Chapter 9
Chapter 9
Thank you BladeMaxwell-GoddessofDeath and Draco for all your help and putting up with me!
As the first person lunged at Haru, his body began to glow.
"Your all mine!" the man said as he grabbed onto Haru's arm, which he was soon joined by the other's who began trying to pull a glowing Harry towards them.
^Enough^ a voice suddenly called out in their minds ^I will not be treated like an object for other people's desires again.^
They all froze and looked at the glowing Haru who had a 'run for the hill's as I'm totally pissed off' look on his face.
The next thing any of them knew was that they were thrown back and hit the wall by an invisible force.
^I have had enough of this behaviour^ the voice echoed in their minds ^You will pay for this.^
The glow that was surrounding an angry Haru suddenly started to glow around the Kaiba Corp employees that where lying against the wall in shock, the next thing the employees knew was that they had somehow appeared in a room with no doors or windows.
"Where the hell are we?" A female employee asked as she looked around.
A male employee gave them a perverted grin "Maybe this is that little cutie's play room?"
Suddenly a dark chuckling could be heard and they found themselves being chased by what seemed to be a grim reaper with duel monster cards around its neck as a necklace of sorts.
***With Seto in his office***
"What the hell is going on out there?" Seto asked angrily as he exited his office and went to the area that all the noise was coming from.
As he slowly walked to the area he suddenly realized just who was also in that area.
"Haru!" Seto suddenly said, eyes going wide and he increased his pace to that of a run, his trench coat blowing behind him "Please be safe Haru, Seth you better not let anything happen to our kit."
With those thoughts in mind, Seto walked through the hallway and got to the door that would let him into the room where all of the noise and Haru were in.
Seto pushed the door open and stormed inside, scanning the room for Haru and Seth. When he did spot them Seto felt his eyes go wide.
There were his employees on the floor, Haru glaring at them while he seemed to be glowing and Seth was being held hostage by the filing cabinet.
^I have had enough of this behaviour^ a voice suddenly echoed in Seto's mind ^You will pay for this^
The next thing he knew was that the group of employees that were on the floor had disappeared.
"Seto, quick!" Seth voice entered his shocked mind "Catch Haru!"
Seto suddenly became aware of the world around him and noticed that the glow around Haru seemed to be fading and Haru was looking less and less steady on his legs.
Thinking quickly, Seto dived to catch Haru before he hit the floor, only Seto didn't catch what he thought was going to be a human Haru but somehow the glow around Haru had increased for a few seconds covering Haru's whole body so when he fell into Seto's arms, Seto didn't get a human Haru.
Seto had a little fox in his arms.
"What the hell?" Seto asked as he moved around so he was sitting on the floor with a very tired fox in his lap "Where's Haru?"
With a very hard pull Seth finally freed himself from the filling cabinet "That is our Haru silly dragon."
Seto sent Seth a glare and a rude hand signal "I knew that."
"Sure," Seth said as he sat down next to Seto on the floor and scratched one of Haru's fox ears.
Seto and Seth took a closer look at the now fox Haru. His fur was black as the midnight sky; there was a slight streak of red running through his fur from his nose to the tip of his tail, there was a small button nose on that cute fox face with long delicate whiskers and if Haru's eyes were open they were sure that those emerald eyes were still present. Haru's tails twitched slightly as Seto rubbed his back.
"Well we know he is a Kitsune and not an ordinary fox," Seth said as he narrowed down what had happened to Haru.
"The tails," Seto nodded in agreement as he too had noticed the two tails that Haru had instead of the normal one that foxes had "Must be his animagus form that he told me about over our emails."
"Animagus form?" Seth asked as they stood up and sorted things out.
"Yeah, where Haru's from people can turn themselves into an animal that best suits their personality," Seto said as he collected his thoughts "Guess that his nickname's going to have more meaning to it then I thought."
Seth snickered "What are we going to do now?"
"I'll work from home," Seto said as he remembered the times that he had done it before "Even though those idiots properly deserved what they got I don't want to lose any more employees which might get people asking questions."
"You're right," Seth said as they finished sorting out the office and moved to get their belongings and work so they could do it at home "Though I'm surprised that my cousin and that thief haven't decided to visit you at work yet."
"They have," Seto groaned if he didn't have Haru in his arms then he would have banged his head on the wall "I had employees disappearing, left, and right and centre. All I could get out of those two was that they were looking at Yugi and Ryou the wrong way."
Seth did his best to hide his laughter as he placed the things that Seto told him to into Seto's suitcase "What happened?"
"It seemed that they were sending my employees to the shadow realm but luckily I managed to get them back but two of them…"
"Yes?" Seth asked with an evil smirk as they made a move to walk out of the office and down the stairs and into the reception area "Knowing those two they properly did something great and helpful within all of their chaos."
"You've got it in one," Seto said as he moved the sleeping Haru so his two tails were covered up leaving him looking like a normal fox kit "Turns out that there were two people stealing money from the company and because of Yami's and Bakura's stunt we caught them in the middle of the act."
"Bet that got their minds off the missing people," Seth said with a wide smile as they walked out of the building and into the waiting limo.
"It did but luckily with the threat of no sex for a year Yami and Bakura brought the missing employees back unharmed," Seto said as they sat in the limo and placed Haru on the seat of the limo as he buckled himself up and helped Seth with his seatbelt before placing Haru back on his lap and began to stroke Haru's fur.
They had gotten half way back to the mansion with Seto stroking Haru in silence and looking out of the window before Seth lost it.
"What's going on with you know?" Seth finally asked as he noticed the calculating look in Seto's eyes "And before you say 'nothing' I've had that look in my eyes before now, so just what are you planning?"
Seto didn't answer, he just placed Haru in Seth's lap, took out his mobile phone, flicked through a few number's before making a call.
Seth sighed and listened as Seto talked into the phone for a couple of minutes and hung up.
Seto gave him a large smile that slightly creped Seth out before saying:
"They should be there and unloading the lorry by the time we get there."
Seth had no idea what Seto was on about but that all changed when the limo pulled up into the mansion's driveway and he saw people carrying out of the big rectangle of sorts boxes of different sizes. As he looked at the huge and long white thing he noticed the words on the side of it and groaned, no matter what, Seto couldn't not help but spoil Haru, the word on the side of the lorry said:
'Toy's and other things 4 your cute foxy'
Seth sighed as he leaned against the seat and stroked Haru; it was times like this that he almost made him wish that Shadi hadn't waked him up and gave him his own body.
