Jou sat looking out the Kame Game Shop window. Also in the room

were his two best buds, Yugi and Honda. Currently they were

heatedly discussing the day's events.



"It was incredibly brave. You shouldn't call him stupid." The

shorter youth was arguing.



"It was stupid of him to come out of the closet like that. He's in

for all kinds of shit now." The tall dark haired teen growled, then

huffed "What were you thinking? Damn it, you are in for serious

shit." Seeing his friend was not paying me any attention. "Pay

attention to me. What is so interesting out there?" Honda looked

out the window and shrugged. Nothing but some fancy car getting a

ticket.



"What the hell possessed you to announce it like that in the

lunchroom?"



"I was tired of hiding the truth. Besides…I wanted to let the world

know because I'm not going to hide my lover from anyone." Jou spoke

absently as he watched the drama outside the window unfold with

absorption.



"Lover? What the hell? Jou you don't have any lover. Last I knew

you were the last virgin in Domino." Honda scoffed.



Yugi stepped protectively in front of Jou. "That is not nice. Jou,

you like someone?"



"Hmmm? Oh yes. In fact I'm staying with him tonight." Jou

answered absently as the driver of the car exited and stood over the

shorter police officer. So commanding.



That shut both boys up because tonight was their usual night for a

sleepover. Honda's eyes widened and started to shine with lust.

Yugi's lit with brilliant amethyst fire. "T…tonight? Jou what are

you saying? That...you want…you like...you want to make love

tonight."



Jou didn't hear the question, he was focused on the sight of a cop

getting browbeaten into a cringing mass by the driver of the sports

car. Absently he murmured "It is so hot…I can't wait."



Honda and Yugi stared at him in shock then turned to each other then

Yugi gave Honda a wide smile "Well three's a crowd."



"It is…so Jou and I will be leaving. We'll go to my house." Honda

fired back smartly.



"He didn't mean you. He was talking to me." Yugi argued.



"Look shrimp, if he wanted a nibble he might go for you, but he has

a big appetite, t's obvious he needs a real man. Just move out of

our way and we'll go."



"You shark-fin-headed stick. If he wanted you, he wouldn't say it

in front of me. He's had plenty of opportunity to be with you. He

doesn't want you. You do want him. I've seen you mooning over him."



"That's it! If you won't get out of my way I'm going to move you!"

Honda had just picked up the smaller boy in a tight hold when a

movement at the door and Jou picking up his bag and rising to his

feet brought their gaze around. Seeing the direction of Jou's

suddenly overbright gaze, they turned to look.



Kaiba stood in the doorway. They shared brief, shocked glance when

Jou swayed around them and twined his arms tightly with Seto's "Hey

Dragon." Jou's voice was pure invitation and sin. Yugi and Honda

both felt their jaws drop.



"Pup. You ready? Got your stuff for the weekend?"



"Yeah. Let's roll."



As they walked to his car, Seto said in a quiet aside "I didn't know

they were a couple."



"Neither did I." Jou shrugged nonchalantly "Goes ta show ya never

know about people."
