Well after a long time, the only thing i could come up with is this sorry piece of writing, at least thats my thought on it. My friend who helps look over this isnt responding,so i decided to post and hope fr the best. not very writer like, but it's what i do ^_^

Ryou stood at the edge of the water line, poking his toe warily into the salted liquid.
“Why do people want to go into this so badly that they travel hundreds of miles to do so?” he asked quietly.
“Because it’s fun.” Aira was already changed into swimming trunks and a large T-shit to keep the sun from burning him to a crisp.
“ I don’t get it.” Ryou sighed. Of all the places they could choose to go it just had to be the beach, but it made everyone happy so he had come. He slid sideways when Aira made a attempt to shove him into the water for the hundredth time in the four minuets they’d been here. His cousin glared at him dejectedly before sulking off.
“Well you’re obviously not normal then, but I am.”
“It’s not normal to want to splash around in an oversized salted puddle.”
“Hey, you can stay up here and be all scared, but I’m swimming.”
Ryou sent a deadly glare to his cousin.
“…Like I said, swimming now.” Aira grabbed Marik and Malik, the closest people to him and ran for the water.
“Oh my god, this stings!” Marik jumped out, rubbing cuts on his legs, memorials from being dragged out of his small piece of shade and into the slat filled water though a rock filled rout.
“Marik, you’ll be fine.” Malik jumped up and pulled him back into the water. “The stinging will stop…eventually.” He smiled brightly.
“You’re enjoying this way too much love.”
“I know, but you’re just too hot when your in pain.”
Marik successfully dragged him underwater for a make-out session, leaving Aira to slowly swim away from the couple and into more PG waters.
Aira smiled to his cousin from the water, getting a soft mile back. He was glad Ryou’s mood wasn’t going to hang over him for the rest of the day.
“Just don’t drown.” Ryou called out to him. “I’m gonna find something else to do though, I think I saw a game over there.”
Aira looked over in the pointed direction, sure enough a net had been erected and people were coming together for a volleyball game well away from the water‘s edge.
“I wont drown if you don’t kill yourself with that ball first.” he laughed happily and launched himself back under the waves leaving Ryou to start toward the ball court.
Ryou took his time walking over to the game. A nice breeze was blowing clouds lazily across the sky and sending soft waves of sand at his feet. The beach was plenty nice if the water wasn’t there. No, it’s not so bad he decided and moved more quickly to the net. A few stray people had gathered and were looking hopefully for more players, and all of them seemed to skip right over Ryou.
He just stood there, trying to speak up every time a player came his way only to walk right pass him.
Eventually he gave up and went over to the low cement wall that kept the sand off the streets. It still gave a nice view of the game, which had yet to start.
Ryou sat on the concrete barrier between the busy streets filled with tourists and the crowded beach, also filled with tourists. there really is no way away from them. From his spot he could see Kaiba Tower, and wondered if he should visit his distant cousin. No, he hadn’t seen him in 8 years, why start not. It would just be awkward. A shadow fell over his view and he looked up, using his hand as a visor, to see Bakura looming over him. His hair stuck to his face and back with sea water, drops of it still clinging to his bare chest. Ryou blushed and looked down, noticing a bruise forming on his side.
“Ah, sorry about before.” He pushed some sand around with his foot, not really knowing anything else to say.
“Sorry for what?” Bakura stared at him. Blushing was a good sign, but sorry? Did he think he did something wrong?
“The bruise.” He said at Bakura’s silence. “That was my fault, I should have been paying closer attention.”
“Really, you’re sorry for that? Don’t worry about it, I get worst from those blond psychopaths. Apparently they have a thing for knifes.” He smirked at Ryou face, which had gone even redder.
“It was interesting though. I finally go and help someone and I get attacked. Karma I guess.” Bakura laughed dryly.
“Umm, yeah. I guess.” Bakura sat next to him on the barrier and the silence stretched on.
“So….”
“So?”
Ryou leaned back slightly to look up at the sky and enjoying the cool breeze that came by regularly, providing relief from the heavy heat. “Nice weather.” He mumbled.
