Night of the glowing red moon
After that they continued on, everyone watched eachother grow darker and darker,
it was hard to see now.
"Hold hands." Yami said.
"No way." Seto said.
"Seto you have to hold my hand or you will be lost, I want everyone to buddy up right now."
Yami commanded.
"Sis come here." Jou took Shizuka's hand. Otogi and Honda held eachothers, Mai and
Anzu paired up, and Kajiki took Otogi's free hand.
"Great now I'm between two men!" He said.
"This isn't a picnic for me either!" Honda complained.
"Grow up losers." Seto said.
"Seto your squeezing my hand to tight." Yami said.
"What do you want it's dark in here." Seto snickered.
"It's to quiet." Shizuka pressed up agianst Jounichi.
"Yami were did you say you found these spirits anyway?"
"I told you, the fire and darkness were in a birds nest, the light was...."
"Was what?" Seto asked.
"Handed to me." Yami answered.
"By who?" Seto asked.
"A woman, she was old, she told me her name was 'Shana'." Yami said.
"Your making this up." Seto said.
"Beleive me or don't I know what I saw." Yami looked up into the sky. "She
said the light was the most important one."
"Cool I am?" Seto asked.
"Not you the spirit itself, the host can be replaced, you saw what happened when
Hagga lost his, the spirit went to another.
The next night when they neared the exit of the cave, the travelers saw ahead of them
a glowing red light. It startled them, for they had been accustomed to the darkness for
hours.
"It's the way out." Yami said.
Once out of the cave the saw the moon close and seemed to be burning brightly red.
"Yami." Seto said.
"What is this?" Yami became uneasy, he felt something coming.
"I saw Shana too, Just wanted to tell you before we get killed."
"By what?" Yami asked as loud foot steps were heard.
"Virage!" Seto pointed at a huge mishapen creature. (Virage looks like that white robot from Star Wars, but
it's flesh not metal)
"Seto, did she say how to kill it?" Yami asked while transforming to his armored form.
"No, it's what killed the original White-Silver Dragoon!" Seto too transformed.
"Is this thing suposed to scare us?" Jou asked and transformed.
"Anzu we need you as well." Yami said to her.
"I can't, I'm scared!" Anzu said.
"Don't be a wimp!" Seto said.
"Anzu help us!" Yami pleaded. "I won't let it kill anyone!"
"If you say so Yami." Anzu FINALLY transforms into the Jade Dragoon. "I'll do what I can, ROSE STORM!"
Anzu remembered when Haga used that spell.
"Awsome my armor is alot harder, Thanks Annie." Jou said. Yami lead the charge with his dark sword over his
shoulder.
"WHIP SMACK!" He tapped the deformed looking creature. "His hide is tough." Yami said as he flew over the
Virage.
"Stop fooling around with it Yami." Seto mocked him. "STAR CHILDREN!" Seto shot an arrow into the air
and created a storm of resinating light meteors to hit the creature, luckily he shot off one of its legs,
crippling it's movement. Yami was the only one who realized the Virage wasn't moving at all.
"FLAME SHOT!" Jounichi hit the creature in the face. Anzu flew in to weaken the creature by also
hitting it in the head.
"HARPOON!"
"What is it doing?" He asked himself. An orb on the Virages fat broad face shimmered and fired a lazer
at Jounichi, injuring him severly. "Jounichi!" Yami flew to his side. "Jounichi say something?" Yami knelt
by him.
"Yam, I can't go on." Jounichi gasped.
"BIG BROTHER!" Shizuka ran to her dying brother, she cried outloud when she saw the open wound through
her brother's abdomen.
"Shizuka." He gasped. "Stay strong." His red armor faded and hovered behind the Virage to a person who
was watching the fight. Not even Yami noticed him until now.
"What a shame." Said another familiar voice from behind the Virage.
"SHOW YOURSELF!" Yami demanded as the person revealed his Idenity. "VALON!"
