Walk across the sky
"Yuugi, what's wrong?"
"Yami, did you have the same dream I had?" Yuugi asked trying to get up.
"Don't try to move." Yami said watching Yuugi slide out of the bed. "You alright?"
"I'm fine, I got an extra layer on my ass." Yuugi blushed agrivated. "Help me up, I'm sick of being on my back." Yami helped Yuugi stand. "Ok, Yami, this is the last time, I'll ask you, GET THIS FUCKI'N THING OFF ME!"
"You can't stand on your own yet."
"I don't want to be like this anymore, one more day is too much." Yuugi said. "Help me get dressed I'm going outside."
"Can you feel anything below yet?"
"I can't move my legs but I can tell if I have to go or not." Yuugi supported all his weight into Yami's hands.
"Sit." Yami let him go he fell back on the bed. Yami got him dressed in his regualar clothes and carried him downstairs.
Yami sat Yuugi in his wheelchair.
"I had the dream to, but I can't tell you what it means because I myself don't know."
"I want to go outside today."
"Be prepared, its not the same as you remember."Yami Opened the door and placed a cement block to hold the door open.
He wheeled him out and Yuugi couldn't beleive what he saw. The city looked as it was in his dream.
"Wha....what happened?"Yuugi's eyes teared he felt scared and confused.
"Its here.....its all around us and inside of me."He looked down at Yuugi. Yami takes Yuugi's hands and helps him stand up.
"I know you don't understand what's going on but I need you to walk now."
"But I can't it has only been not even a month yet!"Yuugi protested.
"Stop making exuses and walk!" Yami snapped and still holding Yuugi's hands started walking backwards."You can."
Yuugi could feel his legs again and the pain they bared. Slowly he slid along as Yami held his hands. Yuugi suddenly started crying
like baby.
"YAMI I CAN'T DO THIS!"His legs were hurting. Yami continued walking him.
"The muscles in your legs are awake, I know it hurts now but you will be walking in no time."Yami coaxed him to keep up with him, Yami wasn't trying to be mean he wanted Yuugi to get his leg muscles exercised so he would need the chair for very much longer.
Yuugi's legs finaly gave and he fell against Yami, but he was still holding him then pulled the little boy up by his waiste. "I'll keep this up with you until your strong enough again, we will walk across the sky together."
"Are you drunk Yam?" He asked but he laughed a bit. "Hey Yam, what were you talking about earlier, what's inside of you?" Yuugi asked but he didn't answere, he just held him closer.
