High School

During school that day everyone who came across Yuugi

asked him if Yami died in a drunk driving accident, or

if he broke up with him, or if Yami went crazy from all

the drugs he does. Yuugi didn't answere any one cuz

Jou had his hands full beating people up that day for

talking shit about his buddy. During home room ...

"We better go visit him after school." Jou said.

"Why after, why can't we see him right now?" Yuugi

asked.

"He tried to drive off the bridge by going through the

railing...but he got snagged on it and broke both his

arms and legs, his neck, couple of ribs." Jou sighed.

"He was trying to kill himself...It's best if we leave him

alone for a while, he's feeling so low right now."

"Let me know when the best time is...I need to talk to

him, I want to make sure he's ok."

"Alright, I'll take you to see him."

After school Jou took Yuugi straight to the hospital to see

Yami. Once at the hospital they saw Yami in a wheel chair

being pushed around by a nurse.

"SOrry baby but you broke, you can't stay in our rooms."

"Thank the mayor for me." Yami said.

"Hey Yami, I'm gonna wheel you home, but I have a problem

I can't stay over and take care of you like you asked.

"I'll find someone, my dad might....who am I kidding...Ryou

and Malik are unwelcome in my house as long as I can't move."

Said Yami.

"Yami..." Yuugi let Yami see him. "I can take care of you."

"I don't want to put you through that." Yami said.

"Yeah, he's bitchy when he can't smoke." Jou said.

"Get me home you prick." Said Yami.

At Yami's house Jou lifted Yami into his bed.

"Dude, I gotta bounce." Jou left.

"Yuugi I need to talk to you." Yami said.

"Yes?" Yuugi was starring at the thin wrapped cast, Yami

looked like a sexy mummy.

"I need you now...I don't trust anyone else as much as

I trust you." Yami looked directly at Yuugi. "I know you

wouldn't do anything to hurt or humiliate me."

"I want to take care of you, you took care of me." Yuugi

responded.

"I...never felt so helpless before." He was almost crying.

"It's ok." Yuugi carefully nuzzled him.

"Thank you Yuugi."

"I want you to tell me something."

"Yes?"

"Did you try to kill yourself?" Yuugi asked. Yami didn't respond.

"Yami answere me please, if your feeling suicidal I can get you

help, just don't do anything until you talk to me first."

"I couldn't handle it." Yami said. "I was on my way to the police

station, but I spotted the bridge."

"Don't do anything like that again!" Yuugi yelled at him.

"Ok!" Yami was shocked.

"I care about you man, don't do yourself in."

"Fine then...Your the only one who cares about me....I don't want

you to think I'm taking advantage of you...I have to go."

"Your hurt, what ever you need don't be afraid to ask me....So, how

are you gonna go to the bathroom?"

"Um" Yami felt a bit embarassed. "There's a bed pan at the foot of the bed,

your gonna have to....hold it down for me while I'm...going...."Yami clears his

throat.

"Hey your only human." Yuugi tried to cheer him up.

"This is gonna be along couple of weeks."
