Chap 8: Control
Meanwhile outside of Cleo's building, Anzu, Honda, and Jou searched frantically for Yuugi hoping he was still alive.
"That building looks weird, but I know he's in there." Said Jou.
"I feel him too." Said Honda.
"I know that feeling too well, it's warm." Said Anzu.
"We gotta get in there." Said Jou. The entered the building and hid in the shadow of the door that Atemu knocked over earlier.
They saw Atemu chainded and bolted down to a medical table. They stayed out of sight when they saw the electricain and the computer geek talking.
"Where did you find him?" Wheels asked.
"Found him in the Deprevation room fondling that boy we met." Said Steel.
"Yeah, the poor little guy was unconcious." Wheels said."When Needles all done with his check up we'll let him go. I don't know why Cleo wanted Atemu to Kill Yuugi." Said Wheels rambling on.
"She can be a bitch sometimes." Said Steel. "All she cares about is keeping Atemu all to herself and use him for world domination or some bullshit like that." Wheels and Steel noticed Atemu was waking up.
"That collar Cleo put around his neck, was supposed to control him, but all she did was drive him mad. He's too stuborn for mind control."
"Let me go at once." Atemu demanded.
"No way man, your dangerous." Said Wheels.
"Where is my Aibou, I must see him." Atem's eyes became more human like and less demonic.
"We can't release you, your a hazard." Said Wheels.
"Bring him to me, let me see my Yuugi."
"He's not gonna want to see you after what you did to him." Said Steel.
"What are you talking about, I did nothing to him." Atemu protested.
"You chased him halfway across the city, dragged him back here of all places and molested him." Said Wheels.
"NO I WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO HIM!" Atemu struggled against the chains witch started to break under the stress he induced on them.
"You did pal." Said Wheels. Atemu was still and silent for a moment.
"Please...I need to see him. He means the world to me." Wheel's and Steel looked at eachother and were warmed by this man's love for the little boy they just me.
"Ok, let's go." Wheels unlocked the chains."Follow me." Atemu followed the men to the clinic. The trio still hidding by the door, stayed there, knowing everything that happened was all Cleo's fault and they took comfort that Atemu a powerful spirit really was on thier side after all.
