Nervous night
The whole night Yuugi was sweating bullets in the presents
of his own date.
"Relax Yuugi have some fun." Mai said to Yuugi who was hidding behind her.
"Sorry." he said.
"Stop apolagizing." She laughed.
"Sorry." Yuugi said. "I mean.."
"I'm gonna slap you if you do that again." She wasn't serious.
"Sor.." Yuugi stopped. "I'll try to have a good time."
"Don't try just do it." Mai said as they met up with Marik and Bakura.
"Hey guys great to see you." Bakura said.
"Hey do guys know that if Yami was here, he'd have us pull a prank?"
Marik asked.
"I know, but in a way it's a good thing he's not here." Mai said.
"I need some air." Yuugi left them very angry. He didn't beleive
Yami would ruin the dance....not for him anyway. He spotted Jou and
Anzu dancing and became sad. Everyone was having fun except him.
He wanted to leave but he didn't want to go home either. Mai followed
him knowing she said something wrong.
"Hey I'm sorry, I know you wanted him here, I didn't mean what I said."
"Hey stop apolagizing or I'll slap you." Yuugi's face looked serious for a
minute followed by a sarcastic smile.
"Come on let's dance." Mai said.
"I don't know how." Yuugi said.
"Just come on it's easy." Mai lead him in. She and the other 'Dark Angels'.
Yuugi just stood there watching them. "Come on Yuugi shake it." Mai said.
Yuugi chickened out and walked away.
"Maybe later!" Yuugi paniced.
"Should we show his him his surprise now?" Mai asked.
"Wait for the crowning." Marik said.
As the night went on everyone had a peice of paper to vote for best couple.
Yuugi saw something strange on the paper.
"It's not possible, he's not even here...."Yuugi pondered one of the couples.

How's my writing so far anyway, my MD is screwing with my head, I question my
ability...
