets all the cards from both wars. It's been a long time since i had a double war!" Yugi gleefully placed three more cards face down on top of the three he already had laid out before him.
"I don't want to!" Kaiba grumped, "You'll just win like you always do.
"Please?" Yugi leaned forward and made great, big, sad puppy dog eyes at him.
"Arghhhh! Fine!" Kaiba put three more cards out and grabbed one, afraid to look at it.
"Wow, look at that! I thought we'd already played all the face cards." Yugi gasped.
Kaiba looked down, he'd turned the King of Hearts! Maybe he would win after all. He watched closely as Yugi touched first the second card, then changed his mind and flipped the third...
"A Joker! How the hell did that get in the deck?! Those aren't even suppose to be used!" Now the game was really over!
"I don't know, let's just make up a rule for it. Like, lessee..." Yugi trailed off in thought.
"No!" Kaiba hollered, "I don't want to make up any rules! I don't want to play this stupid game anymore! The stupid Joker means that the stupid game is over, and now we play MY games!" Kaiba shoved the cards across the floor and dove over them at Yugi.
Yugi fell backwards, yelped and grabbed for Kaiba's shirt to balance himself. They landed in a pile of cards with Yugi on his back and Kaiba straddling his hips. Kaiba stared into his eyes, and, slowly, almost teasingly, began to unbutton Yugi's shirt. Yugi made no move to stop him, he just watched as he worked his way down the shirt.
Then Kaiba leaned over Yugi and ran a card slowly over Yugi's now exposed chest. Yugi shivered.
"You like that, don't you? You like my way of playing with cards." Kaiba sat up and completely removed his own shirt, then slowly removed Yugi's. He leaned in for a kiss, then dropped to his jaw line, then his chest. He took one nipple between his teeth, and pulled gently. Yugi took a sharp breath, and his whole body tensed. Kaiba was still holding the card, now he ran it down Yugi's side, along his ribcage from his underarm to his hip. He stopped there and undid the button on Yugi's pants. Yugi watched him, fascinated. Kaiba came back up for another kiss, "You DO like that. You really want it, don't you? Tell me. Tell me you want it."
Yugi studied the face over his own, he looked so intense. Yugi wasn't sure what to but but just then Kaiba put the card in his mouth and ran it down his chest again, pulling his pants down his hips as he went. As the card reached the base of his erection, Kaiba dropped the card and took him into his mouth. Yugi's hips came up from the floor to meet his mouth and he stammered, "Y-y-y-esssss, i do. I want it. I do."
Kaiba tossed Yugi's pants off to the side, and continued to work the flesh in his mouth. After a moment, he got up, took off his own clothing, and leaned down to Yugi's face, "Turn over." He mumbled into the ear he had begun nibbling on.
Yugi complied, flipping to his stomach. He was used to this, Kaiba always gave the directions. He knew if he didn't just obey, it would be worse.
Kaiba fell on top of him and ran his tongue up his back, from his shoulder blades to the back of his neck, where he stopped and bit gently. At the same time he ran his hands up the front of Yugi's chest beneath him, stopping at his nippand and pulling gently on them. Yugi's breaths became quicker and sharper, and he shook with the administrations of Kaiba's hands, as Kaiba began to run his hands back down Yugi's chest, stomach, and to his hips, where he used one hand to hold Yugi's hips still, and the other to position himself over Yugi's small opening. He pressed a little, drawing a sharp, impatient breath from Yugi. He pressed farther, and finally, he came to the end of the penetration. He stopped there, and picked up another card. He ran it down the length of Yugi's hard, twitching cock. Then, he moved it to the sensitive skin behind his balls. Yugi shuddered. "I think I like playing cards with you, Yugi," Kaiba chuckled, "but only if it's on my terms of play."
He began his rhythm, slowly, then faster, until Yugi's breaths were cries. Cries of pain turned into cries of pleasure soon enough. With a gasp, and another cry..., ...louder, and full of pleasure, Yugi came... wetting the cards on the floor beneath him, and shaking in Kaiba's grasp. Soon after, exhausted, and winded, Kaiba let go too, with a shudder and a jerk, he filled Yugi from the band and collapsed on top of him. Yugi collapsed himself, letting Kaiba just lay there and catch his breath.
Then, when breathing had returned to normal, and they had regained their senses, Kaiba rolled over to lay next to Yugi. Yugi scooted up next to him and buried his face into Kaiba's shoulder, "We'll have to get together to play cards more often." Kaiba mumbled and put a hand into Yugi's hair and held him until the two fell into a peaceful sleep, amidst the scattered cards.
