catti: Things are going to be getting interesting, Seto is going to be going into overdrive to get back at Otogi.

kisa: Oh things will start clearing up. As for Otogi motivation, lets just put it like this. He shouldn't mess with someone who doesn't even like him.
salenkaiba: Seto's going to fix that in more ways than one. Otogi is skating on very thin ice and fixing to fall through.
dragonlady222: The dreams are telling a lot of secrets that have them both thinking about how the other one feels. As for the gifts this is a way that Seto can tell Jou how he really feels about him. Getting decked is only the start of Otogi's problem. He is playing a very dangerous game with both Seto and Jou.

Chapter 7
Seto smirked as he walked into the school. What he had done to Otogi and the future plans he had for him made him think of all the fun he was going to have. It had taken him all morning to set up but it was worth it. ‘Now for my puppy’ He thought. As Seto approached Yugi and the geek squad he heard Otogi yelling at Jou. “I don’t know how you did it but you are going to pay for what you did!”
Jou looked at him and frowned. “What do you think I have done Otogi? Whatever it was it can’t be any worse than what you have been doing to me lately.” Jou stated rather bluntly causing Yami and Yugi to look at him with questions in their eyes. The same thought going through their heads wondering if Jou would confirm what they already suspected.
“Jou” Yugi asked quietly “What has Otogi done lately to you?” He had spent a good deal of time talking with Yami about Jou and Otogi, for he had also noticed the same things that Yami had and wondered about it.
Jou couldn’t believe that Yugi had asked him that question. “Are you serious?” He demanded missing the serious look that Yugi was giving him to caught up in the moment. “What has he done? Well let me spell it out to you, one he has been calling me a dog, two that present I got the other day was from him. And yea to answer your next question Kaiba might be and do a lot of things but there is one thing I can say about him. He would never do anything like that to me or anyone else. It’s not his style. I know I accused him of it but when I got to thinking about it I know he wouldn’t do something like that. On the other hand Otogi would. It wouldn’t be the first time he humiliated me in front of a lot of people. So if someone did something to him I want to congratulate him or her, got it.”
Yugi and Yami remained silent thinking about what Jou had said. It fit right in with what Seto had told Yami, and it confirmed Yami’s own thoughts. They were both relieved especially Yami for he had never liked thinking that Seto had had something to do with the joke. He had hoped that Otogi had learned from past mistakes but it would seem otherwise.
Jou turned to leave and ran right into Kaiba. Jou at this point just wanted to crawl under a rock and stay there as he felt his day couldn’t get any worse. “Well I can see you are using your head for once and realized that I haven’t been doing anything to you. And Yami don’t ever accuse me of anything again unless you have proof or you are going to be the one regretting it.” At this Seto turned and walked off angry and hurt at the same time. He left so quickly that he missed seeing the smirk appear on Yami’s face. Had he seen it he would have wondered about it
Jou turned around to Yami and saw the smirk “What did you accuse him of?” He demanded.
Yami looked at him and sighed the smirk disappearing. “When you disappeared yesterday I thought he might have done something to you. I might have said some things I shouldn’t have. I’m sorry Jou I shouldn’t have confronted him like that but I needed to know.” ‘For more than one reason’ Yami thought to himself.
Jou looked at him. “I know you meant well but please let me handle this.” He turned to face Otogi “Stay away from me Otogi I do not want to talk to you for awhile.” Saying this he flipped him off and walked away.
Yami and Yugi turned and looked at Otogi. “I don’t know what you think you are trying to pull here Otogi but you had better stop.” Yami said. “I know Jou and I know Seto and neither one of them would lie, especially about something like this.” And with that he turned and walked off as well, still angry at what Otogi had done.
“Just let Jou calm down and back off with the dog insults, you know how he feels about that.” Yugi said calmly, although he wanted to say something else.
Otogi sighed and looked in the direction of the one person who he felt had the money and power to pull said prank on him. ‘Maybe it wasn’t him maybe it was Kaiba who did it. Jou can’t really afford to pull off something like this and having my bike trashed the way it was…it had to be Kaiba.’
Otogi smiled and looked at Yugi “You know you are right I will give him some space. I just might have an idea who did it too.” Before Yugi or the others could say anything Otogi turned and left.
“I hope he doesn’t do anything stupid.” Honda said.
Yugi looked at his friend “Me too Honda, me too.” He turned and looked at where Otogi had gone, and then went after his Yami with Honda following behind knowing that trouble was near.
Otogi left the school and looked at his bike and he couldn’t believe it. Said bike was sitting on the edge of the roof of the school. “Well how do you suppose that got up there?”
Otogi turned to not only see Jou there smirking but Kaiba and the rest of the school. “If I find out you did this you are going to pay and pay big time.” He said without thinking.
When Otogi said this Jou finally lost what control he had on his temper and knew he had enough of the arrogant Dice King. Just as Yugi and the rest of the tachi came out they saw Otogi on the ground sporting a black eye.” Jou looked at him “I told you I didn’t do it you arrogant asshole!” With this said Jou turned and left. Seto watched all of this with smug satisfaction. Yugi and Honda shook their heads and went to help him up and to also try and figure out how to get said bike down.
Jou at this point was livid he hated that jerk just as much as Kaiba. He stopped on that thought ‘No I don’t hate Kaiba, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he had something to do with this.’ At this thought he smiled. He knew that Otogi had accused Kaiba of giving me that present and he had heard he wasn’t too happy about it either. Jou needed to clear his head before heading home and went to the park ‘I hope I run into whoever is giving me these presents.’ He thought smiling. He had had at least two encounters with his secret admirer here in the park, but for some odd reason had never seen this person.
Seto had followed Jou to the park and was watching him. He thought about what Jou did to Otogi and smiled. ‘Maybe he will leave him alone now, if not I will have to put in place my other plan and get him to admit in front of the whole school that he was the one who gave Jou that gift and has been harassing him.’ As he thought about this he saw Jou leaving. He still hadn’t given Jou his gift yet and it was getting late. Just at that moment he knew how to give it to him and be able to see his reaction. With that he moved forward walking towards Jou. “Mutt where do you think you are going?”
Jou moaned as this was the last thing he needed. “Home if it’s any of your concern Kaiba.”
Kaiba smirked at this but was smiling on the inside. “Tell your friends I’m not a messenger service.”
Jou looked at him odd. “What are you talking about Kaiba?”
Seto looked at him and frowned though he was laughing on the inside at Jou’s bewildered look. “I was asked to give this to you. Though I don’t know why I should.”
Jou looked at the package and frowned, that is when he saw it the rose and knew who it was from and a smile lit up his face. “Kaiba do you know who gave that to you? It is important.”
Seto look at him scowling and thought ‘This is going to be good.’ “How should I know? It was shoved at me and the person asked me to give it too you.” Jou reached out for the package and took it from him.
As Kaiba handed it too him he stood where he was having no intention of leaving. “Well what is it that was so urgent that I had to play messenger?” He demanded.
Jou looked up realizing Seto was still there. “Kaiba it’s kinda private. Oh and thanks for giving it to me.”
Seto thought quickly for a minute ‘I want to see his reaction.’ Then it hit him. “I don’t think so mutt, I go out of my way to deliver you something which I didn’t have too. The least you can do is show me what I had to give you that was so important.”
As he said this Jou looked at him and sighed “Kaiba your right you do deserve to know.” Though he was a little annoyed at Seto’s attitude. Seto watched as he took out the Rose and smiled. To Seto it just lit up his heart with warmth to see that smile up close.
“An Origami Rose those are pretty hard to make.” Seto said, careful to keep his voice neutral for fear of giving something away.
Jou looked at him “I know they are and they are beautiful which makes them all the more precious to me” Next Jou pulled out the letter and the box of Godiva Chocolates. Not their cheap one pound boxes either It looked to Jou to be one of the best that Godiva had to offer. He felt his heart and soul burst with happiness and warmth.
“Chocolates, that’s what was so important?” Seto scoffed but was smiling to himself because the look Jou gave was like the sun was shining only through his eyes and soul.
Jou looked at Seto and frowned. “Look you wouldn’t understand.”
Seto looked at him “Try me I bet I understand better than you think I do.” He told him in no uncertain terms. Jou just looked at him and opened the letter that had come with the gift.

