A voice from beyond
One night, Yuugi lay in his room motionless yet could not sleep.
"Yuugi." He heard a voice beside him. He looked up and saw.
"Atemu!" Yuugi tried to get up but he forgot he was in a straight
jacket and couldn't move much. On his knee's he rested his head
on his companies chest. "I know you had to go back but...I need
you." Yuugi cried.
"I came back for you, but you lost your mind." Atemu siad with a
faded laugh.
"Everyone thinks I'm crazy."
"You blocked our link...It was hard for me to find you."Atemu hugged
him tightly."
"I did miss you, but I was angry too....You left me standing in the
temple alone."
"Your friends were with you."
"They aren't as close to me as you are." Yuugi's voice softened.
"When you get out of here, we can be together."
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming back?"
"I wasn't sure if I'd be able to." Yami turned his face toward Yuugi's
ear tickling it.
"Can you speak to granpa, he can get me out." Yuugi asked.
"Yes I will." He disapeared.
"Where are you going?" Yuugi cried.
"I'll come back for you." The voice faded but hope shined in Yuugi's
heart. "Was everything going to ok agian?" He thought to himself
hoping very hard.
