Finding the Source of the Black Orb
Inside the Palace....
The Pharaoh could barely stand as he tried to help Teania out. "Someone help her." The Pharaoh couldn't even yell loudly across the room as his body began to weaken. The servants came out of their hiding es aes and helped Teania and the Pharaoh. Maya and Sarai came to help the Pharaoh. Natasha and Nina came to help Teania. Their wounds were deep but, not life threatening. "What do we do with these children?" The guard exclaimed. "Mana will watch them for me." Priest Mahado said. "Mana, I want you to keep a close watch on these to girls until another servant is available." Priest Mahado walked away while Mana took the two girls inside the courtyard to keep them entertained.
Inside the Pharaoh's Chambers....
The Pharaoh removed his top and carefully lied down onto his stomach, while Maya sat on top of him cleaning his wounds. "She got you pretty good. What the hell was up with all of that?" The Pharaoh jerked a little as the hot water touched his wound. "I don't know what was wrong with Asenia but, I think it had something to do with that black orb." Maya nodded. "I think so too. But........can I ask you something?" The Pharaoh soon figured out that she became concerned about Akeyana. "You want to know what happened to Akeyana right?" Maya paused for a second and kept going. "Yeah that's it." Sarai brought in more healing ointments.
"Akeyana said that she felt she didn't belong here and she wanted to be alone for a while." Maya shook her head. "I understand I guess. She's been through so much and I think it might be best for her. I wish I could have said good bye..............before she left." Maya sighed. "I know she will return. Don't think of it as goodbye forever, think of it as farewell for now." Sarai was grinning from ear to ear as she helped Maya. Maya has a thing for the Pharaoh but, she just hides it from him. "Aww isn't that sweet." Maya began blushing while Sarai laughed at her.
Inside Teania's room...
"Akeyana said she felt she wasn't meant to be here and bad things were happening to her. Bad things have happened to me before but I have gotten through them with her help. Maybe its something deeper? May Maybe its more than what I think? Maybe.............maybe she is getting away to find something? Wait!......maybe she needs to find an answer to something. Its not her fault that these things happen. Its Bakura's. And to think..............I actually had feelings for him. How foolish of me. She saved Mana's life. What's there to be so sad about? Whatever it is...........I hope she returns soon." Teania said as she closed her eyes, letting Natasha and Nina heal her wounds.
Inside Aria's house....
Aerith, Timaeus, And Helmos, went to Aria's house as soon as they received the letter from Akeyana. The four sat in the living room, silently thinking to themselves, shocked by what they received. "Why?" Aerith stared at the floor. "Let's go find her. I know shit's been rough but, she can't leave now. There are people here that need her." Helmos paced back and forth. "She said she wouldn't be gone long so let's just let Akeyana be alone for sometime. I know we're all her best friends and we should be their for her but, their are times when people just need to be alone by themselves to think things over and find an answer. And that's exactly what Akeyana needs to do. We just need to stay here and support her from a distance." Timaues beckoned but Helmos didn't agree.
"Damn all of that. We can't support her from a distance she needs us now, I know she does. You guys can stand around until the moon turns blue but I am going to go find her." Timaeus grabbed his arm and threw him up against the wall. "Listen to me dammit. I want her back to but she wants to be alone and we should give her that right. She doesn't need us right now, she needs some time alone and you should grant her that right. She'll return, I know she will, until then we wait and continue on with our lives." Aria got up and separated the two men. "Alright that's enough, there won't be any fighting in my house. You take that shit outside."
Helmos glared at Timaeus as he left Aria's house. "Oh geez." Aria shook her head. "Just give Helmos some time, It'll hit him soon." Aerith put her arm around Aria's shoulder. "It needs to hit him now so that he doesn't go off doing anything stupid." Timaeus sat back down, rubbing his eyes. Aerith walked over to him, and started messaging his shoulders. "Everything's gonna be alright." Aria went into the kitchen to cook and Aerith kept messaging his shoulders, trying to cheer him up.
Inside the Village....
