One More Day
Duke looked at the crystal that helped him cast magic.His friends did't even know that he could use magic so he did'nt tend to use it around them.
"Oh God" Duke said
Someone knocked the door
"Come in" Duke called out
Tristen came in with Yugi
"Is there anything you want to talk to us about?" Yugi asked.Yami listened to the consversation
Duke stayed silent
"Come on Duke we know there is something wrong but why won't you tell us?!?!" Tristen shouted as he asked
Duke was still silent
Yami was'nt sure that he would like this consversation
Tristen lunged forward and grabbed Duke by his shirt and gave him a rough shake
"Come on you Bastard!" He shouted
"Stop Tristen" Yugi said
Tristen let go of Duke's shirt
"Listen Tristen I think I figured out why you like the remote control to the T.V. so much" Duke started
Tristen's eyes widened and Yugi stood there.Yami was also worried
"Cause you love to control everything....I mean trying to get me to talk about things I don't wanna talk about" Duke finished
"Yugi..I'll take over from here" Yami said in mind
Yugi nodded
Yami changed over with Yugi
"Duke if there is anything wrong you can tell us" Yami said "I mean it's only one more day till we go"
"Till I go" Duke wisphered
"What?" Yami asked
"Nothing"
"Did he just say that he would leave?" Yugi asked Yami
"I Think so" Yami answered
"Well if you need to talk we'll be here for you,you know that right?" Yami asked
"Yeah,thanks" Duke said
Tristen and Yami left the room
Duke turned round to the desk and lifted a couple of spell books of the desk
He opened the door a little bit and saw his friends all taking about defeating Dartz
He walked over to the desk and lifted out a flower.He kneelld down to a fire in his room and put the flower in it
Then he read out a spell
"For my friends this I burn
Lethes bramble do your chore
Wipe their minds of lights and sins
Memorys that are grim
The flower will die
Then they will forget
Lethes Bramble,Lethes Bramble,Lethes Bramble"
A strange smoke came from the flower and went into the room where his friends where
"Ya know everyone Duke has been acting really strange and I think I heard him say that he would be leaving" Yugi said to his friends
Everyones eyes widened
"And then" Yugi continued
The smoke flew into their minds and they had forgot about what Duke said
"I'm sorry was I?" Yugi asked
"The monk" Alister said
"Oh yeah"
Duke listened to them.He then stepped back and frowned
"I had too" Duke said
"Oh God" Duke said
