High School

After a night in the hospital Yuugi was taken home after he

asked one of the nurses to call Jichan. The old man was furious

that his sweet little grandson was hurt. Yuugi continued his week

ordered bed rest in his own room. Even after Yami's please for

forgivness Yuugi was still afraid of him.

"I don't want you over there anymore and that's final! If you

argue with me about this I'm telling your mother!" Jichan was under

the impression that Yami was the one who him.

"Jichan he didn't hurt me, it was one of the guys who broke in."

Yuugi explained again but the old man still held Yami responsible.

"Than why are you afraid of him?" Jichan asked.

"I am not!" Yuugi protested but they both knew he was lying to himself.

"If not than why did you call me?!" Jichan was right. Yuugi didn't say

anything after that.

Back at Yami's house, Aki was tip-toeing around Yami's doorway

not knowing whether to comfort, punish, or thank him for what

he did.

"You were just protecting us from those bastards right? You didn't

stick the blade into your little friend out of anger did you?" Aki asked.

"No, Rayou did it, I would never harm Yuugi...They were gonna kill us dad,

I had to fight back!" Yami felt frustraited by the subject.

"You better get to school before those police think your playing hooky."

"I'm going." Yami said while straping a collar around his neck to hide the

grotesque scar on his throat. Aki could see tears in his eyes, Yami was too

full of pride to cry infront of his father figure. Yami was about to leave down

the stairs until Aki continued to talk to him.

"Hey." Yami looked back at him. "Remember when you were seven?" Aki leaned

against the wall and crossed his arms. "When Atemu was teaching you how to ride

a bike, you scid off the sidewalk and cracked you skull open on the road..Remember

what he said to you when you got out of surgery?"

"I remember what you said 'Get over it ya little sissy'." Yami said.

"He said it'll heal so don't worry about it, stay strong...Just asking if you remember cuz

you need to now."

"It's just a scratch."

"Not that, I'm talking about the other thing hurting you, I see you crying." It was out of place

for Aki to be so concerned but he was only like that when he's sobber.

"I AM NOT CRYING!" Yami cried....(Hipacrit)

"That little boyfriend of yours is like a boomarang, he'll come back."

"He'll come home." Yami said before leaving.

At school Yami was informed that some of the chicks dating the Blue eyes was

pushing around Mai and her girls. He, Jounichi, Marik, and Bakura went to investigate,

Yami was hoping for a fight. Bakura reminded him.

"Don't forget Yami, if you hit anyone else on school grounds you'll be sent to Juevenall hall!"

"Thanks for reminding me, but I'm not gonna hit a girl." Yami smirked. "Mai will." He laughed.

"Leave my girlfriend out of this!" Jounichi got defensive.

"Finally your dating again, good, cuz you were starting to scare me." Yami said.

"Afraid I'd take advantage of you in the handicap stall?" Jou joked.

"OOOH, did your hear that guys Jou's planning to rape me in the girls bathroom!" Yami laughed

along with Marik and Bakura. In the girls bathroom a chick fight was going down. Mai and Anzu

where bitch slapping eachother and pulling eachothers hair.

"Dude I'm this close to pitchin' a tent." Yami joked with Marik and Bakura who started laughing again.

Mai tore Anzu's shirt and her bra was visible. "Ah there it is." Yami said. Bakura side tapped him in

the arm and giggled. The female PE teacher came into the girls bathroom and pulled them apart.

"Ok ok shows over, BOYS GET OUT OF HERE THIS IS THE GIRLS ROOM!" She chased the boys out

of the girls bathroom. Later at lunch the 'Dark Angels' were in an uproar over the fight, they were so

loud the whole lunchroom heard them.

"THAT WAS FUCKEN GREAT!" YAMI LAUGHED.

"I KNOW, ANZU GOT FUCKED UP!" Marik said. Bakura noticed Jou wasn't in on the converse.

"Something bothering you?" He asked. The lunchroom was full of voices now talking about the fight.

"My girl friend fighting my ex girlfriend." Jou sighed. "Anzu must feel low right now." Jou got up to

leave. "I'm gonna go to the nurses office and check on her."

"Why?" Marik asked.

"You guys are dicks, Mai couldv'e killed her." Jou left.

"I guess he still has feelings for Anzu." Bakura said.

"Yeah but it wasn't that long ago that they broke up." Yami said.

"Mai's gonna be pissed if he dumps her to go back to Anzu." Marik said.

"That's another bitchfight waiting to happen." Yami said.

"Hey Yami, we haven't seen Yuugi all week where is he?" Bakura asked.

"He's sick is all, but he'll be ok...........I hope I see him again...."

"Oh what did you do?" Marik asked.

"I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING IT WAS MALIK AND RYOU!" The entire lunchroom gasped and went silent

when those names where said. "Come with me guys." Yami lead his gang into the bathroom.

"What are they doing out of jail?" Bakura was panicing.

"What if they come after us?" Marik asked.

"I doubt it, they tried to kill me and Yuugi last night. "He pulled down his collar and showed them his neck scar.

"Ewww!" They all said in unisen.

"Yami you better be careful." Bakura said.

"Yeah man, I know you brag about cheating death but one of these days death is gonna cheat you!" Jou warned.