A Bunch of Greek soldiers marched into the city searching for the Princess. When they searched through the whole village she was no where to be found. The men immediately marched to the Palace but, they were stopped by a group of guards. "Halt!!! What business do you have in the Palace?" The Prince walked up to the captain and bowed politely. "Excuse me kind sir, I am the Prince of Greece and I have come on behalf of King Amos, father of Teania. He wishes to see his daughter before he passes away due to illness and I have come to retrieve her." The Captain opened the gates and led the kind Prince to the Pharaoh.
Inside the Palace...
All the men bowed before his almighty presence as the captain and the Prince approached the Pharaoh, kneeling before him. "My Lord, this man claims to be a Prince from Greece who is here to retrieve Teania so that she may return to her father King Amos, who is dying of illness." The Pharaoh looked at his Priests but they all had a dumbfounded look on their faces because they have not seen this man before. "Bring Teania to me." The Pharaoh ordered and within an instant Teania was brought down, but she was limping a little. "Prince Darien." Teania said as she limped over to the Pharaoh. "Do you know this man Teania?" The Pharaoh was hoping she didn't. "Yes................I do. He and my father are very good friends."
"My Princess I am here to tell you that your father is in Ashta right now and he is seriously ill and cannot be cured. He only has a couple of days left to live. My people and some of the Pharaoh's people have been rebuilding Ashta for quite some time now and I want you to return with me." Teania blushed at the kind Prince but, what amazed her the most was that Ashta was being rebuilt. Her dream has finally come true. "I'll return with you, if that's okay with the Pharaoh?" Teania's saddened eyes gazed upon the Pharaoh as a tainted feeling of loneliness clouded his heart. "You may go Teania." Teania limped over to the Pharaoh as he stepped off his throne to hold her up so she wouldn't fall down. "I'll come back when I see my father. If Akeyana returns let me know."
Teania held onto him tightly nuzzling her head up against his chest, she gave him a on on the cheek and then limped over to the jealous Prince who frowned at the Pharaoh, for embracing Teania. "Come Teania, let us return." The Pharaoh held his head down as Teania kept looking back at him. Maya and the others waved goodbye but, she was starting to feel a change in the once happy Pharaoh. Could it be because the two people he cherishes the most have left him? Will they return again? Or will it be just one of them? "My Pharaoh, they will return again, you just have to believe." Priest Mahado put his hand on the Pharaoh's shoulder. "I know."
"MY LORD, WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THAT GUARD!?!" Priest Ishizu said with a jarred look on her face. The servants and some of the guards fled the Throne room. It seems that the same guard that touched the black orb was being possessed. His whole body shook rapidly, his face grew wider, his teeth grew larger, horns emerged out of his head, and his Ka, Summoned Skull was let loose, attacking all that it came in contact with. It took the Priests a short while to defeat the insanely wild Summoned Skull. The Pharaoh quickly summoned Obelisk and destroyed his guard and once again, the black orb was left behind.
"DON'T TOUCH THAT BLACK ORB!!!" The Pharaoh yelled to the guards and they immediately stopped. "What do we do with it? We can't just leave it lying in the middle of the floor." Priest Karim said with a troubled look on his face. "Well then lets destroy the damn thing." Priest Seto said as he prepared his Ka for attack. "Wait! Let me test it out first just to make sure nothing happens." The Priests and the guards stood back as Obelisk launched a heavy attack on the mysterious black orb. When all the smoke and debris cleared the black orb still sat their appearing to be untouched. "What the hell!?!" Priest Seto said fearfully. "The Source of this black orb shouldn't be too far, I want he/she found and brought to me." The Pharaoh said as he viewed a dim reflection of himself, while staring at the black orb.
Many guards left the Palace to search for the source of the black orb. "I want this orb placed inside a box and buried far away from the Palace." Two servants carefully placed the black orb inside a smsilvsilver box and handed it to the guards so that they may bury it deep with in the ground. "This should solve our problems for now. Until then we wait for my guards to return with the person controlling this atrocity." The Pharaoh returned to his throne and it remained peaceful throughout the day.