“Yep. Last time I came here, it poured the whole time. Cleared up as soon as we left of course.”
Bakura glanced over, somewhat relived when Ryou smiled a bit. He liked him, for no apparent reason other then impulse, but that didn’t bother him in the least. It wasn’t he first time he’d chased after someone…though normally, they wore a bit more leather and chains, but Ryou had something about him. Something unexplainably attractive. Unfortunately there was Aira in the way. Well people were easy enough to deal with.
“So, are you up for a game?” he’d noticed Ryou haunting the field earlier.
“Um, yeah, but I don’t think they need anyone---”
But Bakura had already walked over to the closest played and was talking energetically with him. He turned and motioned to Ryou, who after taking a look around to see if anyone was standing behind him, make toward the shitless albino.
“They said they could use us. Wanna take this side?”
Ryou nodded absentmindedly and watched as Bakura jogged to the opposite side smirking the whole way.
Someone shouted an incoherent word, threw the ball up, and began the game.
----
“Hey can you just-- Don’t shove me just move!!”
Aira pushed through the crowed with little effect other then his quickly thinning patience.
“Here.” Marik pulled him back with Malik and pushed people standing in his way out of it. Aira and Malik just had to stay close behind him ad they had a clear path. To the volleyball game which had attracted so much attention. He stumbled to the edge of the game and instantly his eyes widened. The ball was flashing from side to side, most of the player had given up and were simply trying to dodge the hard, speeding ball as much as possible. On either side of the net were Ryou and Bakura with the few playing players hitting the volleyball with everything they had. Malik was nearly run over by a player escaping the hit to their side of the net, earning a growl and sound punch from Marik. Ryou jumped over, diving for a hit. The ball flew on, just out of reach and he rolled off the fall to the sand.
“Darn.” Ryou muttered brushing himself off. They’d been at the game for the last 3 hours, no one able to gain advantage over the other. Everyone had long since given up trying to keep up with them. He tugged at his shirt to get off the last of the sand from his roll and keep it from sticking to him with the humidity and sweat. Despite the humidity and heat, he really didn’t sweat that much
“Wow Ryou!” Aira ran over to him, followed by the blonds “Never knew you did any sports. That could have been Olympic.”
Ryou blushed. “I really never play…I’m not all that great anyways. I did lose.”
“Yeah, but Bakura never lost a game anyways. Does horrible things to his ego though, trust me.” commented Marik thoughtfully. Bakura walked up behind him, punching him playfully on the back.
“What was that about my ego? You really cant be talking you know.”
“I have no idea what you mean.”
“Like hell you don’t.”
“I think I’m extremely modest.”
At this Malik burst out laughing. “Honestly, you’re both really bad. You could learn a thing or two from Ry.”
“Ry?” All five asked at once. It didn’t faze Malik, who just ginned even wider.
“That’s what I’ve decided to call him.” he said jumping on Ryou and knocking them both to the floor. “It’s almost as cute as he is, isn‘t it? I think it fits him perfectly.” He nuzzled Ryou’s arm as he blushed even more. Aira looked completely dumbfounded between the two. He barely got away with calling him Ry-chan as family! If he ever dared to call him Ry, he would probably die mysteriously in the night.
Ryou managed to pry his way from Malik and slid over to his cousin, giving him a desperate ‘save me’ look.
“So it’s like 5 already, anyone up for heading back to the ship. Our family will kill us if we miss that diner thing.” He intervened. Ryou grabbed his cousins cell. “Five? Already? I didn’t think the game took that long.” he said quietly, more to himself. Of course, to himself or not didn’t matter much to the others.
“What did you expect playing like that?” Aira said. “I wasn’t sure anyone would win.”
“I could of won sooner.” Bakura said proudly. Malik and Aira glared at him.
“Sure you could of. That’s why your sweating so much. And you’re wearing a lot less then Ryou is.”
Bakura glared at Aira.
“I’m just saying.” he edged away to Ryou. “So you get everything you need?”
