Caught In The Middle

Hello everybody! I would really appreciate if people did not
print out my stories, it kind of makes me nervous because I haven’t signed any
of my chapters or anything and I’m worried that others will take credit for my
work, I know I cant stop you but please do not print out my stories that don’t
have signatures, Thanx. Or if you do please don’t plagiarize my work.

Other than that I hope you like chapter 6 to “Caught In The
Middle” ENJOY!!!

Ryou felt so horrible as he looked at Marik sound asleep
next to him. Why did he have to like both of them? Why did he love both of
them? He wished he could make up his mind and he also wished he never said yes
to Seto when he asked him out, he hated himself for not saying no to Marik but
in all truth he wanted it, he loved Marik and knew that Marik cared for him
equally…the only problem was so did Seto. The main problem now was that he was
cheating on Seto and he couldn’t seem to help the situation every time he
encountered Marik they either ended up kissing or making love to one another,
and every time Ryou would try to say no try and stop him but it never worked
out quite like he expected.

FLASHBACK

Ryou sat in his room contently doing his homework when the
doorbell rang. He was curious on who it would be since Seto would be at work
all night and Bakura went out with Malik and they probably would end up in a
hotel at the end of the night. He blushed slightly on seeing Marik there who
strode inside without a word.

“Good to see you again Ryou.” Marik said smiling

“Uh…good to see you too Marik, what brings you here?” He
asked being polite

“Nothing in particular really, just wanted to see you was
all.” He said simply

“…Why?” Ryou asked although he knew the answer

“I heard about you and Seto…how’s that going?” Marik asked not
looking at Ryou

“Good…Marik, I’m sorry.” Ryou said not knowing what to say
really

“Oh, don’t be…there is really no reason for you to apologize
to me, you didn’t do anything wrong.” Marik said sighing

“But I just feel guilty, I don’t think what I did with you
that night at Yugi’s was right, and now I feel like I’ve hurt you.” Ryou said
hanging his head

“I don’t regret it…I was happy to have you that night, even
if it was my only time to be with you I’m glad.” Marik said smiling at Ryou
softly

“I’m still sorry…” Ryou said deeply sighing

Marik hugged him gently and kissed him on the forehead.
However, he also kissed him on the lips softly not able to resist the urge to
touch and hold him as close as he possibly could.

“Marik please we shouldn’t do this again.” Ryou said pulling
away

“We don’t have too its up to you, you know.” Marik said
leaning closer to the little angel

“I…I do like you Marik, I really do but…” Marik cut Ryou off
by kissing him again

“Then why should I stop, tell me you want me to stop and I
will.” Marik said kissing his neck softly

“But…I don’t want you to stop.” Ryou said in defeat as Marik
brought him into a bruising kiss although he liked it and wanted it.

END FLASHBACK

And that’s how it always happened he hated the fact he loved
it and wanted it. Now Marik didn’t even have to do anything because if he
didn’t do anything Ryou would, not being able to resist. Ryou loved Seto, he
truly did, but whenever he was with Marik if felt right too. He was stuck
between a rock and a hard place not being able to decide if he loved them or if
he wanted them. Also not being able to decide if he deserved them, they both
cared for him and they were both genuine and truthful on their statements about
loving him, they were both telling him the truth on that subject. Ryou looked
at Marik and sighed; if he chose Marik would Marik ever fully trust him? Would
he be paranoid and overprotective of Ryou…and if he choose Seto he would have
to tell Seto about Marik and Ryou was scared to death how that would play out,
would Seto hate him and never want to see him again…what’s worse Ryou wouldn’t
blame him if he did too. Marik stirred slightly in his sleep as he woke up
groaning slightly but noticed Ryou was awake and cocked an eyebrow.

“What are you doing still awake?” He asked curiously

“Just thinking…did I wake you up somehow?” Ryou asked

“No, do I need to ask what you are thinking about?” Marik
asked

“No, and even if you did you can read my mind cant you?”
Ryou asked

“I told you I would never do that again without your
permission, I have kept that promise ever since too.” Marik smiled proud of
himself

Ryou smiled slightly although it turned sad a little soon.
“I wish I knew what to do…” Ryou said somberly

Marik sighed not knowing how to answer the young tenshi as he
drew him into his arms, kissed him softly, and rocked him until he fell asleep.

I am sorry about this being so late and I am also sorry for
this being such a short chapter but I am fighting writers block on this story
and it has been hell, anyway I hope you liked!
