I Can't justify the way everyone is looking at me
A week in the hospital.........Jou and Yuugi lucky they
didn't get killed that night. Once they were able to go
back to school Marik had informed them that Seto,
Ushio, and Panic got away with the prank. Only Yuugi
and Jou knew what happened and the opertunity to
tell someone never arose. Also, Yami was back from
the clinic. He was fine as long as he was medicated.
He was moved into Yuugi's classes while he was
recovering. Yuugi's classes were a tad lower than
the classes Yami normally attended. Yami met
with Yuugi again in homeroom at the begining of
the day. The head cast startled him as did the
ones beneath his clothes that he noticed when
he codled him.
"Jichan told me if I see you....." Yuugi looked up
at him guilty about telling him while he was recovering
a psycodic episode, plus his arms where all ready around him.
"But Yuugi, do you remember our promise to eachother?" Yami asked.
"I'm suffering Yami...I have a mental disorder, I'm afraid of letting
people get close to me. The closest ones hurt me the most, and I
don't want you to..."
"That's it?" yami scolded him. "Your dumping me?" Yami asked.
"Yami no, please listen to me....The Blue Eyes did something
horrible to me last week and I...just...can't...." Yuugi was breaking
down from his mental sickness.... Yami recognized this condition.
"Sweet heart?" Yami refused to let Yuugi out of his grasp. He didn't
care that half the class was watching them. They were invisible to him.
"I can't take it....." Yuugi cried.
"Please calm down baby." Yami pleaded. "I can get you help, it's the
same place I went to when I....." Yami stopped when Yuugi looked up at
him. "Let me help you...I'm the only one who can." Yami whispered the
last part into Yuugi's ear. Yuugi squeezed Yami as hard as he could.
(Any tighter and he'd be inside him)
"You don't understand Yami, we can't be together anymore....but all I
want is you......." Yuugi cried. "You couldn't help me then, how can you
know?"
"Yuge, calm down." Jou said. "Yami was locked up he couldn't...." jou tried
talking sense into the tiny teens mind.
"You didn't help me either Jou, you just watched." Yuugi cried.
"I couldn't move Yuge." Jou said.
"Let go of me, I wanto die!" Yuugi struggled from Yami trying to
get free of his unbreakable grip but he couldn't. "I WANT TO DIE, LET
GO, LET GO!"
"NO YOU DON'T!" Yami screamed. Yuugi tensed up, still in Yami's arms.
He refused to let go until Yuugi's condition quelled.
Rumours spread like a brush fire. There was talk among the students of Domino High.
Some say, Yami is the one who screwed up Yuugi. Others say Yami brought the gun to
school to kill Jou for having an affair with Yuugi. None was true. A gun was planted in
Yami's locker, he still does not know who put it there...As for Yuugi...You know what
happened to him...Last chapter. This has been going on into november. Nothing big
happened for a while. Just slow days. It seemed like Yuugi was avoiding Yami. He
was still afraid about what his jichan said. He still picks him up and drops him off
at school wich didn't help his reputation anymore. So far everyone had labeled him
a 14 yr old baby. Yami left Yuugi alone but still kept watch over him. He had no
opertunities to help Yuugi. He found himself imagining Yuugi introuble, and he
would save him. Then Yuugi would look up to him again...No opertunity what's so
ever. It didn't help that rumors were spreading like wild fire about Yuugi dumping
Yami for Jou. Everyone knew Jou as a robinhood type hero. Yami on the other
hand was known as the biggest bad boy at domino high, now known as the
insane boy of the senior class. Reputations are at steak, as well as true love
vs new love. Yami heard the rumors so much he started to beileive Yuugi was
cheating on him.
