Make A Wish
Chapter 6
This is the last chapter I hope you enjoyed my story, I will come up with some more stories soon so keep reading.
It was the next morning and when Joey woke up he noticed that Kaiba was gone. "Man why did I let Kaiba do that, was it because I wanted him to or was it because I just gave up to easily" Joey asked himself. He was so confused now he was not sure what to think anymore. He had just slept with the least favourite person on his list and also that person was a guy. He got out of bed and walked over to the bathroom and washed his face, he looked at himself in the mirror. "So what now will Kaiba keep trying to make something out of this, now that I slept with him will he want a relationship now" Joey said to his reflection. Before Joey knew it he was on his knees with one hand over one side of his face. "What the hell have I done" he said to himself, he then banged his hands on the tile floor. "I AM SUCH AN IDIOT" he yelled out, he was so mad not at Kaiba but at himself.
He wasn't sure if he wanted to go to school today either knowing he had made such a huge mistake. At least that's what he thought he did anyway, but he just didn't want to face Kaiba at the moment. He had given his virginity to the one person he never thought of having his first time with. It seemed to Joey that their was another side of him that wanted to do it with Kaiba. Yet their was another side of him that thinks it was a huge mistake. Joey stood up and decided to have a shower he got undressed and turned the water on and got in. He just stood under the nice hot water thinking to himself on what he should do now. Should he tell Kaiba that what happened that night didn't mean anything he was just confused and wasn't thinking clearly. Or should he come to terms and admit he might actually feel something for him. "No no that's wrong Joey I don't feel anything for him I know I don't" he told himself.
He got out of the shower and got dressed "I have to get out and clear my head" he said to himself. So he grabbed his jacket and left his apartment to go on a walk to figure things out.
Meanwhile Kaiba was back at his big mansion, he walked in and noticed that it was still quiet. "That's strange Mokuba should be up and getting ready for school" he asked himself. He went up to Mokuba's room and opened the door "Mokuba are you in their" he said walking in. He noticed that his brother was not in his room but he saw a note on Mokuba's desk. Kaiba walked over to it and picked it up to read it and see what it said.
Dear Big Brother,
I have gone to sleep over at Ricu's house, his mum will take me to school so don't worry.

"So he slept over at his friend's house last night no wonder it was so quiet" Kaiba said to himself. He put the letter in the bin and went to his room when he got their he flopped down on his bed. 'I wonder what Joey is doing right this minute' he thought to himself. Kaiba turned over to his side "maybe I should take the day of today I am still quite tied from last night" he said. So he rang up his school to tell his teacher that he wasn't going to be in today. He decided to have a bit of a sleep and then maybe go out for a while.
It had been about two hours now and Joey was walking through the mall every where he went he kept seeing couples. Of course they where all guys and girls couples. Their weren't any guy and guy couples any where. Joey sat down on a bench he saw a couple that looked really happy together 'I wish I could be that happy' Joey thought. He looked down at his lap 'I keep telling myself that I am not gay but for some reason no matter how hard I try to believe that it's just impossible' he thought to himself. 'And Kaiba will never leave my mind can I admit to myself that I enjoyed last night that all those dreams of Kaiba was probably a sign' he was so confused. Maybe Joey should admit it that Kaiba really was able to change him to something he never thought of being.
Minutes went by which seemed like hours to Joey and he was still sitting on the same bench. His head was facing down as he saw everyone’s feet walking past him until two feet stood right in front of him. "You know you look terrible you stupid mutt" a voice said to him. Joey slowly looked up and saw that it was Kaiba smiling at him "I told you not to call me a mutt" Joey said in a low whisper voice only Kaiba could hear. "But that is what you are" Kaiba said back. "Whatever I don't really care anymore" Joey said looking back down.
"Come with me pup I want to take you somewhere" Kaiba told Joey handing out his hand for Joey. Joey just looked at him and stood up "I don't have the time" he told Kaiba and was about to walk of. Kaiba quickly grabbed Joey's wrist and pulled him along not letting ago. It was quite a bit acquired for Joey being dragged along by Kaiba in public. "Can you please let go" Joey asked Kaiba with an annoyed tone in his voice "not yet" Kaiba replied. They had been walking for about seven minutes and Kaiba still hadn't let go of Joey's wrist.
Then Joey realised Kaiba had taken him to the park, they walked through the park. When they came upon a well. "Here" Kaiba said handing Joey something, Joey looked and Kaiba had a coin in his hand. "What do you want me to do with a 10 cent coin Kaiba" Joey asked him. "To make a wish of course in the wishing well" Kaiba told him "you want me to make a wish ha don't tell me you have done this to" Joey asked Kaiba. "Of course" Kaiba replied "man their are some things about you I just don't get and you making a wish is not one of them" Joey said. He then turned around and looked at the well "what could you possibly wish for you have almost everything a person would dream of having" Joey said. "Maybe but their is one thing that money can't buy and that is you Joey" Kaiba told him. "What did you call me" Joey was stunned "Joey" Kaiba said to him.
Joey looked down to the ground "you know that is the first time you have ever called me by my first name before Kaiba" Joey said looking up at him. "Well I hope I can always call you that" Kaiba looked at Joey. Joey looked away "you know I am still not sure why you would want me even love me for that matter but to tell you the truth no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get you out of my head" Joey said. Kaiba smiled "well I am happy that you can't because I can never stop thinking about you" Kaiba told him. "Please take this coin and make a wish" Kaiba said to him.
Joey took the coin from Kaiba he walked over to the wishing well and faced his back towards it. 'I wish that possibly one day I can understand and possibly love Kaiba the way he loves me' Joey said in his thoughts. He tossed the coin into the well and hoped that his wish would come true. Though it was hard for Joey to believe that he might one day fall in love with Kaiba with out even knowing it. Joey looked at Kaiba and saw how genuine Kaiba's smile was. It was a smile that Joey thought Kaiba could never express to anyone.
Joey and Kaiba walked of together in the sunlight not knowing what would be ahead of them. Though possibly one day Joey will confess to Kaiba his true feelings just like Kaiba had done to him. Joey looked up at Kaiba and smiled, Kaiba not even noticing but for some reason Joey didn't think of Kaiba as his enemy anymore but as his friend and maybe his lover as well.
