Chap 3 Playing god
Cleo brought Yuugi to a building that looked like a hospital with one room. A tall man in an office chair rolled over to them.
"Got the body all set, it looks alive but we need that soul." He said taking the puzzle from Cleo. He rolled over to a machine and placed it in a socket like hole. "Keep an eye on him Cleo, our boys gonna live." He anouced. "We just gotta wait a few minutes.
Hey whose this kid?"
"He's the one." Cleo replied.
"I'm Yuugi." He said as the man in the chair took his hand and shook it.
"Nice to meet ya kid, They call me Wheels around this place."
"meet the rest of the team, Over there the guy working on the machinery is Steel. The guy over by the door, is Bouncer, and he is our buildings one man medical team Dr. Needle. The finest I could find who could help me reserect the greatest man to ever grace the sands of Egypt."
"You really think high of him don't you?" Yuugi asked looking at the revived body below the balcony.
"Let's go down there, it's almost time for him to awaken." Cleo, Wheels, and Yuugi decended down on the elavator that was the floor they stood upon. "Look, he's moving." She said as the fingers moved then a flatline echoed through out the room. "What happen!?" Cleo demanded. "Check him out Needle." Needle threw back the sheet upon Atem, examining the naked body he discovered that a hole in his chest apeared.
"Cleo, it's his heart."
"What's wrong with it?" She asked.
"It's missing." He said.
"Oh, I almost forgot. Steel, bring me the Jar." Steel ran to a freezer and pulled out a pharonic jar. "I held his heart forever, and now I can put it back, Needle, work on that heart, we'll try again tommarow."
"It's late, may I come back tommarow to see him?" Yuugi asked.
"Of course you can little one." She said.
"By." His soft little voice melted their hearts as he left.
"He's adorable." Cleo said. "Ashame we have to kill him"
