while Yami and Yuugi were fast asleep after

that little ordeal in the bathroom, Ryou and

Malik had snuck into the house. The

lack of locks made it easy acess to Yami's

room. Once inside

Malik put a cloth with chloroform up to Aki's

mouth to make sure he wouldn't interviene.

Next he tip-toed following Ryou to Yami's

bedroom. Ryou looked menacingly at them.

He hated the sight of them together.

Malik held a knife up to Yami's throat but

Ryou grabbed his wrist.

"I want to do it!" Ryou growled a wisper and

took the knife. Yuugi barley awake saw from the

corner of his eye, the tip of the knife peircing Yami's

throat, a trickle of blood sparked Yuugi awakeand he

jump on Rayou grabbing

his hand and pulling it away from Yami's throat.

"GET OFF HIM!" Yuugi's physical strength seemed to double

when he saw that his boyfriend was in danger. Rayou couldn't

shake him off, they grappled to the

floor. All of the scuffle woke Yami up. He quickly looked at the

floor and saw Rayou pin Yuugi down and stab him in the chest.

"AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH... OW...HELP!" Yuugi cried out to Yami.

Yami was pissed and jumped on Rayou. He was beating him bloody into the floor.

Malik jumped him from behind, Yuugi backed away as Yami got control over the

knife and started stabbing him in the arm when Malik rose his arm to block it from

hitting him in the body. Each time Yami plunged the knife into Malik's flesh. Malik

fled from the house so Yami did the same to Rayou. Same spot, he too was desperate

to keep the blade away from his body as well. Rayou struggled to his feet and ran out of

the house after Marik. Yami looked at his bloody shaking hands. He dropped the weapon

and looked back down at Yuugi who was bleeding badly and also scarred out of his mind.

Yami reached a bloody shaking hand out to him. Yuugi shook his head and cringed. Yuugi

cried 'NO' eachtime Yami aproached closer to him. He had no choice but to call an ambulence.

Yuugi was afraid of Yami.........

"Yuugi please..." He aproached him after calling the ambulence.

"STAY AWAY!" He gasped while clutching his chest.

"Don't move, you'll make it worse!" Yami was about to cry, he couldn't stand Yuugi being afraid

of him. He knelt to him and held him close to his chest. Yuugi could feel Yami's bloody hands

soaking the back of his shirt. Out of fear and strain Yuugi burried his face in Yami's chest as he

wimpered rapidly.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Yuugi said. Yami shook his head and gripped him tighter, feeling the blood

seep into his shirt.

"Don't leave me ok!" Yami rested his forhead on Yuugi's. His tears dripped on Yuugi's cheeks.

Yuugi looked up and recognized him as the knife wielding maniac who terrorfied everyone in the

room. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you." Yami cried as the sirens became louder. "Don't

be afraid of me please!" He pleaded with him. "I was just trying to protect you!" He gasped with

shutter when he felt Yuugi shaking in his arms. Yuugi looked again and tried to remember what

Yami was like before Malik and Rayou broke in. He was sleeping soundly beside him. Some men

were searching the house until they found the boys in a bloody mess on the floor. Yami squeezed

Yuugi close. "Yuugi don't die on me"
