Diagnosis
Weeks later Yuugi and Jou haven't seen Yami since then.
It was like he disapeared off the face of the earth. One
day at school during detention Yuugi was slouched in his chair
and leaned on the desk.
"Yuge you look like hell, haven't you been taking care of yourself?"
Jou asked.
"Who cares!" Yuugi sat up. "It doesn't matter anyway I'll never see Yami
again." Yuugi sighed.
"At least brush your hair 'Bush Baby', if Yami behaves he can get probation."
Jou said. "Do you wanna look like hell when he comes back?"
"Yeah right, Yami doesn't know how to keep his fists down!" Yuugi said a bit
iratated.
"Do you want him to let people take advantage of him?" Jou asked.
"No but I wish he could just..."
"Just what?" Jou asked.
"I don't know..." Yuugi said.
"Do you expect him to change just like that? He's gotta tougher life than you'll ever know,
he doesn't really want you to be around that stuff but he can't control the city."
"I understand." Yuugi said. "I can't be with him..." Yuugi looked up at Jou with darkened
blood shot eyes. " She beat me again." He said.
"You know what, Aki doesn't mind you being there even if Yami isn't."
"I don't want to get in anymore trouble." Yuugi said.
"You should talk to the conciler, you need to talk to someone about your mom."
"NO IF I SQUEAL SHE'LL KILL ME!" Yuugi paniced.
"More of a good reason to tell then, Yami would want you too." Jou said.
"No he wouldn't, it seems like he wants to be the only one to help me."
"What makes you say that?" Jou asked.
"He is very intentive and suportive, but I feel like a baby near him, sometimes I'm kinda
afraid of him."
"You shouldn't be, he loves you."
"He loves me so much it scares me." Yuugi said.
"Do you have 'Manic Depression'?" Jou asked.
"I don't know what that is." Yuugi answered.
"It's when your feelings get all screwed up and you get scared of what you love the most." Jou
tried to explain.
"I might...." Yuugi said kinda confused. "How do I cure it?"
"Meds." Jou said.
"This sucks, I know what I want and it's all I need, I just want Yami back..."
"He'll come back, he loves you too much to disapear forever." Jou said.
"You know what bugs me man, he's in Juevy so I won't be with him on
valantines day, it would of been nice to spend the day with him, guess I can kiss that goodbye."