Ryou nodded. “Yep. We can go straight to the ship then.” He and Aira took off in that very direction, noting how desolate the beach had become.
----
Bakura watched them couple raptly as they made their way off the sand. Malik slip in front of him, waving a hand in front of his face.
“Bakura? You in there?”
“Huh?”
“Yeah, he’s utterly lost.” He jumped onto Marik to escape Bakura’s light swing in his general direction. Marik just stared at him coolly.
“He does have a point.”
“I’m not the one stalking him through the whole of creation though.”
Malik stuck his tongue out to him. “Well I’m not the one trying to kill Aira. Yes, we noticed the near car misses and when you tried to drown him. You don’t do you research very well.”
“I have no idea what you’re going on about. I’m not trying to kill anyone, that’s Marik’s thing. I’m just…actively training him.”
Marik exchanged looks with Malik before peaking up. “Right, but I don’t get the feeling that Ryou will look kindly to you if you end up killing his cousin, who he rarely has a chance to see and loves more then you at the moment, on their vacation.”
They watched at Bakura glared at them, his mouth partly open. “Cousin? I’ve been trying to kill…train, his cousin.”
“Yeah, pretty much.”
“And you couldn’t tell me…”
Malik giggled. “It was way to much fun. Plus, you should be able to find out on your own. We did.”
Bakura glared some more before turning and taking off toward the docks.
“Mar?” Malik said worriedly. Bakura didn’t normally take off unless he was really pissed.
“He’ll be fine love. He’s just mad he didn’t notice.”
He jumped down from Marik’s back and pulled him toward the docks. “Good, I really don’t like Kura being mad at us.”
----
Ryou fell back into one of the many leather armchairs around the library, enjoying the newfound silence. Aira had talked non-stop the whole way to the ship and then some. He’d been able to slip away when Saira had dragged his cousin away to some teen-club meeting. She’d tried to drag Ryou along also, but when she turned around to grab him, he’d already disappeared. He would have to apologize to Aira later. But for now--
The library was empty of all guests, only the ships librarian, who had introduced herself as Tab, was present, typing away at her laptop on a desk covered in work.
He pushed himself off of the chair and browsed through the selves of the glass cases.

That one looked good, he asked Tab, who dutifully unlocked the cabinet while telling him about the story, apparently one of her favorites. She handed over the book. “When you’re done, just leave it on my desk. I’ll take care of it.” she gave a playful salute and went back to her work.
Ryou took a window seat, soft leather covered bay-seats in the window porthole. He opened the book.
Somethings start before other thing…

Marik wandered through the ship, not really going anywhere. Bakura had decided that the silent treatment would punish them sufficiently and had yet to speak to him or Malik.
Malik had gone straight to sleep when they’d reached the ship, which was about 3 minuets before it left the dock for the open sea. Leaving Marik with nothing to do and no one to do it with.
He walked down the large corridor that led to the Karaoke lounge when he noticed the library. What made him stop was the puff of white hair he could see from behind a book that the person was reading intently.
There couldn’t be that many people around with white hair like that, and Bakura wasn’t one to do some joy reading on a cruise. He opened the door silently and glided over to the oblivious albino, defiantly not Bakura.
“You often hang out in libraries?”
He watched as Ryou jumped and fumbled with the book, catching it so it wouldn’t fall.
“M-Marik? What are you doing here?”
“I cant be in a library? I knew I was banned from a lot of places and all but I don’t remember killing anyone in a library.”
Ryou was staring at him, deciding whether he was serious or not and turning red(yet again). Marik smirked, it was too easy to catch this Ryou off guard. After the hit to Bakura and that game, he thought maybe the kid would more than what showed. Apparently not though. So there still had to be some explanation to why Bakura was latterly drooling after him. He studied the confused Ryou closer, nearly nose to nose, till he ducked away from Marik uncomfortably.
“Ah, I think it’s time to meet with my family, so I should get going then…Nice seeing you though.” Ryou placed the book softly down on Tab’s cluttered desk and made his way nervously out and to his room leaving Marik behind with a thoughtful look still on his face.