Jou looked up to find that Seto had left. ‘Kaiba I don’t know what your game is but I just know it’s you that is giving me these gifts.’ At that thought Jou put the items into his back pack and went home.
Off in the distance Seto stood watching him with a tear in his eyes ‘I hope he accepts me and doesn’t think this is some cruel joke.’ Seto turned and left the park calling his limo to take him home.
Seto looked at the bed and scowled he couldn’t bring himself to lay down on it, the dreams that he had been having were starting to become intense. On top of that Mokuba was becoming concerned. ‘I’ve got to do something about this and soon.’ Seto was brought out of his thought with his door opening and Mokuba walked in listening to some new group that was making a splash in the music field. “Hi big brother how are you doing?”
He looked at Mokuba and smiled “Fine.” He lied. “Mokuba what are you listening to?” Seto asked.
“A new musical group called Origami Roses.” When Mokuba said this, a smile came across his face, he now knew of the perfect gift to give Jou where he could finally meet him. He looked at Mokuba and asked “Are you ready for bed?”
Mokuba looked up and pulled a face which caused Seto to laugh. “Yes big brother I am.”
Seto nodded his head “I’ll be in to say goodnight in a minute I need to do something okay?” He said.
“Okay big brother.” Mokuba said smiling as he left the room.
Seto smiled as he watched Mokuba leave the room but as soon as the door closed Seto frowned. First he had to take care of that asshole Otogi and he knew how to do that as well. ‘Everything is falling into place.’ He thought laughing and left to say good night to Mokuba and to hope he could get some sleep without those damn dreams. It wouldn’t be long now before he had his puppy where he belonged, here with him.
