Session
The next day at the psychietrist office. Yuugi sat on a long couch while a man with a clip board smiled sunnily. 'He's to happy for someone who listen's to sad cases all day'. Yuugi thought to himself.
"So tell me, Yuugi, have there been any big changes in your life?" His sunny smile was frightening him. He pushed a button on a tape player to record the session.
"I lost my best friend recently." Yuugi said lowly. "I miss him so much."
"He was close to you huh?" He talked to Yuugi like a child.
"Yes."
"What did you guys do together?"
"Well, he taught me alot, and he played with me all the time, like games and stuff."
"You had alot of fun together, is that all?"
"He was my lover." Yuugi blushed.
"Oh I see, your best freind was male, and you were lovers?"
"Yes."
"I see." The doctor wrote something down in his clip board. "Your grandfather had told me that you were cutting yourself a few days ago, why did you do that?"
"I told you, my friend is gone."
"Where did he go?"
"Egypt."
"That's far away, can't you visit him?"
"NO, HE'S DEAD!" the boy cried.
"Oh I see." An awkward silence. "Your so sad, your hurting yourself to make the pain go away, but it won't bring him back." He shook his head. "Let's think of a list of things you can do to cope, with out hurting yourself." The doc was getting ready to write. "What makes you happy, what do you like to do?"
"Everything I do that makes me happy was when I did it with.......Yami." He cried.
"Was that his name?" He wrote on the clip board. "So everything you like to do will remind you of your friend." Said the quack.
After the session, Yuugi could see through a glass door, the Dr. giving Soguraku a piece of paper. When they got back to the car, Yuugi got up the nerve to ask.
"What did the dr. give to you in the office?"
"A perscription for you, he says you have depression."
"I am depressed Grandpa."
"It's different, your sad enough to cut yourself up, and I don't want you to do that anymore." Soguraku drove to the store to pic up the pills and then went home................
