Chapter 30: Caught
*Jou's POV*
August 8th. It had been a week since Seto and I in the shower and our love life hasn't looked
back.
I'm so happy everything has returned back to normal between us. Do you know how hard it got
sometimes to not just rape him? Especially when we're sleeping millimeters from each other, or
when we tease each other. I was so close to literally ripping my hair out!
But I wouldn't hold back. Especially after I looked into those hypnotizing blue orbs of his. They
take me to a place of...love, lust, passion...
Besides, the sincerety makes me weak in the knees!
Today I had to go home. Well, I only went there by choice. Seto's going to Tokyo later today for
a business meeting with someone name Seig of Mirage, Inc..
I was sure to give him a goodby kiss and then some before he left.
*Kaiba's POV*
No matter how good things are between Katsuya and I, I have to return to this. The truth of my life.
The drugs...the hustling...the paying to keep mouths shut. I just wan to give it all up and tell Katsuya
the complete truth.
I have to go to Tokyo to meet Seig, Leon, and someone named Mahado. Seig told me that Mahado is
the CEO of Mirage-Africa. Or something like that.
I carefully pack the drugs into my preifcase and put my white sleeveless trench coat on over my black
outfit.
"Where are you going today Seto?"
Noa?! What does he care.
"I have to go to Tokyo."
"Be careful. One of my friends just called and told me that the police is our and about and giving people
tickets left and right."
"You're actually giving me advice Noa..."
"Whether or not I like it, you're my little brother. Even if I don't show it, I still do care for you."
"Who hit you on the head?" I say picking up the briefcase and walking past him out the door. "See you
later, Noa."
"What, I don't even get a thank you?! This is what I get for helping an ungrateful brat like you Seto!"
"Arigatou, nii-sama!" I yell before walking out the side door into the garage.
It's odd not seeing Katsuya's car here. But, I have to go and handle this.
I get into my car and drive to the gast station to fill up my tank. Afterwards, I grab something to eat and
get on the highway towards Tokyo.
*Reader's POV*
(Inside a hidden police car...)
Two policemen are hidden behind a brush, clocking drivers as they zip by.
"Haga, should we trust that tip we got?"
"I don't know Ryuzaki. It seems to obvious."
"But we have to look out for Kaiba-kun's car and check it anyways."
"If we don't find anything, it could mean our jobs, not to mention to rest of our lives."
"If we do find something, then we could be heros for busting one of the biggest drug lords in the country..."
"Who was the one that gave us the tip?"
"Obviously someone who isn't afraid of their life."
The two continue to talk and clock the drivers as they pass by.
"Wait...isn't that his car?!" shouts Haga.
"Yea. That's it! Bingo, are you ready?"
The dog barks as Haga turn his lights on and speeds behind him.
The car quickly pulls to the side and Ryuzaki gets out.
"Hello sir." Ryuzaki says nervously.
"Hello officer. What's the matter?"
"You were speeding. May I see you license and registration please?"
The driver hands Ryuzaki the information as Haga lets Bingo out. He slowly walks to the back of the car,
then suddenly starts barking like mad.
"May we check your car? We have a search warrant." asks Haga as he stands next to Ryuzaki.
The driver pauses before saying yes.
He gets out the car and the dog just stays near the trunk.
"Could you open your trunk please?" asks Haga.
He opens the trunk and the dog immediately goes for the briefcase.
"Open the briefcase please." asks Haga.
The man who is inches from a breakdown, open the briefcase, revealing the drugs...
"So, what do we have here? It looks like cocaine." says Ryuzaki as he suddenly regains his nerves.
*Jou's POV*
I wonder if Seto has made it to Tokyo yet? It's been 3 hours. Domino City to Tokyo is only a 2 hour max
drive.
'We're pulling over a black Mercedes Coupe.'
Police scanner...
Mercedes Coupe...that sounds like Seto...
'We're on Highway 3 North. the driver is believed to be Seto Kaiba.'
Seto!
I quickly grab my keys and run to my car and drive along Highway 3 until I see the police car, Seto's car,
and a dog.
What's going on?!
I pull over and get out my car.
"Seto! Seto!" I yells as I run to him, ignoring the officers plea for me to get back.
He slowly turns and looks at me with tear-filled eyes...
Eyes of sadness and fear...
