Disclaimer:
I do not own YuGiOh!, nor any of the characters from it. I do not make any money from the writing of this story.
She was only four
sorry Iknow it's a little confusing but Kissy is Kissara, Yami is the dad and Yugi is Yuki the baby.
This is an experimental, sorry for the confusion
Note: Not the same Yuki in the Gravitation, I'm just using the name itself as a name and nothing more...
..........................
Echos fill the room. Little Yuki was flustered by booming
voices of her family members singing happy birthday in
a dark room with candles burning on the table. Yuki felt
afraid of the fire but not the dark...no...the dark was always
comforting for some odd reason. Her fathers voice sent a
wave of relief in her mind when he turned the lights on.
"Ok that's enough singing, my baby looks petrified." He
said.
"I'm not a baby om four today." Yuki smiled at her daddy
with his proud face and acsessory smile.
"Of course not, and what big girl doesn't have." He pulled a sheet
off an object on the floor. "A tricicle."
"Bike, thank you daddy." Yuki jumped up and down in her fathers strong
masculine arms. "Can I ride now?"
"Not in the house that's what mommy said."
"Mommy says alot of stuff, let's ride!"
"Yuki don't let your mother hear you say that." Her father laughed along
with his daughters guests.
"I'm back." Kizzy came in with a grocery bag. "I need a hand in the kitchen pops."
She adressed her husband. He put his little girl down near the trike. As soon as he
and her mother were out of sight Yuki got on her trike and rode it in the house, but
she didn't know how to stop until she crashed into a table with chips on it. The bowl of
chips fell over and landed on her head. Her parents rushed in to see the noise. Their daughter
crying with a bowl on her head, chips everywhere, and a knocked over table.
"Oh honey are you ok?" Her daddy cuddled her and tossed the bowl aside.
"Don't baby her, she's gonna think it's ok to break the rules."
"She could of gotten hurt."
"You told her she could ride in the house!" The mother looked at the guests. "Sorrry but it's
Yuki's bed time, thank you all for coming.
"But mommy can I have a piece of my cake?" Yuki asked.
"Sorry young lady no sweets before bed time."
"Kissy lighten up, it's her birthday today and I say she can stay up one more hour and have her
cake."
"There you go again, she's gonna keep breaking the rules cusz you say so!"
"Oh come on Kissy she's just a four year old!"
"Discapline her now, or I'm going to bed early!" Kissy said.
"Ooh, that stings.. Ok Yuki, go play so daddy can clean up, and no more trike tonight, I'll take you
to the park tomarow."
"Ok daddy." Yuki scampered off all cute like.
"What do you think your doing?"
"I'm cleaning. what does it look like."
"She's gonna be a spoiled brat unless you show her who the parent is, I love her but I don't
want her to grow up a spoiled brat."
"She's not a spoiled brat she's four, let her play while she can."
"Psycology talk again."
"Kissy I know your first husband was strict but your with me know, just let loose, have some fun
once in a while."
"Ok, she's off the hook for now but when she's robbing liquor stores then she's your problem." The mother said.
"I love you Kizzy."
"I love you too... I'm gonna go spend some time with my daughter now."
"Ok." THe father finished cleaning up in no time and spotted his wife and daughter sleeping in a rocking chair.
He put them both to bed. First his young daughter. Kissing her cheek wich still had evidence of frosting. He
lay her in her safty bed and looked down at her cuteness. Then he went to get Kizzy who was just walking over
to her bed. He walked her there and tucked her in with him. "Good night." An hour later he heard a squeaky
voice across the room. "Yuki, what are you doing up?"
"I had a bad dream." Yuki said.
"Big girls don't have bad dreams." He said.
"Yes we do, can I sleep with you tonight?"
"Come here baby." He said.
"I'm not a baby." Yuki protested.
"What did you dream about?"
"Daddy, are you a ghost?"
He froze at the question.
"Where is this comeing from?" He asked.
"You don't look right in my dreams, it's almost like you aren't there." Yuki said shaking.
"Honey, dreams aren't real." He said.
"I'll beleive you for now." Yuki said.
"Good night my baby."
"Not a baby!"
