Waking up with a stranger
They awoke later in noon. Atemu woke and saw the face of
the sweet boy. Even though he couldn't remember anything
from before, he grew fond of him. He wanted to stay with him
as long as he could. He didn't understand why he was getting
feelings for him. He recalled a dream he just awoke from.
It was of them in a more homely setting. Then a flash in
his mind of when he stabbed him. He felt awful about it.
Yuugi woke and looked up at him. In his mind all he
wanted was for Atemu to remember. He couldn't stand
the reality of Atemu being so clueless. Atemu was the
one who was always on top of everything, he knew
what to do all the time, but now he's reduced to the
status of an amnisiac. Yuugi reached his arm out
to hug Atemu. Yuugi felt hurt that he didn't hold him
back like he used to.
"Hey Yuugi." Atemu said. Yuugi let go of him. "Why
didn't you run from me?" He looked away. "I stabbed
you." Yuugi rolled flat on his back and sprawled out.
"I trust you." Yuugi said. "Do what you want to me,
but I won't run from you."
