Chosen Reflections

Alister awoke to the sound of Valon shouting.He got up out of bed and opened the door.

"Valon?" Alister asked

Alister then saw Valon being thrown across the floor.

"Valon what's wrong?" Alister asked

"There's something in here!!" Valon shouted

Alister felt something grab his shoulders and he was thrown and he hit the wall

"Alister?" Seto said as he walked over to him "What's wrong?"

Alister and Seto felt harsh kicks in their stomachs

Valon was thrown across the room and hit the wall.Valon was getting annoyed.

"Alister are you okay?" Seto said putting his hands on Alister's shoulders "Alister you have to fight this..Come on you're a summoner!"

Alister nodded

"Guys,shut up" Valon said

Duke came in the house.Then he saw a demon behind Valon

"Valon behind you!!" Duke called

Valon turned round but could'nt see anything.He was grabbed by the shoulders and thrown over the table.

Duke ran over and said a spell "All my friends blind.Lift your veil.Give evil form and break my spell"

The demon turned round and started to attack Duke

All Duke's frineds then saw the demon.Alister ran toward the demon and started to punch it.

The demon grabbed Alister's fist and then grabbed his arm.He threw Alister to the floor

Duke's family came into the house

"Duke?" His mother said

The demon ran forward.Alister put his foot in front of the demon and the demon tripped.Alister got a knife and stuck in the demon.

When sense had gotten back to everyone they walked closer to their friend,Alister

"What in God's name is that?" Duke's mother asked

"Birth Demon.Fun little buggers..Like the little sucking" Valon said as he walked beside Joey

Alister put his hands on his hips and looked around

"I don't understand" Duke's Mother said as she stood up

Alister looked down to Duke "I'm not sure I do either" Alister folded his arms

"I'm sorry..I'm so sorry" Duke said as he looked down

Tristen walked over to him

"I was trying to hide" Duke said

Tristen kneeled down

"I did'nt want you to see what I am" Duke continued

Tristen looked at him "Duke what?" He asked

Duke looked at him with innocence

"Demon" Duke's mother said.Everyone looked round to her

"The men in our family have Demon in them" She continued "His father had it..That's where the magic comes from"

"You cast a spell on us to keep us from seeing your demon side,did'nt you Duke....Alister,that's why we could'nt see our attackers" Seto said

Alister looked round "Nearly got us killed" He said

Duke got up onto his feet "I'll go" He looked to Alister "I'm so sorry" He said

"Wait..Go?" Tristen asked "He just did a spell that went wrong...It was all a mistake" Tristen said

"That's not the point.He belongs with us we know how to control his problem" Duke's Mother said

"Duke I trusted you more than anyone in my whole life was all that just a lie?" Tristen said

"No" Duke said

"You're gonna do what's right,Duke....Now I'm taking you out of here before somebody does get killed" Duke's mother said

Tristen looked at Duke

"The boy belongs with his family.I hope that's clear to the rest of you" Duke's Mother said

Duke frowned and looked at the floor.
