Chapter 6: Actions

"Did you really come over to mope over Kaiba or to tell me I need to tell Miho the truth?"

"I would think that my best friend would show the most sympathy. Besides, whatever goes
on in your personal married life is none of my business."

"Thank you for realizing that. Now, how did you know that I was here at Otogi's?"

'It's Monday. Miho works until 9 and it's only 6."

"Hiroto, don't let him worry you. It's great that no one else knows." Otogi says embracing
Honda from behind.

"I'm still sitting right here."

"I know." replies Otogi.

"Jou, you're in Otogi's home. Show some respect for him!"

"Respect?! You're asking me to respect him when the two of you don't have enough
respect to show me the tiniest bit of sympathy over Seto's death?!"

"There's the door. If you have that much of a problem with being in my home, then you
can leave!"

"No problem yarou!" I yell as I walk to the door and open it. "I hope Miho finds out."

I sit in my car, knowing that was the end of my friendship with Hiroto Honda.

It's been a couple months since Kaiba started helping me study. Beleive me, it's made a
dramatic difference in my grades. My teachers are wandering if I'm still the same person.

Our friendship is so strong now. But you know what, the more I'm around him, the more I
just want to be just a little closer to his heart.

"Jounouchi, are you ok?" Yugi asks as he tiptoes to 'check' my forehead.

"Yea, I'm fine. Why do you ask?"

"You're not the class clown anymore and your grades are actually good."

"Yugi, we're seniors. Only a few more months before we graduate. I have decided to
become more serious about my studies. D's and F's won't land you a good job.

"That's true. Do you have a tutor?"

"Kaiba." I say hesitantly.

"Seto Kaiba?! Really?! WOW?! The two of you are actually getting along?!"

"He's been tutoring me during lunch and study hall. That's why I've been leaving early
from lunch. I was ashamed to say I was being tutored."

"Jou, there's nothing to be ashamed of. We all need a little help sometimes."

I smile at his comment.

"The Game Shop is holding a tournament. Here's your invite. The grand prize is
10,000 yen and two new cards: Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End and
Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning."

"When is it?"

"Next weekend. It starts at 9. I'll see you there ok..."

"Of course."

"I have to go now. Bye."

"Bye Yugi."

After school that day I promised Kaiba I would come over. When I get to his home,
instead of going to the den or game room, we go upstairs.

He opens a door, revealing a bedroom.

I swallow as my heart threatens to leap from my chest.

Nerves...why am I so nervous all of a sudden? He's been in my bedroom...

"Hello?! Katsu-chan?! Are you ok?!" yells Kaiba, snapping me from my thoughts.

"Yea, I'm fine."

"After I invited you in, you spaced out."

I walk in behind him and sit on his bed at the exact same spot he points to.

"Katsu-chan, you're so uptight! Calm down. I've been into your bedroom. It's only right
I finally show you mine."

Looking around the very spacious bedroom, I see the walls the same color as his eyes.
The furniture is a neatly pale white color, including the bed sheets and comforter.

It's a simple, yet powerful room, just like him.

"Your bedroom reminds me of you." I blurt out stupidly before covering my mouth.
"Sorry..."

"No, it's ok. I wanted my room to reflect me."

"You've done a wonderful job with it."

"Thanks, Katsu-chan."

"When are you going to stop calling me 'Katsu-chan'?" I ask, now getting used to the
name.

"Don't know...maybe never." He says sarcastically.

I pout playfully before I feel his fingers pushing my lips back into place. I look up at him
and my eyes catch his.

The love, emotions he shows me absolutely blows my mind away. I'm caught in his warm
blue gaze as he slowly takes me away from this world.

WAIT!!! What did I just think?!

"Katsu-chan..." were the last words I hear before I feel a warm body atop of mine...lips
pressed lovingly against mine.

I don't recognize the feelings pulsating throughout me, but they feel so right. Like it's meant
to be.

The feeling ends too soon as my eyes slowly open and my breathing begins to slow down.

Why? Why did it have to end so soon?!

"Seto..." I whisper as I massage his hair.

I don't know what possessed me to kiss him once again as he had kissed me. At this
moment, everything became right. For once in my life, everything about me started to make
sense, including this... I've fallen in love with Seto Kaiba.

There's the end of another fun filled chapter. Honda's cheating on his wife with another
man and Kaiba and Jou are finally starting to come together as lovers. I know you're all
waiting on a yaoi scene, don't worry. It's coming. Be patient. Ok.
