Chapter Four
Hello this is Tatoa back again with another chapter ^^ I do hope you’ll enjoy it and I apologize for the long wait, school really kind of sucks right now so it can’t be helped too much. Any way, enjoy! ^^

Ryou lightly hummed to himself as he walked down the street. He really did like this part of town and was glad he had chosen a home there since it was a very lovely place. A park was located not to far from where he lived and it had a small but nice pond in the middle for ducks to swim on. The white haired doctor wanted to one day go feed the ducks because he though they were so cute.
As he walked he made some mental notes of places he may want to go into later and things like that. He soon came across a pizza joint and his stomach growled, informing him that it no longer wanted to wait to be filled. Laughing slightly he decided to stop in and by a couple pieces. It certainly smelled good so he was sure it would taste delicious. The white haired doctor looked up at the menu that was behind the counter, opting to get a New York Deli slice and Tropical Hawaiian to go. He was glad the pieces were already made and cut before he got to the counter so he hadn’t had to wait very long, which was good since he was almost positive he was drooling from the smells.
Happily eating his pizza, Ryou again made his way down the street, again taking mental notes of different places and even entering a few. Tossing his pizza crusts into a garbage can he smiled when he saw a small convenience store. He had just moved to town so he knew he was going to need some groceries eventually, might as well do a little shopping. Making his way across the road he grabbed a basket when he entered the store sinc ehe didn’t think he would need very much at the present time. He got some bread, both white and brown since they both went well together with certain things, after that was some beef and chicken, he also picked out some new shampoo and conditioner when a new brand caught his eye. It had the soft smell of flowers and fruits, a combination he liked. After picking out a few other things like coffee and milk he made his way to the bulk section, completely bent on buying a lot of chocolate.
“Hmm I wonder where they are…”
Hearing someone speak, Ryou looked up as he poured some chocolate buds into a bag. The man who had spoken was actually young looking, perhaps in his early twenties like the white haired youth who was only 21 himself. He had lovely tanned skin and blonde hair, in fact he looked an awful lot like the blonde at the institute.
“Excuse me. Are you looking for something?” He questioned with a soft smile. The stranger looked somewhat puzzled and frustrated so he thought maybe he could help.
“I’m trying to find those little chocolate caramel balls.” The stranger answered as he looked over the huge bins again.
“Oh they’re over here.” Ryou said as he pointed out the bin. He had actually gotten a large bag of them just moments before.
“Oh thank you, they’re Marik’s favorite.” Walking past the white haired youth with a smile the blonde proceeded to fill up a bag. Ryou was just about to walk away when realization hit him. Had the stranger said…Marik?
“Uh excuse me? Sorry but did you say Marik?”
“Oh yes he’s my boyfriend. Why do you know him?”
“Well I actually work in the institute he’s in. My name’s Ryou.” The strangers eyes then grew dark, the light violet turning a kind of deep color as he turned away from the doctor. “Did I say something wrong?”
“Just stay away from me you asshole.” Stunned Ryou stood there for a moment. Had he said something wrong? He didn’t think he had but then again maybe the youth was embarrassed about his boyfriend being in a mental institution.
“Um…I do apologize if I said something wrong, I’m afraid I don’t really understand why you would call me that.”
“Oh really?” Turing the stranger faced Ryou, his dark eyes piercing through him. He was actually afraid of him though he had seemed so kind before. “It was you fuckers who took him away from me. We were just fine and happy and you people came in and took him. I hope he beats the shit out of all of you.” Turning the stranger walked away leaving Ryou to stand there confused.
Shaking it off the white haired youth decided to worry about it later as he made his way to the till to pay for his food. After a small chat with the cashier Ryou began to make his way back home, happily carrying his plastic bags as he walked up the steps to his apartment. After unlocking the door and stepping inside Ryou noticed that he had a message on his answering machine. Kicking off his shoes he set his bags down on the table and pressed the button to listen to what it was.
“Sorry to bother you at home Doctor but we need you on night staff tonight.”
“Oh great. I can’t believe I have to work tonight, and I was hoping to break out the fondue and everything.” Ryou muttered as he erased the message and moved to put his food away, opting to eat a few chocolates before getting ready for work.
Bah my brain hurts and I hateth the shortness of this chapter but I cannot go on. Anyway I promise the next chapter with be long and may even have some…nice stuff, if you know what I mean ^^
