Welcome to my world

When Atemu awakened he stumbled to his feet and with out a word wandered out into the badlands where the jet had crashed.
The others followed after him, also silent. The land was soft and sunk with each step they took. It was like walking on a matress. It was night time and very cold for a desert.
"We should have gone during the day." Jou said.
"No, our bodies would cook in the sunlight." He looked back at them. "When the sun goes up, we sleep, we won't get very hot that way. When people sleep the body tempreture goes down, and when you walk it rises. It's wiser to walk at night and sleep during the day." Atemu explained. They neared a canyon in the distance. The closer they got to the canyon voices were heard, they quickly turned to laughter. The group became silent. "Bandits." Atemu said to the others with an angry look. "Don't give them anything." He commanded as the bandits were now visible and surrounding them. "Keep walking." Atemu continued to walk along, this simple action angered and insulted the head bandit.
"YOU!" A large bulky bandit jumped infront of Atemu. "When Ali Bandit apears, you should stop in your tracks and get robbed with dignity, unless I steal that too!" He was up in Atemu's face but he was already in a bad mood. Atemu grabbed him by the jaw and broke it. The Bandit writhed and struggled to say with in an almost nonunderstandible voice dripping with blood and drool. "KI... HI..!" The bandits decripted that slobery message to kill him. The lesser bandits got around him but the sennen eye on his forehead glown blinding them. "Let's go." He said to the others who surprisingly weren't blinded as if his spell only targeted the bandits. They all got far into the gorge but Atemu back tracked.
"Stay here." THey did what he said but as he disapeared descending behind a hill they all heard a loud voice shout. "MIND CRUSH!"
When he reapeared to the group he simply said. "I don't want them following us." A strike of fear hit them, but they followed him anyway, but not as trusting as before. Dawn was aproaching. Atemu lay down on in the cushon sand. The others did the same.
"What if bugs crawl on me?" Anzu asked.
"Don't worry about it, it's gonna probably be to hot for them to come out anyway." Said Honda.
"Not the scorpions." Said Atemu.
"Thanks alot, I was trying to stop her from complaining!" Said Honda. They all tried the best they could to readjust to sleeping during the day.
"I can't sleep, sand keeps going up my nose." Jou said and looked at Atemu who was out like a light.
"Do what he's doing, and sleep on your back." Said Honda.
"I forgot, he should know how to survive a desert, so we should follow him." Said Jou.
"Keep it down I'm trying to sleep." Said Anzu she said while sitting up.
"Are you going to sleep sitting up?" Jou asked.
"You can rest your head on me if you don't want to sleep on the ground." Said Honda.
"No way, I'm going to rest on Yami, he's dead asleep anyway." She got up and lay on the sleeping one. He didn't even flinch. Just layed there like a rug. Anzu rested her head on his chest. The up and down motion of his breathing put her to sleep very quickly.
Soon all found their way into dreamless sleep. Except Atemu who dreamed of seeing his Aibou again.
